This company uses a local to Washington state newspaper article and claims that they are endorsed by the top news agencies offering a business opportunity for under $5 dollars. I later found out that the article was fraudulent. On December 16, 2010, I was convinced by this news article to sign up for a $2.97 business kit. Here's the website http://www.news6.com-2011.org/news6. It may not work because it probably some kind of temp website, but you can look up "Work at Home Mom makes 7, 547." The article does not mention that the $2.97 was a 2 day trial and that you will be charged $199.97 afterwards. In fact, reading the article would have you believe that you would be getting a business kit in the mail. The $2.97 was for shipping and handling. After I signed up, they gave me instant access to a web site. I couldn't check it out at the moment because I had to work. A few days later, on a hunch, I check my bank account to find that they charged me both the $2.97 and $199.97 at the same time. The amounts were posted to my account on the 20th. I immediately cancel my debit card and file a complaint with my back. The bank denied the claim because the official website for this business does clearly show Terms and Conditions. When I signed up I was never taken directly to that website. They somehow allow you to sign up without actually being connected to their website where you can read those terms. I did call them today and demanded a full refund. They were willing to cancel my "subscription", but not refund any money. 2 days is not enough time to see if their products will make you money and you certainly won't make any money in 2 days, let alone the money they are charging you. At first they told me there would be no refund. When I threatened to complain to you and other agencies, the women told me that they would submit my request to the refund department, yeah right, and to call back on Friday. You would think if this was a legitimate business not willing to give you a refund, you would think that they would convince you to use their products or eBooks or whatever they are trying to sell you to use it. But they seem to know that if someone would clearly see the terms and conditions they would never buy into that program and they basically keep your money, not because they have a legitimate business to offer, but based on their ability to fool people.
There are many complaints on the internet about this organization. I'm not just someone that randomly and ignorantly sign up for business opportunities cause I know that they are nothing but overpriced business schemes with useless information. Had I Clearly seen a statement that says we'll charge $2.97 for a 2 day trial, then $199.97 on the 3rd day, I would have never signed up for this..

I fell for it too :(, how stupid was that? It appears the only way out of the charges, after the $2.97, is to cancel your debit/credit card before they have a chance to submit it, which is what I did. Fortunately, I found all of the negative information in time.
This is what else I found out, after doing the "Closing the barn door after the horse is gone" research:
The IP address of www.inhomecashgenerator.com is 173.201.47.220
The IP address 173.201.47.220 is assigned to Germany
Their Florida corporation info:
Corporation filed: 8/17/2010
Principal Address: 1860 Stevenson Ave., Clearwater, FL 33755; Mailing address: PO Box 574, Clearwater, FL 33757; Registered Agent: Josef Vangieri, 1767 Gracelyn Dr., Clearwater, FL 33756 USA; Officer/Director: Brett Haugen, President, 1860 Stevenson Ave., Clearwater, FL 33757; Vice President: Josef Vangieri, 1767 Gracelyn Dr., Clearwater, FL 33756 USA
The telephone number provided by another commenter, [protected], is the only number that rendered a response; a guy answered and before I could say very much he rattled off the toll-free number, i.e., [protected], then, said, "I really gotta go, this isn't my business, I gotta go, " and hung up. How did he know I was calling a "business, " I didn't say anything about a business. All of the other numbers they list for customer service, or to "cancel" your subscription DO NOT WORK, unless you call outside of their recorded hours of operation, then, you get a recording saying to call back between such & such hours, which I also did. Numbers don't ever ring, just disconnect you after about 4 seconds.
I took all of this information and filed a formal "Internet Crime" complaint with the FBI, giving them all of the information I found, plus, what I have found posted by other victims.

The exact thing happened to me as well. There was never a link that explained that after 2 days there would be a charge of $199.00. In addition the person I spoke with was rude and obviously being coached by a so call manager whom she said was not available to speak with. I was told to call back and speak with someone in the appeals department. When I did call back they promised me a $50 refund thru a link in my email. Of course I never received that link in my email. I promised them I would file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Florida and Virginia. I believe their practices to be fraudalent and bait and switch. I encourage others to do the same.

I experienced the same thing, except when I signed up, I got an error message that they couldn't process my order at the time so to call or try again later. So I decided to forget about it. l couldn't believe it when I went to pay my mortgage... THE CHECK BOUNCED!because they had taken a total of over $200 out of my account.I couldn't believe that lorain ( the "customer service rep") was so rude! She said that she had 7 grand children 3 sisters and blah blah so she know how it is to be struggling. I asked for a refund and she kept saying "stop hollaring at me!" and when I asked her why she was "hollaring" at me... She simply said you need to stop crying and continued her speech about taking it to the review board... Oh yeah and to call back wed. Or thurs. Well... Today is wednesday and I tried to call them back 10 times so far... And all I get is a busy signal!please do not! NOT fall to the scam...like I did!
