IHOP service

I visited Ihop on Aramingo In Phila. I waited 40 min. for 2 full stacks of pancakes, when we finally received our food, there was food residue all on the plates, and mold on our pancakes. When I told the manager Tom Case, he didn't apologize he decided to call the cops on me and kick us out because I told him " this is unacceptable bro" he showed no remorse and had a very bad attitude, after I had waited for so long to not even be able to eat. I visit this ihop all the time and spend a lot of money there, and to be treated like this brought tears to my eyes.

IHOP angela the server

Everytime I come to IHOP she has the nastiest attitude. I am a regular customer here, and when I see her she literally makes me want to leave. She has an attitude upon arrival, during our meal she will literally roll her eyes or make a nasty comment. I find it very unprofessional and I actually have considered never coming back purely because of this women. I have complained to the manager about her numerous times and I feel like nothing has changed.

I was at your IHOP this morning located in Deerfield Beach Florida and the service here was terrible I walked in was waiting for them to sit me no waiter never came so I sat myself after I sit myself then one of your waitress who was talking about lastnite took my order waiting on my food while they standing around talking when it came cold and nasty customer service sucks here you need to have a talk with your management team here please

IHOP food and service

This was second time experiencing bad service at this location. The first time I just summed it up to it being new and the kinks were getting worked out. They were just slow but the staff was great and the food was good. Well i went with 3 other women to celebrate my cousins birthday. First of all there are about 3 tables so not crowded.. we waited for 10 mins before anyone even came to the table. After we finally placed our orders it took almost a half hour for the food to come out. The birthday girl ordered a quesadilla. Now the menu said it came with peppers and other things. Just chicken and cheese were n hers.. she sent it back and just asked for the BREAKFAST sampler. They brought her out mozzarella sticks n onion rings n chicken fingers.. sent that back n finally got the BREAKFAST sampler n the toast was just warm bread.. but just said forget it.. The next lady had a steak omelette. It was cold n stingy on the steak. The next lady had lip prints on her glass n cold waffle. I had super hard toast n my eggs were brown n bacon was burnt in spots. The wait in between the waitress checking on us were ridiculous. That's why I tried to eat cuz I was hungry. But when the waitress did come back she reeked of smoke which was very unsettling to a group of non smokers. It was a horrible experience. Especially since we were celebrating a birthday..

IHOP ihop

I went to IHOP and they were extremely busy at the time. My waitress was very nice and tried to be fast allthough they were busy. When I ordered my burrito I was excited because I love breakfast burritos and it sounded good. When it came I was everything but excited. As I picked it up my fingers were covered in grease, the back was orange with grease and the plate was wet full of grease. The refried beans it came with were cold and hard like they had been sitting out for 20 mins. The beans tasted to me like low grade dog food. This meal was definitely not worth money. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. I am now sick with food poisoning and very disappointed in the restaurant

IHOP gm, janie, cleveland, tn

I am submitting a complaint against the GM of Cleveland, TN for cutting the hours of my son, Zachary Desue, simply because she does not like his girlfriend, who was a waitress at this location. My son has worked there for over 7 months without ever missing a day. He has worked over 40 hours a week since he started, worked 17 hours straight for Christmas, and he is now down to less than 20. what right does she have to hold it against him, simply because who he choses to date? She seems to be a very angry person, who tends to hold grudges. What kind of business is she running there by being this type of person? I can be the same type of person she is and start posting on facebook about the type of business IHOP is running in Cleveland to try and reduce your customer base because of her. Do you want that to happen?

IHOP dead employee you guys treated like crap

So one of our close friends has worked with you guys for a yr or so amber mcclain she worked here in tx at your newly refinished location on lake conroe in montgomery tx 77356 well she was 30 yrs old an was suddenly taken from us passed away so young :/she was a manager at the end... So we go talk to her old employees plan a candle light vigil at your location in lake conroe on tuesday jan 16th coming next week... The very nice manager was willing to represent your company the way she should marci was all for doin what needed to be done to honor her friend an yalls employee.. She said we could use the party room an patio.. So we can realease ballons and have our candle light to honor amber all was great good people there at ihop I thot
... Only to get a call the next day stating marci is not in charge an the gm ashley says we will all have to stand outside when its 49 degrees an possibly raining.. What a way to honor your dead employee I dont know what kind of power struggle goes on at a dam ihop but this is bs... Should be goin to the paper an the news about all this its unjust... Im seriously gunna have to buy 100 of ur cheapest thing on the menu jus so ur gm cant tell us we have to be outside... Idk if she didnt like the girl but she has passed away an I dnt think the face of ihop represents its employees this way. Nor should anyone with a heart go out of there way to make a memorial service harder because a power struggle at a dam pancake joint... Please im begging u do the right thing honor your employees death an adress your gm ashley... Marci is wonderful an what ur company needs personal real one on one... Kind loving an hard working thats marci she is what ihop needs but as for your others it seems they take there self as priority over ur customers an I dont think thats how things go please contact me [protected] or email...

