did not give a caesar salad to me
I ordered a Cesar salad and I waited 15 minutes for it. All I received was rotten lettuce with cheese on top and dressing. I gave it back to the waiter and they gave me the same exact thing. I did not eat and I still had to pay for something I did not ask for. This is the worst place to go for the bad service. I would not recommend anyone this place because these types of incidents have happened to me at the same place multiple times. Probably 4 similar incidents.

I went to ihop on 49th street in westland mall and the service was bad, it took 15 minutes just to receive drinks and it wasn't even busy. Diana was extremely rude, (our waitress) we asked for drinks twice and said they were coming we ordered waters. Waters do not take long to recieve. My boyfriends burger was cold and my hash browns looked like a grease pan. I've never had such bad service at a restaurant before. She did not even ask if we were okay or if we wanted refills. I am a customer service professional and have never treated someone with such disrespect. I will never come to this ihop again.

We walked in at 1:55 in afternoon. Stood there empty tables but not cleaned. No hello no nothing. Another couple with children also waiting. We decided to leave. Another family walking out had ate but told us to leave cause the service and food were terrible. Said they waited 1hr and 45 minutes to get food that was cold. We ate in ihop Bellmead Texas yesterday service was excellent and good. Two boys in this place today we were watching just dragging. My husband asked one if there was anyone sitting people he never answered him. The one in Bellmead yesterday had super customer service. This was such a disappointment.

The general manager tamera Caron, is nothing professional… She never has her hair up when pulling food she never washes her hands she never wears gloves while preparing or moving food for example cutting vegetables and fruit. Her cousin Faith is a server at this location as well. She was supposed to have her shifts cut back due to this but she didn't she had even more put on. Me, a server that has been at that IHOP since opening undergoing corporate training was given one shift this week. The area manager Nikki. Is continuing to serve and keep all of her tips while she is making salary pay. Now that is illegal. Not only taking away from the servers here at ihop she is all so taking away from ihop Corporation. Her husband axle is also the kitchen manager. Which I don't think is appropriate. All of the managers always eat on the line. Never cleaning up, and always touching food with uncleanlsed hands. They always smoke without washing their hands, and always manhandled food, touching every piece with no gloves. I am highly disappointed in the management here, the lack of professionalism, cleanliness, and the strong amount of nepotism. At this location, it's all about who you are, and what your name is. There is no dress code here apparently, because servers come in with clevage out, hair a mess ( that's why there's so many complaints about hair in the food) and body jewelry galore. I am highly dissatisfied with how I am treated here. Like I said above, I have been here since corporate training...since opening. And I get one shift a week; but they continue to hire on more servers. This place needs to be demolished. It is one big health risk!

I am a customer that goes to this particular iHop very often and this has to be the worse experience I have ever experienced but this is not the first time the manager has not been professional. All employees including manager was arguing and cursing loud and abruptly in front of customer. 2 of the kitchen staff were about to fight and the manager started arguing with one of the waitress in front of the customer. A lot of customers left because of the loud and unprofessional activity going on. This incident went on for about 30 to 45 minutes. My order was not right twice after sending it back both times. The manager is very rude and nasty to employees and customers she did not apologize for the incident that happen because she was too busy still arguing with her employees when we left.

I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and ANGRY with IHOP on Assembly St. in Columbia. Not only have i worked as a server for almost 20 years i come to IHOP in Lexington, SC all the time but i will never step foot in another IHOP. I ate in your establishment and once myself and my boyfriend left we walked in columbia well we come back to my car that was parked in the back of the building and it has been towed. Not only is this absolutely ridiculous and cost me $180 and i was stranded in Columbia. We came in the front entrance where i was told a sign was placed about towing but where we parked (which i have pictures of and i have pictures of my receipt) there were no signs in the back of the building except one at the exit that is facing the street that we never saw because we walked out of the parking lot and this sign is not double sided and the eight spaces down from us have no sign saying towing enforced. Apparently even though we ate there we still were towed because we went walking around columbia. This is not only petty but ridiculous and the restaurants i have worked for would have never done this to a customer because our customers actually mattered. Not only did i waste money in your restaurant i had to pay $180 to get my car out of impound and being a single mother of 4 children and one with disabilities was a huge hardship on me and i am absolutely disgusted. Just making your company aware of this since Ihop could careless and the tow company was absolutely rude. Put more signs up in the back parking lot and make sure its stated that once you leave your restaurant to not walk anywhere except back to your car. Thanks alot IHOP

