fake advertisement
Without our intimation / information, the jobs has been posted. And even they had scheduled for interviews. The candidates are visiting us. Who gave you the permission to post jobs without the knowledge of the respective company. STOP all these illegal activities and provide GENUINE data (if you can) to the Candidates who are in search of jobs. Don't spoil their life & time & money.
False Advertising
IIT Jobs inc have taken one of our old advertisements for a job (approx 12 month old) and advertised it on their site. We have no agreement with this company for them to advertise our vacancies and indeed have never been contacted by them. Candidates who have tried to apply for the vacancy have been in contact with us and alerted us to the advert. There seems to be no way of us contacting IIT Jobs to tell them what they are doing is illegal.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This website should be banned surly .

I have a job in 2017 for Lotus Notes Development in YASH Tech company. connected with company HR and he asked me there is no vacancy as of now.
Year : 2018 (Aug)
Same job published in the portal. Again Connected with company HR and he asked me there is no vacancy as of now.
Now HR is saying we will log FIR in the name of Portal owner very soon. So now they watching his activity.
Fraud against payments
These people at iitjobs have harassed me for my payments, its been months that they have not paid my expenses as as well as my due payment. The company I was working has released my complete payment for my work as well as my expenses but these people have not released me my payments. I have called them repeated number of time but no one picks up the phone, but when I call from other number they pick up the call. They said they have an office in Freemont at "39270 Paseo Padre Parkway, Ste # 107" "Fremont - CA - 94538" which I didnt found one. They have been doing all frauds. They are involved in illegal HR practice. They dont generate payroll for there candidates and they charge the candidates for filling for H1B and converting it into GC. The lead guy in iitjobs is Shobhan Shah, and he is one hell of a guy and complete shrud guy. He will talk all good stuff before placing you and once u get a project through him he would make you beg for your own money. I had to literally beg for my money and atlast had to leave my money. I still have approx $ 20, 000 pending to this guy and his company. They use to pay me after 3-4 months from my due dates. I would like to bring it to notice to all the people and make you aware of these people.

FRAUD Company
Posted FAKE jobs and scheduled interviews when we didn't even inform them. STOP MISLEADING CANDIDATES and DOING ALL KINDS OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES.

1: I never had anyone with the name of raghavesh pettareddy in my payroll
2: We never have ever asked anyone to pay their H1B or GC money, we have records to prove it.
3: My contact number is [removed] and we have our office at 200 Brown Road, suite 106, Fremont CA - 94539 my Operation Head Aarav will be available from 6:30 Pm - 8:30 Pm everyday and if you are really genuine and have all the documents to prove your claim we will pay you all the money we owe interest till date.
We have always believed in fair practices and will continue to do so. Stop misleading people and prove your real worth I hope you have all the details required.
