i am afrequent visitor to Malaysia;when I purchase bank certificate of profit on 9th of January;profit is given on next 9th.
I entered Malaysia on 9th of july and was stopped from boarding the flight as my visa was expired as per their version.i was forced to go to Putrajaya to pay for 100myr fine.i spent two days in hotel and got another flight on 12th.
the return ticket was shown to officer at port of entry.
the two days costed me myr 900 in hotel, transportation and mental agony was extra.All countries takes overstay fines on airports.
that's why, malaysia is not getting as tourists like Singapore and Thailand.

I would like to complaint about immigration officer from Malaysia that unfriendly and discourteousness in greeting the local passenger at KLIA 2 departure gate.
It's very awful I hear that"HEI, BOY, Auto Gate" in early morning.The way to greet I think its much like "order" locals to use Auto Immigration Gate.
As a local officer to face every passengers from every Conner of world, please use the proper and friendly to greet people with smile, not "order" passenger.Come on, Its happens inside brand new airport.I hope the authority can take note about it.Thanks.

I had two passport book attached, my old passport book that hold my Malaysia work visa - this visa valid until 5 Mar 2015 and my new passport book. When I travelled to Penang on Jan 2014, the immigration officer there informed me that I needed to transferred my visa to new passport book.He said "I can hold you here in Penang if I want to until you settle work visa transfer". Then when I touched down in Kuala Lumpur on the same day, the immigration there stamped my passport stated it's only valid until Feb 2014. Hence I gave my passport to my agency to assist me dealing with Malaysia immigration personnel for work visa transferred. The visa transferred price was MYR 100 and it takes just over 2 weeks.

What surprise me was when I finally got my passport book back, the Malaysia immigration did not transferred my visa at all. The explanation I had given from my agency was that the immigration simply said in Verbal "visa has been transferred". But there was no work visa at all in my new passport book, not even a new stamp. It was simply a scam!

This is unacceptable!
