Please don't eat at IN-N-OUT BURGER until they treat their workers safely and don't fire them for telling the truth. In-N-Out Burger fights and fires employees for complying with OSHA laws. I have documentation of violations of OSHA laws they were violating that my husband complained about. Then suddenly a few days after receiving a extraordinary review they fired him. EDD in California found the reason they stated "In-N-Out Burger failed to prove that claimant (my husband) had committed misconduct. Accordingly, the claimant (my husband) was discharged for reasons other then misconduct"!
This was THE ONLY reason In-N-Out Burger claimed my husband did wrong and now EDD in the state of California told them they found no proof that my husband did any misconduct. It clearly shows In-N-Out Burger retaliated and fired my husband for blowing the whistle to OSHA about the blatant violations and for going to a doctor for help for his lungs.

Christianity: commendably decent or generous
I figured I should spell out what the definition of Christianity was for In-N-Out Burger because clearly they have no idea of what the meaning truly means. Sure they put 3:16 on the bottom of their cups but that is a far leap to being a Christian company. A true Christian or just even a decent company would not do the things you have done to my husband.
Lynsi Torres (Snyder) is the owner of this company. I wonder if she is aware what her company has done. They have prevented my husband from seeking medical treatment, obtaining desperately needed prescriptions including inhalers. My husband was a loyal valued employee for 8 years. Your company exposed him to Isocyanates and damaged his lungs.
Lynsi I lay awake at night listening to my husbands lungs wheeze and gasp. My biggest fear is I will wake up and he will be dead. If he dies it will be your fault. He could have had medical treatment and medication over this past year. Your grandmother Ester Snyder would be ashamed of how the company is now being run. Shame on you and all of your corporate lackeys!

In-N-Out Burger maintains a painting department out of the Los Angeles area. These painters maintain all their stores. Four years ago Los Angeles banned the use of the paint that In-N-Out Burger was using at the time. They then switched to a DuPont paint product. This product is a two step product. The second product is a hardener. When this hardener is added and the painter is in a closed room, like the inside of an In-N-Out restaurant. Often the painters would make a plastic tent around where they had to paint. The painters would step inside the tent and spray this paint. Unprotected without a proper respirator. When the chemicals are mixed Isocyanate vapors are omitted. In-N-Out Burger NEVER provided any one in their painting department prior to September of 2013 with a proper respirator, a PAPR.
Most of their painters drove around in company vans with cabs that were not I closed. This means that their drivers if they used that paint that day and put it at the end of the day. They were driving around breathing in dangerous isocyanates vapors. All unknown to them.
In-N-Out Burger didn't follow the OSHA laws prior to 2013. They preach about expecting their employees to stand up and take responsibility for their actions. So why can't In-N-Out Burger? Why can't you admit your wrong doing?

I am a former employee of In-N-Out Burger. We was a loyal, dedicated, always got great reviews for 8 years. What did he get in exchange? Lungs of a 90 year old, severe COPD, asthmatic bronchitis caused by chemical exposure.
Unbeknownst to me the last four years I worked I was being exposed DAILY to dangerous toxic and deadly isocyanates chemicals. In-N-Out Burger never provided the me or the other men in the painting department with the proper respirator a PAPR. They violated several OSHA laws and I have the letters to prove it.
They claim to be a Christian Company but have done nothing Christian like. As soon as my I got sick and went to the doctor, they fired me within a few weeks for BS reasons. I filed for unemployment and this "Christian" company jumped at the opportunity to fight it. EDD found in my favor.in-N-Out Burger didn't like that so the appealed and the judge found in my favor again saying "the claimant (me) was discharged for reasons other then misconduct". This was the reason I was fired. Even EDD found their firing to be BS.
This "Christian company" has left me severely ill and without any medical coverage. No money to pay a private doctor. No way to obtain the medicines I need for my lungs.
Ironic that in my termination letter in-n-out burger states "we value honesty and integrity and rely on each of our associates to accept responsibility for their actions". Wow they clearly are a do as I say and not as I do "christian"company.
