IHOP unprofessional and rude employees

I am very disappointed to have eaten at this ihop in McDonough Ga..The staff there r young rude and very unprofessional and I will not be back there to eat and will also let everyone know how this ihop operates.The manager there did nothing to make experience better either ..please email me at [protected]@gmail.com or better yet would love to speak to someone [protected]..thank u

IHOP restaurant quality

HI my name is Dorothy Lawler my husband and I can in for breakfast around 1:30PM. We both ordered sweet creme crepe combos. After about 45 minutes waitress brought out our eggs and bacon. Egg were suppose to be over medium was well done. About 5 minutes later she brought our hash browns which were standing in grease then about 10 minutes later she brought out our crepes. This isn't first time this has happened it's about the 4th or 5th time. I don't understand why cook can't get our whole meal out at same time. I have called and email complaints in with no response from any management. Which makes us feel like you don't care if you lose our business or not. Today there was at least 3 waitresses working and only about 10 customers which includes us. There shouldn't have been any excuse for our meal not to be made and brought oUT all at the same time. You will lose by business especially if I don't hear something back and this problem is fixed. Poor service is what I have had the last 4 or 5 times I been in there. Store #4616 chk no. 7146 table 28 c: 7 posted 1292 Jena 8 total cost $23.50. That would be our total each time because we always order the sweet crepe combo with coffee X 2. Someone needs to fix this problem. Social media can do a lot on a business. Someone need to contact us and make this right. I'm tired of paying for meals that are not correct or delay in getting food or getting food served all at same time. How would you feel if this happened to you and your family at least 4 or 5 times with no response or results Thank you Mrs. Dorothy Lawler Ray City, GA 31645

IHOP time it took for service and mistakes made with food

Larry cohen i am making a complaint at ihop 36-081 at jan 6, 2018,
14.04 p .M. I and a friend went for lunch. He ordered a burger and
onion rings. I ordered a soup and salad. We waited for at least
forty minutes before our food came. My soup was cold and my
friend burger was also wrong. I sent the soup back and he sent
the burger back. After waiting awhile the burger and soup came
back. Burger was fine but soup was cold again. Sent soup back and waited awhile until she brought it back again.
We both were very unhappy with our meal and service we received.
We feel that ihop should make up our meals for us because of all the circumstances we went threw.
Thanking you for your help and look forward to hearing back
from you soon.

IHOP hair in my food, rude and unprofessional customer service

I am a regular at the IHOP in Frederick md my friend and I went to eat breakfast on Saturday Jan 6 2018. I was greeted when I arrived, everything was good except for my server named Diana extremely rude, she took a very long time to acknowledge that we were there. When she took our order she was rushing us. I can say the worst costumer service. So we ordered our food when we received it everything was fine until I found a hair. I waved to her so she can come to our table because she never checked back on us. I explained what the problem was and like if she wasn't rude enough she got an attitude with me telling me that it was my hair. She laughed and asked me what did I want more food? At this point I just wanted to leave. I don't ever want to back if she is around she made us feel unwelcome and it seems that she hates her job.

I'm also a regular at the Frederick, md IHOP by westview and have also had the worst customer service from Diana. She needs to quit if she doesn't like her job or IHOP has to do something. I can't believe they let this kind of people represent them.

IHOP wow!

TO whom it may concern:

I want to start by saying I'm appalled by the service and shall I say anti hospitality at your Glen Carbon resturant. LAST NIGHT Saturday January 6th 2018 I visited your resturant with my family. There where seven of us in total two being small children. As we entered the doors I was blown away by the size of the restaurant and the fact that there were very few customers dining in. I figured this meant little to no wait on a table. We came yo the lady at the seating desk (unsure of name) she said how many I said there will be seven the men are parking the car. She rolled her eyes and said oh my god. I asked if there was a problem and she said NO. VERY HATEFUL. She found us a table in the very dead dinning area, 4 other families was all that was visible the back half of the restaurant was shut off. She seated us at the tables in the back that where half table half booth. She refused to place two together and said you have to have two. I asked why she said because it's just to much work. I said ok at this point it is 8 at night and we just wanted to enjoy a hot meal. Then comes our waitress. I'm unsure her name I believe it was Diane or Danielle I'm not positive but she was a peach to say the least. SHE came to our table and said what is your drink order. No hi how are you or even what would you like. You could clearly tell she hated her job. I smiled and asked how her night was. She looked at me never blinked an eye and said what DO YOU WANT to drink. We placed our drink order and 15 min later she came back with our drink order. She then wanted our food order we all ordered pretty easy stuff the create your own meals and two kids meals. I ordered over easy eggs and got harder than a rock, my daughter ordered cupcake pancakes and bacon got sausage my niece ordered peach pancakes and got a strawberry waffle. Not a thing came out right. She came to the table yo explain it was a computer error and seeing we had two small children with us went ahead and told us the "[censor] computers here suck" now what adult waitress should use that around children not knowing if they hear that language. Never once where WE OFFERed a discount or compensation for the very bad night but I can say I will not recommend I hops more that specific restaurant ever to anyone. Over 80$ in meals and I left hungry and my kids did to I had to stop at a McDonald's and spend more on the way home.

