iFlorist Flower delivery

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my daughter with two days notice, for a special occasion. The money was taken from my bank immediately, but there was no order confirmation or email. After several emails I was given an order number, but the flowers did not arrive on my daughter's special day and have still not arrived. There is no record of the order when I log into my iFlorist account. My daughter thinks I have not marked her special day and is upset. No explanation for non-delivery, no response to emails. I am very disappointed with iFlorist service and would not use again. I can't afford to lose the £38 I paid.

Desired outcome: Delivery of a larger bouquet immediately/ refund.

iFlorist Worst online experience I've ever had!!

I ordered what looked like a lovely (but expensive) bunch of flowers for a funeral of a relative that I couldn't go to in France. I was offered a delivery date that was two days before the funeral which seemed safe enough. The flowers never arrived. I was given absolutely no indication that the flowers may not arrive on time nor was there any possibility of tracking my order. I only found that out they'd never arrived from my boyfriend who was over there. I was super embarrased and immediately sought to find out what had gone wrong. I asked for an explanation and partial refund but pleaded with them not to cancel my order, I still needed the flowers to be sent. Their reply was literally as though they had understood the opposite of my query. "We have cancelled and refunded my order as per your request", the only explanation being that their website had had a glitch in it when I placed my order. I got a little angry I must admit, asking that the flowers still get delivered and demanding regular updates on the situation this time! Again, a one sentence reply, "We can see that your order has been fully refunded, thank you." A complete ignorance of what I was actually asking! Luckily they refunded my full £50 and my family and I started to look for a grander gesture to display our sympathy and apologise for not having sent anything for the funeral. I then found out from my boyfriend that the flowers had just arrived. Relieved yet annoyed that I wasn't told this by iflorist, I resolved to let the whole thing go. This feeling came to an abrupt end when I was later shown a photo of my boyfriend's mother holding the flowers. They were NOTHING like the ones I had ordered. I would not have chosen pinks and oranges for my grandfather in law's funeral. And they were super cheap looking. The kind you'd find in Tesco for a fiver. There's no point me writing a further complaint to iflorist, they don't seem to care. So, the least I can do is warn others, let's stop giving wads of money to companys that don't deserve our custom! This was six days of stress and hassle that none of us needed when we should have been mourning. Bad, bad, bad!

iFlorist Dishonest sham

Basically spivs. Avoid. Delivered an abysmal small dying bouquet. After 4 submitted complaints/Tickets were submitted
& ignored on their sham Support Centre website, I got their
geographical phone number, waited on hold for 25 minutes, eventually
spoke to them and when they wanted the evidence of my complaint (which
I'd sent previously to their so called 'support site'... I did it all
again, and was promised "escalation" of the complaint. Their whole
strategy is one of promising refunds, and promising "escalations". "They
always close Support Tickets/complaints without any dialogue. Just
procrastinating emails & a website designed to make you just give up
and give in. I suppose you'd need to go to the Burnley HQ and threaten
them to have a hope of getting their attention!

iFlorist No delivery and no refund for Mothers Day flowers

I ordered what looked like a lovely bunch of yellow flowers for my disabled mother for Mothers Day. The flowers never arrived. My dear Mum was afraid to leave her sitting room for two days because she moves so slowly and did not want to miss the delivery. I tried to telephone iflorist but was kept waiting in the line for 15 minutes, so gave up. In all, I sent them six emails to try and resolve the issue. I wanted a refund of my £30.80. I finally got a reply to my final email when I told them that I had contacted Trading Standards. They replied that they had "escalated the matter" and would get back to me. They never did, nor did I ever get my money back. That's daylight robbery. Should I contact the Police?

iFlorist No delivery, No refund

The flowers were booked 20 days before the delivery day March 8th, 2013, my customer's birthday. The flowers were not delivered. I got no response while I reminded them in the afternoon of March 8th. I filed two complaint tickets on March 9th and 11th. And I finally got a simple email reply said: "Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in replying and the inconvenience you may have experienced." And the email told me the flowers were delivered on March 12th and signed by a name which we do know at all. My customer did not recieve any flower ever. I was given with a tracking number which can not help at all as I checked on the website without any result. I finally asked for refund and I got a simple email:
"Hi,
Thank you for your email.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in replying and the inconvenience you may have experienced. At Iflorist, we take pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction. Unfortunately, we did not meet your expectations.
As the order was delivered, we are unable to proceed with refund but can provide you with a voucher code for £5.00 that you can redeem on your next purchase. Please advise?"

This is rediculous! And I made a call. They said they can let me reschedule. Are they expecting me to reschedule to the B'day next year?! I was mad and felt cheated. So they told me to wait for their escalation and they will come back to me. We will see how they deal this order!

Here is the mail that I sent to iflorist, one week later I have not had a reply:

The flowers that I ordered a few days in advance of Valentine Day failed to arrive on Valentine Day and instead they were delivered the day after Valentine Day (Saturday 15th).Not knowing whether they would be delivered or not I consulted the iflorist website and found a phone number, I noted that the phone should be manned till 14.00 on Saturday. After several attempts to contact iflorist by phone before midday on the Saturday, it became apparent that nobody was looking after phone enquiries on that day. When the flowers were delivered later that day I asked the courier if he could explain the late delivery, he could not explain why they were late, but he did mention that he had 70 flower deliveries the previous day. The card included was not the advertised Valentine card that I had chosen, but was instead a gift card with printed text. What a shame when the florist local to my wife's work had managed to deliver a bouquet from her colleagues for her birthday, on time and with a hand written card.I think that the late delivery alone warrants a full refund let alone the inclusion an incorrect card and sub standard flowers. Please contact me as soon as possible.

iFlorist No delivery

I ordered flowers from iflorist to be delivered to my Mother on the 14th March 2013 for a belated Mothers Day surprise. They did not turn up. I have e mailed them and just received automated replies telling me to go on line to check the status out. I did this but there was no further information as to why my order had not been delivered or when it might be delivered. So now I have to play the waiting game and if its anything like these other poor customers on this forum, I doubt my mother will ever get her flowers. Will NEVER use iflorist again!

iFlorist No delivery, no communication, no refund

The service from iflorist is non-existent. They have ruined Mother's Day!

