The lady who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional as if she doesn't want her job and pretended to be an manager when I insisted on speaking with someone else again very unprofessional individual I believe customers should be helped in anyway and she hung up the phone I'm highly disappointed with this experience! I would like an better experience with someone who's more experienced and people person.