IHOP lack of service and dirty atmosphere

We stopped at an iHop at 4656 Browns Hill Rd Pittsburgh PA 15317 on our way home. It was the most awful experience I have had at a restaurant. I was very disappointed the minute I walked in and was treated like I was invisible. Several workers walked by and didn't acknowledge us, offer to seat us, or see if we had been waited on. There were 2 women talking to one of the workers who also didn't acknowledge us. We were going to leave but decided to give them a chance. After we were seated finally it took us several minutes for our server to ask us what we wanted to drink. As we sat there waiting we observed the atmosphere. We were surrounded by unclean tables, there were enough workers and about 6 other people in the restaurant. We decided to get up and leave when we overheard another customer complaining to the manager right beside of our table explaining that they had poor service and it has been "a long time waiting" since they heard from their server. We got up to leave and were questioned by the 2 women that were sitting near the door talking to the worker still. They assumed that we were leaving without paying and as we went to leave they yelled "dine and dash?". So that made our experience worse for being accused of being dishonest which we are not. We didn't even get a chance to order before we decided to leave so they had no reason to question us. I hope this complaint will be directed towards the ihop restaurant that we went to. I would not advise anyone who doesn't want to get sick or be treated bad to go to this restaurant. I haven't had this bad of an experience with iHop restaurants.

IHOP customer service

Came into the restaurant and the only thing that came out right away was our drink order. We ordered our meals and it took 45mins for my niece and fiancé's meals to come out mine took an additional 15mins. We were told by our waiter that the cooks walked out and the manager had to complete the meals ordered. Everyone's meals were sitting under the heating light for more than 15mins. I ordered the country omelette and I never got my pancakes, but I still had to pay full price for my meal. I loved that the restaurant got a makeover, but the customer service is what desperately needs work. I will never come back here again, I'd elrather go to Waffle House.

IHOP employees behavior

As we walked in about 3 am, cashier was ringing up customers.. A hispanic female (heavy set - dressed very sloppy) went straight to cashier and started talking as if we did not exist.. Then she finally said."oh" how many etc...
As we were waiting for our order in which arrived cold.. An african american female yelled dont touch me, you touch my hair"they (her and an african american male) went behind the wall.. She yelled louder"dont touch me mother [censore]"
There was an elderly lady sitting behind us. One she not of been in a public place or anywhere at that alone. She kept having loud volgure comments... As I am writing this 3 employees were cussing and complaining about work duties.. Talking loud across the whole dining. Area.. This is worst restaurant atmosphere, worst employee behavior that I ever witnessed in my 50 years of life. As an employee calls someone else a mother [censore] than an [censor].

IHOP food

I found hair in my omelette - buried in - i can pull on it and it wont come out - i am so disgusted and nauseous. there is a newly opened establishment on old country road in hicksville - and this is our 2nd visit - this office will not be revisiting - We're not sure if they have had proper health training nor are we sure that they are permitted to open yet. Not able to find any health filings for this location.

IHOP manager/service

January 4, 2017 I called in a order at 2:00 pm and the person whom i was speaking with told me my order would be ready within 5 to 10 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later. When I got there, I told the cashier my name, she told me that she did not know what I was talking about. She continued to stand there and stare at me until I asked her to go check. She went to go look to see if anyone took my order. She came back to me and explained that the manager had taken my order but it hadn't been made yet. So I walked out because, I did not have time to wait. January 5, 2017 I called in a order at 8:18 am and was left on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up then called back and I was left on hold again for the same amount of time. I will never be going back to IHOP again. The service that I had received was horrible.

