The Ihop store number 3141 located at 4936 Centre Point Drive North Charleston SC 29418 on June 3, 2018 around 9:30am. I was with a party of five 4 adults 1 child. When being seated the floor was absolutely slippery, i almost fell flat on my bottom. Our waiter was very nice and he had the right attitude but he was trying to serve too many tables at once with absolutely no help. Our food took over 30mins to arrive. When we got our food it had hair cooked inside of the pankcake. One glass of water had looked very nasty and had black things floating around in the glass. And our food arrived in pieces, cold, and made wrong. This experience was horrible we explained this to the manager and he seem not to have a care in the world of what we were explaining to him. I was not please that we still had to pay for such horrible service $56 total for food and terrible service.

At ihop in wisconsin dells the got the worst management ever. After I found hair in a plate I asked a server to talk with a manager. Her name is hannah and she was very rude and disrespectfull with us. She just throw us out from restaurant because we ask found hair in a plate and we asked for another one. I don't even know how she can be a manager at that restaurant at all. We will don't gonna go back there ever!

I paid the bill 9:32 p.m. last night 5/30/18 The waitress was also the hostess and cashier. The tables half full. She had to turn people away.

The bus boy barely knew what to do and obviously there was a cook in the kitchen.

This is safety matter/ disaster waiting to happen.

Location next to freeway entrance not the greatest neighborhood. Homeless coming in asking her for water and men loitering outside.
I was reading comments and complaints.
IHOP is chronically short staffed on purpose.

I asked our waitress if she understood the potential danger. She said she did. And when she complained about it to Mr. Acosta he told her to get out of his office. Sinse than she has put in notice to quit.

I had my three daughter's and there father with me. All could tell something next to eploitation was occurring for that employee.

Now I'll speak to his boss and corporate to and find out if its just this manager or is this regular IHOP business.?

I called this location this morning and was placed on hold from stonecrest mall until I arrival at the door. No one ever came back to the phone, the store was empty when I got there, Servers standing around doing nothing, store dirty, and then a little guy with a Black hat came and I ask him for a manager and he stated to me in very rude manner that I had to wait until she finish and he walked away. I became very upset and another guy came and up but never told my order. The manager was in back cooking but never came to see what I needed or hear my concern. Finally a young lady came and tried to calm me down, took my order and got me squared away. This location is Horrible and I feel this store should be closed down and the crew there should be fired. I will be calling the BBB on this location..

I went to the ihop on rt 37 in toms river n. J on 5-27-3018 and I had a coupon to buy one entree get one free on my phone. They told me they could not honor it. They asked me if I had a printer. Yea like really I aways carry a printer around. They could havedone it manually. Arent these restaurants up to date like the other ones? The ihop was also filthy dirty. The floor had trash all over. The staff just stood around and kept walking past it all. Never go there.

On 23/05/18 my husband and I were in the ihop in Kissimmee on the 192 near Celebration. Our server was Henry. I order the crispy chicken strips from the +55 menu, it stated you got soup and a side. I got the chicken strips with mash and sweetcorn on a plate just put on the table and the he walked away. We asked for hot water for tea as we have our own teabags, he brought 2 cups of water and a plastic with milk in, we usually get a jug of hot water. When we asked for more water it was another 2 cups just plonked on the table. He was very sullen and seemed as if he didn't want to be there not friendly at all. So basically I didn't get my soup or side so paid for just the strips.
We holiday in Florida every year and tend to eat here most days. I will be thinking twice next year.

Today I went to San Fernando ihop trying to have a breakfast with my family and when I signed they lady at the front she told me that the wait it's was 30 to 35 min so it was no space inside to wait, we went outside to the car to wait, 15 min after I went back to ask how much more time to have a table and the manager so rude told me that he call my name along time ago and I was really upset because the manager in charge and the lady at the front they were saying that the time for the wait it was 20 min or less! When the lady said 35 min! That's very disappointing we have to leave to another better restaurant because we were not going to wait another 30 min.

