It is my job to try new products for a group.

I received a piece of facial exercise equipment. There is a place to call so you can get a replacement piece.

After two years of awaiting a response on how to get the replacement. I gave up. Repeated email, phone and by mail itself has had no response. Inside the box the item came in, there was also information regarding a new item the company was selling.

No response regarding this either. Just silence.

IGIA - Never received order but charged for it

I order air-o-sac boots and thigh from igia on 5.2.07 and never receive it, however they charged me for it. can not get any one to answer email or their 800 telephone is all automatic and never can get an actual live person to talk to. Beware of this company, they do not send the order and do not answer phone or emails. now i have to go through my cc and try to get the charge deleted. They should be banned from advertising on the tv and trying to sell on internet since they do not follow through... Scam scam research companies before buying i should have and seen all the complaints against them.

IGIA - Consumers thief

I ordered the windstorm vacuum in Oct. of 2005. When it wasn't delivered in 2 months I cancelled the order. I never received a refund. I contacted the BBB of New York and the New York Attorney Generals office and still could not get my refund of $371.00. I have tried to contact the ofice many times since then and was informed a check would be mailed to me. This was Oct. of 2006. I still have not received my refund. I continue to try to get in contact with IGIA but can not get a phone number that works. It has changed, I wonder why. These people are thiefs and no one has shut them down. WHY. Many people have conplained with no results. How can this happen in our country. It seems to me we should shut them down until they refund all the consumers that have paid for products they never received.