IHOP hostess and staff

Worst hostess ever Alexis at the Redlands .ca location working the front Hostess desk was very rude to not only myself but at least six other people who had to stand for at least five minutes as she walked past us three times serving one person a takeout which could have easily been accomplish by two or three other servers that we're not doing anything at the time. Alexa was rude offered no apology not only to me but the people behind me at least four people walked out in disgust

Replace Alexis or never again at this location

IHOP coupons from your email

It took over an hour to get food, and the pregnant mgr said somehow the food ticket got lost, so she will deduct from the price. She didn't know that I was using a free rooty tooty email, so when it was time to pay, she had the nerve to say that you can only use that coupon for pancakes not anything on the menu anymore. Which is total B.S because we literally left ihop in meridian and used the coupon for anything on the menu and they just deduct the rooty tooty price from your bill. I was so furious I immediately came home and emailed corporate.

IHOP slip and fall

I had a slip and fall in one of the IHop restaurants...I went to the emergency room and was sent home in a sling and with some pain killers...I was out of work for a couple days...and was unable to perform my motherly duties...I have been in contact with David Collier(Senior Claims Adjuster for North American Risk Services)...and I sent in all the paper work that was given to me...However I have yet to hear from someone...D.Collier gave me an incorrect email address...I am not able to upload the paper work at this time...But if someone can give me an email address, or D.Collier's correct email address I can send it AGAIN...please contact me ASAP...My email is [protected]@gmail.com...and my home number is [protected]...Thank you for your time...

IHOP service/huber heights, ohio

Arrived at facility at 4pm and only 3 parties of people in . Several parties arrived after our family. Within 45 min time frame, we received only one set of beverages. 3 parties that arrived after us with same amount of people were served first. We were not given additional beverages until 5pm and finally served at 515pm. This is unacceptable customer service. Also, bathroom was filthy. On way out of facility, noted floor not swept and dirty napkins on floor.

I did speak to the manager and she brought our food. We were patient and not rude at all to the waitress. When it came time to pay, the waitress didn't even come to collect the money. I had to go pay with the manager.

IHOP discrimination

This is a formal complaint about your unsavvy employees you have running your establishment in addison Texas and if i dont get some immediate feedback on this situation I will be taking further action. I wemt into your restaurant on beltline this past weekend and waiting for seating and while doing so a family came in of the same race the hostess was to be seated and was immediately seated with no waiting period. Now just for the record I am not hispanic. And the employees felt the need to apologize continually as well as the manager but if NOTHING wrong was done why apologize. And im sure this isnt the first time this has happened. By the way the manager on duty was Frankie. And someone needs to contact me immediately about this at [protected]@yahoo.com.

IHOP really bad waitress

My mother and I stopped at an ihop, heres the address
3408 S Main St, Lindale, TX 75771 ... and our waitress took a while to come to the table then when she finally did she was rushing us and there wasn't even alot of people in there.Then when we asked for a refill, or hot syrup or napkins she always said "hold on, hold on" but when other people in there asked she said "ok I'll be right back", ...i can honestly say we'll never stop by there again.

IHOP stolen money

I am a server at ihop on stemmons trail and i worked 3am to 2:40pm for new year & i had money stolen from me. I asked the MOD to please check the cameras and the respond i got was that she didn't know how to work the camera. I worked 12 hours & to clock out with no money it doesn't seem fair. I would like to know if there's Any way resolve this issue?

IHOP employee pay and tips

How can lhop let poor negative lying people run and franchise their name to bad for business partners? My wife work for one in Lawton Oklahoma when she was hired they told her she get to keep tips but the owner's take the tips back when she get her pay check plus charge for drinks any time she on clock even the ones the doctor say they can't drink soda. So I urge this to be fixed or the tax and work force agency will know y'all knowingly allow y'all partners to extort their employees for their work and pay !

IHOP ihop corporate office

IHOP corporate office Guest relations supervisor Alfredo tells me that franchise owners of IHOP have as much say as the corporate does on how they want to run their franchises and how they can disrespect customers at anytime and Ihop will not do anything about it. This is completely sad that I hop will allow any owner to do whatever they want and they would not lift a finger to punish a franchise that abuses their powers.

IHOP discrimination

On 12/25/17 I brought my child with disabilities
We were treated like crab the manager even call the cops on me just because I wanted his name.
I would like to have someone from the corporate office give me a call. The manager had no ethics and was so disrespectful.He kick us out saying they were close, while there were customers eating.