We just left the Ihop on EasternBoulevard in Montgomery, AL and we were denied ordering to go because they were too "busy" because they had just sat large parties. I am very upset and feel like that isn't fair or shouldn't have even been done. As a restaurant there is no such thing as denying service because of a kitchen being backed up or there being too many guests. We can't order but they can continually seat people in front of us? I am very unsatisfied and displeased.

We went to the ihop on rt 37 toms river nj on 37 west on 5/27/18 the hostess to me it would be 20 min wait we ended up waiting 40 min then the manager called us and because 2 people in our party were struggling to park so they could come in the manager would not seat us and told us we have to wait so i said he can wait and i left and i will never go in there again since our business isnt appreciated we have been in there multiple times a week and leave very generous tips you need to train your management better

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. So ghetto from I hop store #4188on Panola Rd.. Lithonia, GA. Service was rather slow but the waitress kay forgot to write down an order. Instead of apologizing for either not hearing me order the omelette... She starts debating with us about not mentioning the omelette. So prior to all of this we asked for a manager just because she had forgotten half of everybody's order. I told her stop trying to argue and at least work on fixing the orders... The unprofessionalism is unreal! Finally the manager comes out after a 15 minute wait! Never again... I think we'll still be waiting on our pancakes if it wasn't for another waitress... Never again

We went to Ihop in Houston tx on 05/25/2018 located on greens road at interstate 45 near greenspoint mall. We were seated and the waitress Yolanda took our order for water with lemon. After a few minutes we received our water but no lemons.We waited after 10 minutes i flagged down our waitress to remind her we wanted lemons with our water, she went to the kitchen and took 6 minutes to retrieve the lemons. We then placed our order and the waitress left and about 10 minutes later Yolanda came to the table and asked me if I wanted my eggs over easy and I reminded her I wanted them sunny side up. about 15 minutes later the waitress showed up with our order put it on the table banging the dishes on the table she then walked away then came back with ketchup hot sauce tabasco and banged that on the table .She then said if you need anything else and before we could say anything she walked away! My wife had her salad but no dressing that she requested when r service we placed our order.I told my wife I would wave at the waitress and she said no maybe the waitress had remembered and was bringing the salad dressing, so we waited and waited my wife did not eat a bite and Yolanda our waitress came to every table near us and asked other customers what they needed and never came to our table to ask why my wife was not eating her food. After 21 minutes I got up and went to talk with the manager Carvana Joseph and explained the poor service .She immediately went to my wife and did everything in her power to correct the situation .She remade my wifes order to go and made sure everything was included in her order and told us no charge due to poor service .She made us feel better but not sure if we will try Ihop again. on May 24, 2018 my husband and I chose to take my granddaughter to breakfast and give her graduation presents. I preferred Cracker Barrel, but she said we had been doing IHOP since she was little so we did. We had a great server, great food. Then we went to check out. Your cashier was on the phone and trying to check people out, and they were busy. Not my fault that they were obviously understaffed. I waited patiently for 6-8 minutes while she was on the phone. I was speaking in a normal tone to my granddaughter while we waited and your cashier looked up and said "SHUSH I AM ON THE PHONE AND TRYING TO HEAR" REALLY...Who does that? My granddaughter looked at her and said Oh, I am sorry...I said "No, you are not sorry, but learn a lesson here..when you are making a living at a place, never be nasty or rude to a customer. In fact, never treat anyone like that period" It is too bad because up until then, our experience was good. Our server was efficient, pleasant and so nice. But this is my last thought of IHOP... I doubt seriously that we will return and that's too bad because we have been doing this for 15 years and my granddaughter's favorite place. There is just too much competition out there to have to deal with nasty personalities...and by the way, she never once apologized. Just took my card swiped it and slammed the receipt down.

So I'm sitting in the ihop in Ardmore Oklahoma there is 7 tables 1 waiter that has only been working 2 days can't keep up been sitting here 45 minutes waiting on drinks my 1 year old son is hungry but can't get any service and it's not the servers fault. This place used to be great now I would rather go to Denny's to eat.