IHOP 320 worth ave stafford va 22556

First we arrived to ihop about 7:05pm. We weren't seated and ordered until about 7:30pm.Mind you there is only 4 -7 other tables in the restaurant. Also three of the tables were already eating. The sweet tea was bitter and old. The cook ran out of corn for my order so I got double mashed potatoes instead. Once the food came the mashed potatoes weren't cooked fully(clumpy) and the steak tips were burnt. I complained about the mashed potatoes and asked for a new batch and they were out of mashed potatoes aswell. I had enough and just had them take the complete order off. This was the worst food experience in my 20 years in Stafford county. There is plenty of employees in the establishment at the time 6 employees 1 manager. Also, The manager never acknowledged the situation.

IHOP customer service and food service

Your restaurant brought me 2 burgers in a row that could have killed me after I told them specifically that I am deathly allergic to tomato and onion. I went to speak with the manager and he told me that before he can do something I need to eat the food and get sick then bring him a doctor's note. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had and I would like for somebody to call and talk with me about it and see what needs to happen.

IHOP unprofessional and rude employees

I am very disappointed to have eaten at this ihop in McDonough Ga..The staff there r young rude and very unprofessional and I will not be back there to eat and will also let everyone know how this ihop operates.The manager there did nothing to make experience better either ..please email me at [protected]@gmail.com or better yet would love to speak to someone [protected]..thank u

IHOP restaurant quality

HI my name is Dorothy Lawler my husband and I can in for breakfast around 1:30PM. We both ordered sweet creme crepe combos. After about 45 minutes waitress brought out our eggs and bacon. Egg were suppose to be over medium was well done. About 5 minutes later she brought our hash browns which were standing in grease then about 10 minutes later she brought out our crepes. This isn't first time this has happened it's about the 4th or 5th time. I don't understand why cook can't get our whole meal out at same time. I have called and email complaints in with no response from any management. Which makes us feel like you don't care if you lose our business or not. Today there was at least 3 waitresses working and only about 10 customers which includes us. There shouldn't have been any excuse for our meal not to be made and brought oUT all at the same time. You will lose by business especially if I don't hear something back and this problem is fixed. Poor service is what I have had the last 4 or 5 times I been in there. Store #4616 chk no. 7146 table 28 c: 7 posted 1292 Jena 8 total cost $23.50. That would be our total each time because we always order the sweet crepe combo with coffee X 2. Someone needs to fix this problem. Social media can do a lot on a business. Someone need to contact us and make this right. I'm tired of paying for meals that are not correct or delay in getting food or getting food served all at same time. How would you feel if this happened to you and your family at least 4 or 5 times with no response or results Thank you Mrs. Dorothy Lawler Ray City, GA 31645

IHOP time it took for service and mistakes made with food

Larry cohen i am making a complaint at ihop 36-081 at jan 6, 2018,
14.04 p .M. I and a friend went for lunch. He ordered a burger and
onion rings. I ordered a soup and salad. We waited for at least
forty minutes before our food came. My soup was cold and my
friend burger was also wrong. I sent the soup back and he sent
the burger back. After waiting awhile the burger and soup came
back. Burger was fine but soup was cold again. Sent soup back and waited awhile until she brought it back again.
We both were very unhappy with our meal and service we received.
We feel that ihop should make up our meals for us because of all the circumstances we went threw.

from you soon.

IHOP hair in my food, rude and unprofessional customer service

I am a regular at the IHOP in Frederick md my friend and I went to eat breakfast on Saturday Jan 6 2018. I was greeted when I arrived, everything was good except for my server named Diana extremely rude, she took a very long time to acknowledge that we were there. When she took our order she was rushing us. I can say the worst costumer service. So we ordered our food when we received it everything was fine until I found a hair. I waved to her so she can come to our table because she never checked back on us. I explained what the problem was and like if she wasn't rude enough she got an attitude with me telling me that it was my hair. She laughed and asked me what did I want more food? At this point I just wanted to leave. I don't ever want to back if she is around she made us feel unwelcome and it seems that she hates her job.

I'm also a regular at the Frederick, md IHOP by westview and have also had the worst customer service from Diana. She needs to quit if she doesn't like her job or IHOP has to do something. I can't believe they let this kind of people represent them.

IHOP wow!

TO whom it may concern:

I want to start by saying I'm appalled by the service and shall I say anti hospitality at your Glen Carbon resturant. LAST NIGHT Saturday January 6th 2018 I visited your resturant with my family. There where seven of us in total two being small children. As we entered the doors I was blown away by the size of the restaurant and the fact that there were very few customers dining in. I figured this meant little to no wait on a table. We came yo the lady at the seating desk (unsure of name) she said how many I said there will be seven the men are parking the car. She rolled her eyes and said oh my god. I asked if there was a problem and she said NO. VERY HATEFUL. She found us a table in the very dead dinning area, 4 other families was all that was visible the back half of the restaurant was shut off. She seated us at the tables in the back that where half table half booth. She refused to place two together and said you have to have two. I asked why she said because it's just to much work. I said ok at this point it is 8 at night and we just wanted to enjoy a hot meal. Then comes our waitress. I'm unsure her name I believe it was Diane or Danielle I'm not positive but she was a peach to say the least. SHE came to our table and said what is your drink order. No hi how are you or even what would you like. You could clearly tell she hated her job. I smiled and asked how her night was. She looked at me never blinked an eye and said what DO YOU WANT to drink. We placed our drink order and 15 min later she came back with our drink order. She then wanted our food order we all ordered pretty easy stuff the create your own meals and two kids meals. I ordered over easy eggs and got harder than a rock, my daughter ordered cupcake pancakes and bacon got sausage my niece ordered peach pancakes and got a strawberry waffle. Not a thing came out right. She came to the table yo explain it was a computer error and seeing we had two small children with us went ahead and told us the "[censor] computers here suck" now what adult waitress should use that around children not knowing if they hear that language. Never once where WE OFFERed a discount or compensation for the very bad night but I can say I will not recommend I hops more that specific restaurant ever to anyone. Over 80$ in meals and I left hungry and my kids did to I had to stop at a McDonald's and spend more on the way home.

IHOP lack of service and dirty atmosphere

We stopped at an iHop at 4656 Browns Hill Rd Pittsburgh PA 15317 on our way home. It was the most awful experience I have had at a restaurant. I was very disappointed the minute I walked in and was treated like I was invisible. Several workers walked by and didn't acknowledge us, offer to seat us, or see if we had been waited on. There were 2 women talking to one of the workers who also didn't acknowledge us. We were going to leave but decided to give them a chance. After we were seated finally it took us several minutes for our server to ask us what we wanted to drink. As we sat there waiting we observed the atmosphere. We were surrounded by unclean tables, there were enough workers and about 6 other people in the restaurant. We decided to get up and leave when we overheard another customer complaining to the manager right beside of our table explaining that they had poor service and it has been "a long time waiting" since they heard from their server. We got up to leave and were questioned by the 2 women that were sitting near the door talking to the worker still. They assumed that we were leaving without paying and as we went to leave they yelled "dine and dash?". So that made our experience worse for being accused of being dishonest which we are not. We didn't even get a chance to order before we decided to leave so they had no reason to question us. I hope this complaint will be directed towards the ihop restaurant that we went to. I would not advise anyone who doesn't want to get sick or be treated bad to go to this restaurant. I haven't had this bad of an experience with iHop restaurants.

IHOP customer service

Came into the restaurant and the only thing that came out right away was our drink order. We ordered our meals and it took 45mins for my niece and fiancé's meals to come out mine took an additional 15mins. We were told by our waiter that the cooks walked out and the manager had to complete the meals ordered. Everyone's meals were sitting under the heating light for more than 15mins. I ordered the country omelette and I never got my pancakes, but I still had to pay full price for my meal. I loved that the restaurant got a makeover, but the customer service is what desperately needs work. I will never come back here again, I'd elrather go to Waffle House.

IHOP employees behavior

As we walked in about 3 am, cashier was ringing up customers.. A hispanic female (heavy set - dressed very sloppy) went straight to cashier and started talking as if we did not exist.. Then she finally said."oh" how many etc...
As we were waiting for our order in which arrived cold.. An african american female yelled dont touch me, you touch my hair"they (her and an african american male) went behind the wall.. She yelled louder"dont touch me mother [censore]"
There was an elderly lady sitting behind us. One she not of been in a public place or anywhere at that alone. She kept having loud volgure comments... As I am writing this 3 employees were cussing and complaining about work duties.. Talking loud across the whole dining. Area.. This is worst restaurant atmosphere, worst employee behavior that I ever witnessed in my 50 years of life. As an employee calls someone else a mother [censore] than an [censor].

IHOP food

I found hair in my omelette - buried in - i can pull on it and it wont come out - i am so disgusted and nauseous. there is a newly opened establishment on old country road in hicksville - and this is our 2nd visit - this office will not be revisiting - We're not sure if they have had proper health training nor are we sure that they are permitted to open yet. Not able to find any health filings for this location.

IHOP manager/service

January 4, 2017 I called in a order at 2:00 pm and the person whom i was speaking with told me my order would be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later. When I got there, I told the cashier my name, she told me that she did not know what I was talking about. She continued to stand there and stare at me until I asked her to go check. She went to go look to see if anyone took my order. She came back to me and explained that the manager had taken my order but it hadn't been made yet. So I walked out because, I did not have time to wait. January 5, 2017 I called in a order at 8:18 am and was left on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up then called back and I was left on hold again for the same amount of time. I will never be going back to IHOP again. The service that I had received was horrible.

IHOP hostess and staff

Worst hostess ever Alexis at the Redlands .ca location working the front Hostess desk was very rude to not only myself but at least six other people who had to stand for at least five minutes as she walked past us three times serving one person a takeout which could have easily been accomplish by two or three other servers that we're not doing anything at the time. Alexa was rude offered no apology not only to me but the people behind me at least four people walked out in disgust

Replace Alexis or never again at this location
