The new IT Portal just released is pathetic.
1. My Date of Birth is INCORRECT. Doesn't match my PAN or Aadhar card. And I don't seem to have any way of correcting it!
2. The Grievance system doesn't work. The required drop-down menus are not functional and it is impossible to file a grievance report
3. Updates that I made to my contact details are not properly reflected when I log in.
4. The Contact phone numbers listed DO NOT work when calling from the USA. Why can't the phone numbers listed be in proper International format?
5. I am unable to use a US phone number as my contact number. The error checking insists that numbers can only start with digits 9, 8, 7 or 6?

I had applied for PAN card on 7th May, 2014. Its been 5 months and i have not received my PAN card till now. I have been given an acknowledgement number [protected]. I waited for around 1 month after applying. Since i did not receive PAN card so i started raising queries to PAN customer care department on number [protected] and sent mails at [protected]@incometax.gov.in but evrything is just worthless.

Can someone help me please?

I have not received the refund of my income tax for the year of 2007. My pan number is AASPS9416N.
I would request the income tax department to do the needful at the earliest as I am a senior citizen and can not keep visiting the income tax office in person. My address is A11, Vishrantika, Plot 5A, sector 3, Dwarka, New Delhi

I think income tax thief in india is one of big problem, but unfortunately income tax department not working toward to minimize these things. As a respectable and honest citizen of india i pay my all tax and dues as per rules and it really hearts me when somebody thief income tax or other tax. I lives in haryana. and i complained about some people couple of months back to local office but no action is being taken on them. I have all proofs of income tax filed by them and property they made and luxury they bought in recent time doesn't match even 10%, but no information available on income tax website where to contact, how to proceed in these situations. Can you please guide me where to file complaint about these type of issues for quick and satisfactory actions.