Everytime me and my husband come in, it is a black server and there is this short white server with curly long blonde hair. They are the only ones that are willing to sit us and serve us. There is a short white lady we think she is the manager. She leaves us standing at the door every time. Now we thought it might just have been a oversight, but she does this every time she works that we come in. It is also another server that does it with black hair kind of tall. This is a disgrace and this company should be ashamed of yourselves to allow someone to work there that presents themselves as such. Me and my husband have taken this situation further and contacted a lawyer.

My bf and I visited your store in Coralville Iowa recently.
It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The place was dirty. We noticed mold on the lower walls outside of the kitchen where we were seated. The only reason for us noticing this? The rubber baseboards were missing.
The restaurant was not busy. It took our server only about 10 minutes to take our order... Not too bad. But, it was then 45 minutes until our food arrived.
My food was disgusting looking. I ordered the egg white omelette, a potato side and chocolate milk. The potatoes looked dries up and were cold. It angered me to think the server thought a person would actually eat that?! The Omelette tasted like Fish! And was cold! It was the worst thing i've ever tasted.
The meal was taken off the bill. But, that's not the point! What has happened to ihop? I'd like a reply as I have already called your customer service number and left a voice mail.in that message, I was told someone would get back to me in 2-3 business days... It's been more than a week.

My name is Anna R. Rutherford I am a server at this Reynoldsburg, Ohio location. I had a liver biopsy surgery yesterday (5/21/2018) and I am curently at work today. I gave Jake (G. M) my doctors excuse from the hospital and it had the following instructions.
- Can't stand no longer than an hour and a half at a time.
- Can't carry anything over 10 lbs.
It said on this paper I will only have to do this till 5/24/2018.
Today I was supposed to have the day off (says on the work schedule) but Jake said if I did not show up today it would be an automatic write up even after I explained to him what it said on the paper from the hospital. So I showed up 9am this morning, he's been cursing at me since I got here. Yelling at me saying im not moving fast enough and making me do things that the doctor specifically noted that I was not capable of doing till the 24th. The doctor told me I had to follow these institutions to prevent internal bleeding. Jake said if I don't do what he tells me to hes taking me off of the floor and will never put me back on it again (basically firing me). At the moment i'm in the parking lot sitting in my car crying because of the amount of pain im in. I told him he needs to just let me leave because it is illegal for him to be doing this. I told him before hand the things i'm able to do are limited, which is hard because of the environment I work in. I can't just keep sitting down every hour and a half for 30 min at a time when their is customers that needs to be taken care of. I asked Jake to please do my check out so I can leave. I apologized and said to him i'm not doing my clean up, im not doing my outs, I told him he can do them his self since he wants to treat me like i'm nothing when all I've been doing is trying to follow the doctors orders. Jake has been targeting me ever since I started working here and I should of contacted you all way before hand. The management here is very unprofessional and it just amazes me. I've never worked in an environment where it is okay for the G. M or even any employee to curse at you every day, or literally get two inches in front of your face and scream at you for not picking up another employees slack. For example a couple weeks ago we were slow so the other servers were sitting in the break room. Jake told me "if you don't clean the server line right now i'm throwing everything on the [censored]ing floor and you can clean it up from there." Of course I panicked because Jake gets upset too easily and I immediately started cleaning. Not even a single minute after I began to clean he basically said whatever and went down the entire server line and threw everything on the floor and yelled, "Pick it the [censored] up!" I absolutely dread coming into work every day because i'm constantly being mentally messed with for no reason at all. I love it here, I love the customers that come in to eat, the servers, cooks and the manager Erica are very kind, but i'm sick and tired of coming outside almost everyday to cry my anger out because the G. M can't even have a little bit of respect for me. I honestly don't know what I should do from here. Should I wait to come back to work so i'm fully able to do all I need to do? Even if I did so im probably going to get a write up or even fired. I have a follow up appointment 05/24/2018 at 2:15p. m eastern time, and hes already angry about that even though i've always brought him doctors excuses. My liver is messed up and im only 19 years old. I'm trying to fix my health so Im able to live a longer life. I don't understand why he has such a huge issue with it all of a sudden. He cut my hours to only three days a week last week after I told him I was having liver surgery Sunday morning. I'm sick and tired of him and how he makes me feel every time I come into work. I placed two separate orders on May 19. 2018 and experienced really bad customer service. The store address is 6005 International Drive Orlando, FL 32819. When my husband arrived they werent aware of the order. He provided the order number which were [protected] and [protected]. Both my card were charged and they fought my second order which was silver 5 for my son. My chicken quesadilla were cold. To heat it up in my hotel room, I would have to rent a microwave $15 a day. They kept pressuring my husband to tip them and I had it. I spoke with the manager the night by the name of Linda who gave my son a free drink but the experience was horrible. Linda advised to speak with John the next day but we had to leave. I will never go to the IHop again.

