Incognito Extreme Roth in College Corner, Ohio review: sick puppy 1

I purchased a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy in 2016 from Dr. Becky Foster from College Corner, Ohio. I paid $3000 for a puppy supposedly sired and whelped from championship stock. The litter, I later found out, wasn't even bred on her farm, nor was it whelped there. I only found out this in February of 2017, when my puppy was already 3 months old and I was out hundreds of dollars for medical treatments for the puppy ( Cicsidia and Giardia).
My puppy was sent to me at nine weeks old. I had him at our vet the next morning, and at the hospital the next day. It took six months of treatment to cure my puppy of parasites.
Today at 8 months, he has been diagnosed with hip dysplasia and will have to undergo surgery to replace both hips. This condition is due to a genetic disorder.
My puppy was born on Veteran's day in 2016. The breeder bears no responsibility and claims she's never had an issue with any of her puppies; that I am the only buyer who has ever had a sick puppy; and that she has only had good reviews.
I want her facility shut down immediately and her breeding practices investigated to ensure that other innocent animals do not have to undergo the suffering and loss of contact and training that my puppy has had to endure.