My mum is left disabled from a stroke, I live in the South East of England and she lives in Aberdeen, Scotland. I don't get to see her much and because of that and her fragile health I really wanted to make Mother's Day special so I decided to order a beautiful bouquet of flowers.

I paid £8 on top of the flowers and chocolates for GUARANTEED delivery on Mother's Day (18th March). I received an email saying the order has been allocated and will be delivered today on the 18th March 2012. It has never arrived which I'm very frustrated and upset about.
I have contacted them via their online support ticket service; [protected]@iflorist.co.uk, [protected]@iflorist.co.uk and have received no response, nothing, nada and their live support is showing as unavailable.

They claim to have an online tracking system but this is not updated and if you read the small print regarding this system it says just that, it is not a live system and requires updating manually. So I'm confused as to how they planned to manually update this 'tracking system' when they seem to have no staff on today.

I might forgive not having any support available on a normal weekend but on Mothering Sunday when they have taken 100s or 1000s of orders with guaranteed delivery it's unforgiveable. It's like they've taken the order and the money and shut up shop and don't care whether or not orders are delivered.

My dad said that they tried to deliver a bunch of dying flowers on Tuesday 20th, 2 days late despite my paying extra for Sunday delivery, no explanation, no apology, nothing and they've still not replied to my complaints and their 18 hours a day 7 days a week live system is never available when I try. The flowers were refused and I want a refund but it looks like I will have to go through my bank to get it as they seem intent on ignoring me.

iFlorist Late and wrong delivery, no respons on complain by chat, webticket and fax

Ordered 20 red tulips for my friend celebrating Christmas on her own in UK. Wanted to cheer her up. Flowers should be delivered in her office 23. December 2011. Flowers never arrived. Tried to get some response on this site https://support.iflorist.com/index.php?, but no such luck. Finally I got hold of someone on the chat https://support.iflorist.com/visitor/index.php?/iFloristUK/Live Chat/Chat/Request/_sessionID=/_proactive=0/_filterDepartmentID=4/_randomNumber=/_fullName=/_email=/_promptType=chat who promised to resolve this by delivering a new bunch of flowers but upgraded to a larger bouquet. I told them to deliver to her home address but call her prior the delivery as her front door is in the middle of the street. They never called her, but managed to deliver another bunch to the office yesterday. Luckily I only paid £19.90, but want my money back.
Please see the attached photo - doesn't look like red tulips to me. I have read lots of reviews the last days about Ifloristt - so I guess I am lucky if I get a refund. Just got an e-mail confirming a refund between 3-5 days. Time will tell. Next time I will do a better research before ordering flowers from Norway to a UK address.

Terrible company. Have used twice & NEVER again as let down very badly both times. Staff are rude stroppy & argue. Total rip off merchants as their flowers are awful & when you complain they lie & use every method under the sun to fob you off. Do not respond to emails, & when you ring them it borders on abuse !

DO NOT USETHEM!

I ordered the lily and rose bouquet for mother who had been diagnosed with terminal illness.
I paid extra for courier service. The bouquet was delivered to a neighbour's house and left in their porch.
The flowers were absolutely dreadful. They were brown and withered, the lilies never opened and one of the roses actually had the head cut off. There was absolutely no resemblance to the picture.
My mother was really distressed by this - when you are ill the last thing you want is a bunch of dead flowers with a decapitated rose (so much for the message of flowers). I felt really ashamed. I contacted the company immediately received one email apology and the rest of the time have been stuck in their offline leave a message chat facility.
I have reported this company to trading standards. i recommend anyone who has problems to do the same.

I'm sorry to hear that you had to go through this as well. I also ordered flowers early this month. Mine were never delivered either and they actually lied to me, saying that no one was home when the delivery was made so they left a calling card. This is completely untrue. There was at least one person home all the time and there is no calling card.
They're also refusing to give me a refund even though the flowers still haven't been delivered since I ordered them on the 1st of December.
So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee!

iFlorist no delivery no refund

I ordered flowers internationally using iflorist in April, but there was no flower delivery. The web page said 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I contacted them in late April and told them there was no flower delivery so I would like to have the refund. They apparently were helpful and said immediately process the refund. I waited for the refund to appear on my credit statement, but no refund. I contacted them again saying there has been no refund, and then they said they have already processed the refund, so it's the bank system problem. I've waited over 2 months, but there was no refund. I feel totally cheated. I don't think they actually processed the refund. Then I checked with the internet and found there are other similar complaints filed to the iflorist. So people should be aware that iflorist is not a good on-line trade.

Failed delivery and dreadful customer service. I Ordered flowers from the USA on July 20th for July 23rd delivery in France. No flowers were delivered after 3 days. Went back on the website no contact info such as company legal name, address or phone number. Sent email to email address that sent order confirmation, no responses. So I called my bank, disputed the charge and closed my account. This company is BS! STAY AWAY FROM IFLORIST - USE INTERFLORA INSTEAD!
