I am gettin payments taken from my account of 19.95! I do not know this company nor do I have Any dealings with this company! This is interfering with my bills and causing me a lot of stress!

On checking my bank statement,I noticed a withdrawal of £19.95 by IMT Credit RPts Matter [protected] GB from my account 7 days ago. My bank has they can do nothing , how do I get contact details etc. for this company in order to request refund & have the matter investigated?

i have had £19.95 taken from my account by this load of sharks. I neither authorised nor requested such a report. It is downright fraud to do this to someone in the festive season probably hoping they won't notice. I have noticed, and it is causing me much stress.
