Incredible Holiday India / poor customer service

Our long-awaited luxury vacation in india and dubai left us with bad memories. We paid "incredible holiday india" and "htt holiday" for personalized service and attention to detail. What we got instead was confusion, poor service, and lack of coordination between affiliate offices and tour services. The tour guides in delhi and dubai were not courteous. We were not greeted at the airports. We paid for but did not get to enjoy a second night at the movenpick bur in dubai. Instead we were rushed through exhausting tours with no time in between for relaxation and then were informed that our flight back home was that same night. Incredible holiday india did not honor their promise to have the dubai visa ready for my mother and declined reimbursement of visa charges. We were harassed for payment of services we had already paid. We missed local tours because of disinterest from your local tour guides. My mother did not get full use of wheelchair services when needed. We did not get luxury suv transportation in dubai.     Dear Mr. Mundulas,

    We regret your inconvenience but would like to share that at no point of time you have been misguided and misled. I am sorry but your complains about SUV car in Dubai, flight timings and extra night at hotel in Dubai are not honest. Kindly gothough the tour itinerary once again, the same itinerary that you had forwarded along with your complaint e-mail to Consumer Complaints. Which clearly states that the flight departure timing from Dubai was 01 October at 01:55 and transfers will on SIC (Seat in a Coach) in Dubai part of the tour.

    we have explained the term SIC in detail over the e-mail as well, it must in your inbox.

    We have provided you the flight details and tickets much before the commence of tour and it has been clearly stated that the departure time of flight was 0155 so Sir, I don't understand how you are saying that flight timings has been changed and Sir, you have enjoyed the hotel for second day as well, you only checked out of the hotel at 11pm for airport check in and boarding the flight but hotel checking out timing was 12pm so if we are checking out at 11pm we have to pay for that night and same is communicated in the itinerary and has been finalized between us.

    Moreover regarding the entry visas for Dubai, we have processed the visas from our end but at the same time you too started the process through the hotel, so it went in scrutiny as visas has been applied twice. For your satisfaction we can share the document with you which we received from Embassy stating the reason that Visa is applied by Hotel as well. So, we pushed and followed it through the hotel only and decided to refund you the Visa fee charged by us.

    At the very moment after the tour we wrote you thrice for the refund of Visa fee and compensation for one night of the hotel as customer friendly gesture but you never replied back with your bank details and preferred writing a complaint.

    We accept the responsibility of missing the transfer while you arrived from Varanasi and the same evening I myself visited you at the hotel and apologized and refunded the taxi fare. Your inconvenience with Delhi and Dubai guide was accepted and management decided to compensate one night charges for the Dubai hotel along with your Mother's visa charges and same was communicated to you after the tour but we never heard back form you and you even avoided proving us your bank details.

    I once again request you to kindly write us so that we can process refund the visa and one night hotel charges

    Thank you for providing your account details which made it feasible for us to process the payment and I hope by now you must have received the refund for Visa and compensation for one night hotel charges.
