ImportCDs / Faulty Merchandise
I ordered a copy of the French movie "Ponette" that was advertised as having English subtitles. The movie I received had only Korean subtitles. I sent a message to ImportCDs stating that I had not received the product ordered and asked them to look at their stock of DVD's of that film. I got a response telling me to return the DVD for a refund. The way I see it I already paid $9 for the film and now they are asking me to pay another $3 to send it back! All that for a $6 refund! In other words, I am spending twice the cost to get 1/2 the refund and end up with nothing. Rightly or wrongly, I figure I can't trust them if (1) They can't send the right DVD in the first place; (2) They want me to trust them with another $3 of my money to return the DVD; and (3) They haven't even checked their stock to see if they have a problem. I'm just sorry I didn't check this website before I placed my order. It would have saved me some grief.
