To whom it may concern;

I have been Vodafone customers since march 2005. In general we have been happy with the products and services which you have to offer. Last day I was recharged 89 tarrif, though after four to six hours it was activated partly ie. – I receive the bonus Msg.300 nos. only but repetadely (about 4 to 6 times) contraction with Vodafone customer care Executive (Mr. Abhishekh, etc.) there told that my tarrif was activated and if deduction is not reasonable then I will get back the excess deduction on my a/c.

I was stunned to discover that after being a Vodafone customer for over two years, the attitude of your customer care execuitive (Mr. Manish) hard me very much and behave rudly today and yeasterday. My cust. Care no. was automatically blocked from today without any information too.

I will be galdfull for your kind attention as early as possible.
