Pizza Hut employees

Went into Talladega, Al. store unit # 031691 at noon on 14 Dec 2017. There was someone sitting at a table eating. No employees in sight. All of a sudden the big guy eating gets up and goes to a register, but says nothing to us. He has no name tag or anything. We tell him what we want, and he still says nothing to us but goes to the take out window. Then a young lady comes from the back to the take out window. We are wanting to pay, but nobody says anything. Then the guy mumbles, she'll take your money, it's $17.92 she'll take your money. My husband ordered a Diet Mountain Dew. I asked do we get our own drink or what? The lady just went, uh huh. When we get our pizza, it looked good until we saw the crust. We ordered pan and got thin. We ate it because we were already disgusted by the employees attitudes and wanted no more dealings with them. I had to go up to the counter to ask for napkins. He finally found them in a box above his head. He took a small handful out and laid them on the counter to the left of me. He couldn't even hand them to me. As we were eating someone we knew came in. She walked up to the counter and they handed her personal pan pizza to her. She thanked them, but they said nothing. She said she called her order in. She went to the drive thru and her pizza still wasn't ready. She had to come in the store to get it. Another lady came in. She mouthed to us, "Where is everybody?" I said, back there somewhere's and good luck getting anybody to speak to you. She said the same thing as our friend. She called it in, and went to the drive up window but no one came to the window so she came inside to get it. She said, oh this place is not going to last long.
It is really too bad that these people are representing Pizza Hut. It has always been our favorite Pizza Place, but doubt seriously that we will ever go to that store again. Your representatives there don't smile, don't talk, that's rude, their uniforms were not neat. One employee didn't even have a name tag. The other ones name tag said, she was a general manager. What was he, because he was ordering her around? If this is how your stores are going to be run from now on. Bye, see ya, wouldn't want to be ya. Someone is asleep at the wheel. Your management team is extremely dysfunctional. Too too BAD!

Pizza Hut my order last night

Last night I ordered at 445 pm, it took my pizza over 1 hour to get here, then ended up with a dryed out thin crusted pep pizza and burnt cold cheese breadsticks. It was just awful tasting and not what we ordered. I feel like for the time and the price, it should not have been wrong, nor should it have looked like and tasted like over microwaved pizza and cheese sticks. Im pretty disgusted and disappointed with Pizza hut over this and just the over all experiences for the past year, Im really just not even wanting to deal with pizza hut anymore.

Pizza Hut pizza and french fries

Hello, I know you all are very busy so I won't take to much of your time. My mother ordered me a medium pepperoni with hut flavored crust (my favorite). Fries and medium wings unfortunately when I got the order my pizza looked like it had been sitting for some time and there was no crust flavor. My fries were soggy and tasted stale, is there any way I can have this fixed in some way?

Pizza Hut unhappy with excess plastic

I went to the pizza hut in Limassol across from the four seasons to get a tale away order. I was shocked to find so much plastic waste with such a small order. The small pizza box was given to me in a plastic bag and the drink I had (can of fanta) had a separate bag. Inside the pizza box I discovered some sort of platic device in the middle of the pizza. I just think it would be lovely if larger companies like pizza took an interest in reducing single use plastic items where possible. I refused the bags but perhaps many other people wouldn't. It takes seconds to make plastic, use it for a short time and then hundreds of years to decompose. Thank you for your time.

Pizza Hut hut rewards issue

I received an email confirmation this morning regarding an order that was placed through my Hut Rewards account last night. I reside in upstate New York and somebody, through unknown methods, hacked into my account and redeemed 2 Free any Pizza rewards at a location in Raleigh North Carolina. I contacted the store to see if it was an error or if something could be done but was told by the manager on duty that there is not much that can be done. I asked if presenting identification on online orders was in the store policy and he stated only on credit transactions. I believe the Hut Rewards program should require ID in order to complete the transaction. I'm not very hopeful on point reimbursement but I believe some type of policy change or enforcement should be looked into. It may seem like a petty issue but from my perspective somebody made off with benefits I could have used to feed my family on future occasions. Any guidance or information regarding this incident would be greatly appreciated. I've attached a screenshot of the email with the order number as well. Thank you for your time and attention.

