I placed an order and received an email confirmation. A few days later the owner Meredith called me to say she was a little late on responding to a question I posted through her website for sizing information because she had been on vacation. I still haven't received my order three weeks later and I have called and emailed. She has not responded at all to my messages. My credit card was not charged but I am still furious over her not responding to me and having given her all my credit card info etc. Not to mention that this was supposed to be a gift for a birthday that has long since past. The website says items are typically shipped within 1 business day and arrive within 5-10 business days.