So today 04/20/2018. Me and my fiancé went to ihop in Chicago Illinois on cicero ave. We seen a homeless man sitting outside he didn't ask for anything.! We offered to bring him inside so he could eat with us, once we got our seat we were refused a waitress. Everyone was talking amongst themselves trying to see who was going to serve us. After 23 minuets we were finally able to get a drink. Once we ordered our food it took 1 hour and 23 minuets to receive our food. After multiple attempts of asking for a manager he proceeded to argue with us about our food and how long we were there. We asked one of the servers if brining the man in was the problem of us not getting our food in a timly manner. They proceeded to tell us yes he was the problem.! I have never received such bad service or rude managers in the 21 years I've lived. We are down in Chicago visiting we leave in 4 days back to Ohio. I will from here out never take my family back to another ihop. They need more training, a new manger and better customer service. Thank you.

I'm a regular customer at I hope restaurant in Evanston il. I spend over 100 dollars a week, there's always something missing from my orders. Or they give me a wrong order, the t bone steak always dry and rubbery, I will never purchase anymore at Ihope, you just lost a customer. I complained 5 times to Francisco the manger and nothing is done about it. McDonald's have better service than you, shame on I hope.

After picking me up from a gathering, my wife and I decided to get something to eat as we were both very hungry. We opted for the IHOP to get omelettes.

When we arrived, there were approximately 18 - 20 people seated.

We were seated near two other booths with 4 people per booth. We placed our order after about 15 minutes. 2 omelettes with extra bacon and sausage on the side.

After about 30 - 40 minutes, I started to wonder where our food was. It was then I discovered the other two booths, mentioned above, still hadn't gotten their food either. It was about 10 - 15 minutes later that one of the groups at one booth got up with the intent of leaving the restaurant. he discussed it, sat back down and asked about their order. They got their food about 120 minutes later. Mind you, they were there before us and received their orders over an hour after we got there.

Shortly thereafter, the other 4 started wondering about their food. They got their food and they complained that the eggs were cold and the pancakes dry. While they were discussing (arguing) with the manager about payment, our food "arrived".

My wife had the bacon extravaganza and asked for a side of sour cream and salsa aas well as a side of bacon.

I ordered the Colorado omelette with a side of bacon and a side of smoked sausage links.

Both of us asked for hash browns.

When the food "arrived", my wife's omelette did not have salsa. When she pointed it out, the waitress took the salsa off of my plate. Note, my omelette comes with salsa.

Then the waitress brings the bacon and sausage and asks if there is anything else. We needed to point out that we didn't get our hash browns. Then, I pointed out to the waitress, that my omelette was supposed come with salsa. The hash browns tasted dry, as if thy had been sitting for a while. It took over 5 minutes for her to bring me a thing of salsa.

It was about 4am by the time we got out of there. 2 hours is far too long to get what we had ordered in a restaurant that was not extremely busy.

It was, to my recollection, the first time ever in my life that I did not leave a tip.

I told my wife, if I owned that franchise, I would close and everybody there would be fired. Even if it meant that I might not be able to be open all the time. That level of "service" is not only unacceptable, but it is disrespectful to the customers that chose to patronize the establishment.