This was recorded after her and another Employee stated while I was waiting on my pizza is this the headache there has to come a point and Pizza Hut's corporate career where y'all look at these incidents contact the store and get rid of these people they're running your store to the ground I waited 70 min to get a nasty cold pizza and me and my husband and oldest child were sick all night... this isn't all either

Pizza Hut in store service

I have tried to dine in 2 separate times at the Pizza Hut in Magee, MS both times we have come in an hour and a half before the restaurant closes and both times they have told us the dining area was closed. Is this policy for it to close an hour and a half before the store closes? I am not usually a complaining person and this is my very first time to complain. But it is very frustrating to be turned away just because the people working in the building do not want to assist me from what seems to be pure laziness.

Pizza Hut my food

My pizza first they brought me pizza without pineapples on it then they brought me pizza with hair in it and on it I'm not happy at all my kids was mad, crying cause they couldn't eat there pizza every time I called to talk to a manager I got a busy Signal so I called Customer service they said they will fix it but didn't then they sent a manager to my house for what I don't know cause he didn't fix it either so I told him I will be suing them and he said he don't care it's not his business anyway and then he told me they will put me on the don't service list

Pizza Hut book it program, and false advertisement coupons

I'm a resident of Greenbrier Tn and the pizza hut here had to be the worst one ever, Manager is rude does not provide any help to you and seems to care less, Worst experiences ever, My little gets book it coupons for reading at Wytogua Elementary and they told me they honor them then why is it given by pizza hut, And the coupons in the paper does not say carry out only, They also don't honor those, Then why is your name on these, I have had several issues at this establishment and no resolution to any of it, The manager, Employees and the whole bunch are very unpleasant and uncaring, I was even told well why don't you order else, Wow really would not my name on this establishment

Pizza Hut being lied to multiple times. disappointed child

I called to see if I could have my daughter's birthday party at our elk city, ok location. I was told I could but no decorations and only cake. No other outside food and drinks. I called 2 other times to confirm this information. We showed up on the day of her party and find out that we are allowed to have the party there, but the cake can't be served in there. She said I could send it home with the guests! Why would I have a party and send the cake home?! We left and got Little Caesars pizza instead and I will not be stepping foot in this pizza hut ever again. And neither will any of the 15 party guests. This makes it hard on winter birthdays because this is the only decent priced place to do it in our town. But I was highly disappointed as well as my 11 year old daughter. Please tell me y'all can do something. Thank you!

Pizza Hut pizza hut food

I am a regular customer and im tired of my order being screwed up almost every single time. This is 3rd or 4th time now. Its either wrong food, not cooked, tiny portions or they forget to bring things i requested. Last night was last draw. I spend $30 and i asked for plates and napkins and chz packets etc. guy said no problem. I said please dont forget cause i always have problems with your store. My family and i are n middle of move abd everything packed away. Guy shows and what do u know, forgot everything i asked for. I asked guy, do u have plates napkins etc he said "nope " walked away. I wasnt even done asking if he had things in car etc. he just turned and walked off . Hispanic guy that always delivers my pizza. To be a regular and always have issues i would think the driver or the store would make sure my order was right. I just feel if im paying for a meal how hard is it to get it right and to bring plates etc. i think that should be a requirement personally. Just toss n few playes napkins and packets of chz and peppers. Should t have to ask. Not to mention if i ordered sodas like i usualy do, throw n few cups. But driver was rude. I will no lonnger order from them again

Pizza Hut delivery of pizza

I submitted an order online at 1158 thru your app which I have tried to update a couple times with new card number and phone number but still has not been updated! Well that's besides the point, when placed order at harlingen tx at commerce location it was declined due to app not updating and they could not call because of number not updated. Well I called at 1308 due to Pizza not arriving and I was told by Linda which was a manger that they didn't bother to make Pizza because it was declined and they didn't want to deliver it and get payment at door because that takes to long for her drivers to do which had been done previously because of app not updating! So now it is 1344 and I still have not gotten my pizzas which is almost 2 hours after placing order! This is horrible service! If I did not have a coupon for free pizza I would have cancelled entire order!

Pizza Hut delivery

I ordered a pizza dinner box at 10:27 pm the store closes at midnight it is now 2:05 am and I still have not received my food. I called an hour offer ordering to see if it was on its way and the guy who answered the phone said there was only one drive on a Saturday night and she had the pizza with her. It does not take almost 4 hours to deliver a pizza. And they have already charged my card so I better get that money back

Pizza Hut service

I always go to the Freeburg Pizza Hut. Mostly for lunch around noon. Every time I go in there and the main manager is working (Angel) she is always very rude and has this tone in her voice that makes me feel like I don't know anything. And iv noticed that every time I come in she usually has her employees running around doing this for her non stop. Iv also heard her get rude and snappy and complain. Very unprofessional and she needs improvement!