IHOP and go is a joke. I have tried this for the third time, and I am done. You stand there, people ignore you and you watch as your incomplete order sits under a warming light. The eggs were cold, the toast was bread without being toasted at all. The country fried steak was hard. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told he was busy cooking. The people are rude, the food is terrible, waste of money, and your to go options are as I said before...a joke.

I ask to speak to the General Manager because the waitress said he was here.
After waiting for minutes this young looking man happens to claim henisnthe manager.
I then am bamboozled when lol ask for the general managers information and then asked to wait again. Only to be presented with a half sheet of paper with Victoria and a phone number [protected].
Seriously last time it was the cook went to take his child to the hospital.
This to me is particularly suspicious business practices.
I grew up in foodservice. I know how this experience is supposed to go.
I hope you find resolution or turn this around or close this location for them not meeting your standards.

Most likely more than 20 times. On June 3 2018, 2:45PM. I felt I was profiled or at least treated badly at the #2099 Harlem IHOP. I entered the Harlem IHop store. I was greeted by Mr. Corey Lawrence. In my haste to use the bathroom I didn't respond to Mr. Corey Lawrence.
Mr. Corey Lawrence walked behind me and asked what was I doing.
I responded "I'm paraphrasing" I'm a valued customer who patronize this Harlem IHOP I need to use the bathroom Mr. Corey Lawrence response was I wasn't patronizing that IHOP today. Mr. Corey Lawrence said the bathroom was for paying customers only My response was fine. I'll purchased cup of coffee after I've used the men's bathroom. Mr. Corey Lawrence response was no I'll first have to purchase the coffee before I used the men's bathroom. I showed Mr. Corey Lawrence a 20 dollar bill and a 5 dollar bill. I said once again I have to use the men's bathroom immediately. Mr. Corey Lawrence said he didn't care. If I'm to use the men's bathroom I must purchase the cup of coffee first or I couldn't use the bathroom, long time customer or not. I purchased the coffee then used the bathroom. The sad thing about this episode with Mr. Corey Lawrence and IHOP. Each time I patronize the Harlem and various other IHOP. I've spent at least $75.00 $125.00.
The McDonald's restaurant's employees across the street. Where I never spent the amount of money at any McDonald's restaurant like I have at IHO restaurants. McDonald's empoyees never gave me grief or demanded me to purchase anything to use their bathroom. I believe this IHOP policy should be changed and Mr. Corey Lawrence corrected. Can upper management send a man of color "undercover" not patronizing that Harlem IHOP to use the bathroom to verify these allocation.

So I walked in the ihop the lady working cut me off woundnt let me get inside to sit to order I asked her if the place was open she said what are you doing here I told her we were here to eat she's very rude and I would never eat there again we ask to talk to her manager she said she was the manager so we told her she was very rude and we would never eat here again I would never spend my money there she insinuated that we were homeless and regardless if I am homeless or not I have money in my pocket we wanted to eat I'm telling a lot of my family and friends not to eat there because that was rude and uncalled for it's prejudiced against homeless people and people should be helping homeless people up instead of looking down on them thank you for your rude service

We gave our name and was told there was a 20 min. wait. 30 minutes later we asked how much longer it appears they crossed off our name and didn't call us. After being seated we waited another 20 minutes for a waitress and had to stop one and ask if we could order. Then 50 minutes after we placed our order we received half of our food having to ask another waitress if the rest was coming? After finally receiving our food we yet again after asking for our check had to wait another 10 minutes!

