I have been charge in total £9.00 divided by 3 separate charges of £3.00
dates - 22/7/17, 29/7/17 & 5/8/17 which shows as iFitness.

My complaint is that I have never subscribed to ifitness & was not aware that I had been subscribed.
I would like to be refunded the total amount of £9.00
I was only made aware when i received my monthly Vodafone statement.
I have been in contact with Vodafone & had all 3rd parties unable to access my mobile data to prevent any further amounts being taken by ifitness or any other party.
Vodafone have advised me that I need to contact ifitness directly which is proving to be impossible as the telephone number [protected] I was given results in being cut off.
I think you've got the wrong number. I previously called - [protected] and it was sorted for me. I have received a refund via post office. Hopefully, that helps
