Incredible Solutions / Bad Service

About two months ago I bought a computer from a large retail outlet. It recently developed software problems I took it back to the store concerned after placing it in a cardboard box that it came in so that it would not get damaged. I even wrote fragile on the box. The manager of the shop tookd the tower to Incredible Solutions in BP centre to get repaired, A technician by the name of Moshe worked on the computer about four days ago the manager was phoned to collect my tower which they had placed in the box I had sent it in. The manager did not check it and phoned me to collect it from his store I also did not check it until I opened the box and placed it on my decsk I saw that it had been badly scratched on the front and the side and even the packets which hold my discs had been torn open. I phoned the manageress Kerry of Incredible Solutions and was told that she was out and they would get back to me when she did not phone me back, I called her again she said that she would speak to the techician Moshe this did not happen I then spoke to the sales manager of the company that supplies these computers and he said he would follow it up for me. The next day he phoned me and said Incredible Solutions are denying any wrong doings but said he would try to assist me. Let this be a warning to you people out there if you have take your computer to Incredbile Solutions Durban make sure that they acknowlede all exterior Faults that are visible on the outside and even take a picture of the item you are handing in for repair my advice to you people out there stay away from Incredible Solutions as they appear to be unprofessional and somewhat of a fly by night company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Harold

    I've had a similar experience from this despicable behaviour from this foolish company that has no respect for they clients.
    I bought a laptop about 2 months ago from A large retail store it developed software problems just 3 weeks after I bought it! I decided to take it back to the store 24/01/2015 which is Game store in Mplain! Game then send it away to Incredible Solutions Montague Gardens! A technician by the name Vernon Lawrence was suppose to work on the laptop! However He (Vernon Lawrence) could not seem to find the problem with my laptop even when I showed him what it did cause I switch on my laptop in the store, he said they need to take it in so they can check it out! I gave the laptop and waited ! The Monday Game contacted me cause they Said in order for Vernon to fix the problem I needed to give my password! I then did so! On the 29/01/2015 Game contacted me to tell me my laptop was ready to be collected! When I got there they told me Vernon brought back my laptop cause he never received my password! Then once again I gave my password and went back home without my laptop! After 5 days of waiting I decided to make contact again to find out what's going on! So then they told me that Vernon can't seem to find a problem! And told me I will have to install windows 8.1 which I actually do have since I bought it with windows 8.1.. but again changed his mind and said I need to put in some code! I mean seriously now! Why could he not do it that! After all aren't he suppose to have a degree in these kinda of stuff! Why tell someone who has no idea about these stuff to fix it! I'm confused! Why would I send my laptop to be fixed only to be told to fix it myself! Makes no sense! At all...