The Ihop store number 3141 located at 4936 Centre Point Drive North Charleston SC 29418 on June 3, 2018 around 9:30am. I was with a party of five 4 adults 1 child. When being seated the floor was absolutely slippery, i almost fell flat on my bottom. Our waiter was very nice and he had the right attitude but he was trying to serve too many tables at once with absolutely no help. Our food took over 30mins to arrive. When we got our food it had hair cooked inside of the pankcake. One glass of water had looked very nasty and had black things floating around in the glass. And our food arrived in pieces, cold, and made wrong. This experience was horrible we explained this to the manager and he seem not to have a care in the world of what we were explaining to him. I was not please that we still had to pay for such horrible service $56 total for food and terrible service.

At ihop in wisconsin dells the got the worst management ever. After I found hair in a plate I asked a server to talk with a manager. Her name is hannah and she was very rude and disrespectfull with us. She just throw us out from restaurant because we ask found hair in a plate and we asked for another one. I paid the bill 9:32 p.m. last night 5/30/18 The waitress was also the hostess and cashier. The tables half full. She had to turn people away.
The bus boy barely knew what to do and obviously there was a cook in the kitchen.
This is safety matter/ disaster waiting to happen.
Location next to freeway entrance not the greatest neighborhood. Homeless coming in asking her for water and men loitering outside.

IHOP is chronically short staffed on purpose.
I asked our waitress if she understood the potential danger. She said she did. And when she complained about it to Mr. Acosta he told her to get out of his office. Sinse than she has put in notice to quit.
I had my three daughter's and there father with me. All could tell something next to eploitation was occurring for that employee.
Now I'll speak to his boss and corporate to and find out if its just this manager or is this regular IHOP business.?

I called this location this morning and was placed on hold from stonecrest mall until I arrival at the door. No one ever came back to the phone, the store was empty when I got there, Servers standing around doing nothing, store dirty, and then a little guy with a Black hat came and I ask him for a manager and he stated to me in very rude manner that I had to wait until she finish and he walked away. I became very upset and another guy came and up but never told my order. The manager was in back cooking but never came to see what I needed or hear my concern. Finally a young lady came and tried to calm me down, took my order and got me squared away. This location is Horrible and I feel this store should be closed down and the crew there should be fired. I will be calling the BBB on this location..

I went to the ihop on rt 37 in toms river n. J on 5-27-3018 and I had a coupon to buy one entree get one free on my phone. They told me they could not honor it. They asked me if I had a printer. Yea like really I aways carry a printer around. They could havedone it manually. Arent these restaurants up to date like the other ones? The ihop was also filthy dirty. The floor had trash all over. The staff just stood around and kept walking past it all. Never go there.

On 23/05/18 my husband and I were in the ihop in Kissimmee on the 192 near Celebration. Our server was Henry. I order the crispy chicken strips from the +55 menu, it stated you got soup and a side. I got the chicken strips with mash and sweetcorn on a plate just put on the table and the he walked away. We asked for hot water for tea as we have our own teabags, he brought 2 cups of water and a plastic with milk in, we usually get a jug of hot water. When we asked for more water it was another 2 cups just plonked on the table. He was very sullen and seemed as if he didn't want to be there not friendly at all. So basically I didn't get my soup or side so paid for just the strips.
We holiday in Florida every year and tend to eat here most days. I will be thinking twice next year.

Today I went to San Fernando ihop trying to have a breakfast with my family and when I signed they lady at the front she told me that the wait it's was 30 to 35 min so it was no space inside to wait, we went outside to the car to wait, 15 min after I went back to ask how much more time to have a table and the manager so rude told me that he call my name along time ago and I was really upset because the manager in charge and the lady at the front they were saying that the time for the wait it was 20 min or less! When the lady said 35 min! That's very disappointing we have to leave to another better restaurant because we were not going to wait another 30 min.

We just left the Ihop on EasternBoulevard in Montgomery, AL and we were denied ordering to go because they were too "busy" because they had just sat large parties. I am very upset and feel like that isn't fair or shouldn't have even been done. As a restaurant there is no such thing as denying service because of a kitchen being backed up or there being too many guests. We can't order but they can continually seat people in front of us? I am very unsatisfied and displeased.