Pizza Hut horrible customer service - survey was blocked

Store: 027522
This location has a pick up window which I have used frequently. However, on this day while sitting at the window, I had about 4 employees look directly at me. After wait for 15 mins and no help, I had to go in. My issue is not that I had to go in but that they were aware of me there, just did not want to help me. While leaving the store I seen another car at the driver up window which she WAS being helped. I have tried to take the survey on my receipt however, it is stating that we have already submitted 2 this week in which that is a fail statement. We have not sent one. I have attached a photo of web site.

The screenshot seems to imply that you are limited to two surveys a week for any receipt. Have you submitted surveys for the other experiences? Either way, it seems like if you wait a few days then you should be successful.

Did you ask them why you weren't assisted at the window?

Pizza Hut your employees

2517 N Columbia St, Milledgeville, GA 31061. This Pizza Hut is the worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. For starters I tried calling to edit something on my order and it was exactly 8 minutes until they picked up. Then I waited 40 minutes for delivery only for the pizza man to call me not being able to find my dorm. I understood that and I told him a better address to put in his gps. To which the man told me he had no gps on his phone. I understood, then I gave a step by step instruction from where I knew he was at to the dorms and he still did not understand. There are signs all over campus which he could have read to lead to the dorms. Or I dont know he could have seen the giant dorms that are way higher than anything else in Milledgeville. After I spent 15 minutes trying to talk this clearly high man to my location I gave up. I then called the Pizza Hut and was trying to explain the bad behavior to the manager and he had the nerve to hang up on me. I don't complain about anything, but listen I am a college student who wanted her pizza and I am left with nothing. So if you could just get me justice and pizza that would be great. You can email me at [protected]@gmail.com. I am just so mad about the whole thing and right now I don't ever want to buy pizza from you guys again. And I was such a loyal customer. But your employees sound high and they are in no way helpful. This is the only complaint I have ever sent to anyone and it is deserved.

You will need to contact the store or corporate office of Pizza Hut directly as they will likely not see your complaint here. I would recommend refraining from mentioning that you think the driver was high however, as you have no proof of that. Additionally, I am not sure what justice entails, but if you have not received the pizza you paid for then you are certainly entitled to a replacement or refund.

Pizza Hut cheesy bite pizza

We ordered a pizza via delivery. They went to the wrong address first and then an hour later we finally received our pizza. and when we opened the box it was an absolute unacceptable mess. I have attached a picture. We called the manager and told her we were on our way to show her what kind of pizza that was delivered to us and when we got there she said it may have accidentally been dropped. How do you not check a pizza if it's dropped? I hope this isn't the quality that Pizza Hut serves consistently.

Pizza Hut wings/service

We ordered 16 wings and a 2 liter at 10:31 pm they said it would take about 25-30 minutes. An hour later we call to see where it is and they said he just left a few minutes ago (we live 5 minutes away), 10 minutes later he comes, he is apologetic about the wait and nice but our wings were literal cold and I had to microwave them. On a Friday night if it takes more than 30 minutes to deliver its understandable, give an appropriate estimation. And, if delivery dude took too long on the last order, remake our freaking food don't let it sit there for 45 minutes... this was the first time we ordered here since we moved to leitchfield and it was no good. No reason to deliver me cold food when I live 4 miles away.

Pizza Hut my whole experience

Messed up my order 4 times, made my first order at 730pm and didn't get everything right until 945 pm, Hayden, the employee I spoke with, was VERY rude. Said that their stress and strain was because of customers like me. When they finally brought my food, it was incorrect and half of it was missing. Called and Hayden said "I mean what do you want me to do for you?"

Pizza Hut service

We live in Powhatan, Va and ordered from the Pizza Hut at Academy Road. The weather was turning bad, so I called the location to see if they were delivering. They said they were delivering, so we placed our order through the Pizza Hut app. An HOUR later, they called me to tell me that their delivery guy had called in, so they couldn't deliver. They asked if we wanted to pick up, so my husband went to get it. At this point, they should have at least offered us a discount. They would not give us a discount and it was very obvious that the Pizza and wings had been sitting there for a very long time because they were stone cold! None of the food was any good, and it was certainly not worth the $30 we paid for it! I will not be ordering from this establishment ever again. We have Papa Johns and Dominos in Powhatan, which never disappoint.
