Avoid them at all cost. These outsourced people tricked me into getting a website design thru their own review site. They own the review site and they basically stated they were number one. Once I signed up, they people disappointed me. They never deliver the website I was promised and they try to give me a good deal by promising me that this website is significantly cheaper than other web design companies and my website was split into four separate payments. I tried to get my money back until I realize I have no recourse because they rip me off by forcing me to pay by check. They outsource your work to people on rentacoder and elance.com for a few hundred dollars while charging me over four thousand dollars for a website. How pathetic of me to not do additional research before going with them.
