IFB Industries complaint unattended since 2 months

Complaint no [protected]. Date of complaint 15th march 2013. I don't want the services of ashok the area franchisee to attend to my complaint as he tried to open the machine from the bottom by folding the bottom panel damaging it. Then he cut wires and attached them to other wires instead of simply replacing the timer which was spoilt. He also exposed parts of the machine and ran an open machine spilling water inside the machine. Now my machine needs a pump and hinge but i don't want Ashok ([protected]) to do this work. IFB regional officer ([protected]) and the call center ([protected]) floor supervisor Anthony
say I have to use his services only or else my complaint will be unattended. Why am I being troubled like this?
I don't want any more apologies only a dead line by when my problem will be solved. I am sure you will help and get the matter addressed at the earliest.

IFB Industries Poor service

Purchased a automatic washing machine, model Elena Sx 6kg RPM800 of IFB from Capital Electonics, Ultanga, Kolkata on 23.7.2012 costing Rs22, 800=00 with warrantee for 4 years. After occasional use of about 6 nonths, the machine got heated and steam was coming out on 4.3.2013. Called customer care no.[protected] and lodged a complaint as no. [protected] dt 4.3.2013. I was told that one Dilip Jana, service presentative in kolkata will attend it. Next day after 4 calls to Mr Jana, one mechanic came at 8pm, checked the machine, run it for about 30 minutes but could not identify the problem but assured that the machine is ok. After his departure we ran the machine as usual with 0 degree temp. after 30 minutes the machine became little hot. but again steam was generated in another half an hour. Again customer care and Mr Jana were informed on 5.3.2013 itself. I also called Mr Jana again on 6.3.13 & 7.3.13 . I called again to customer care on 9.3.2013 with the request to repair it. Very surprisingly no mechanic/service people came till today, I am also not informed about the defect. None from the company is bother to contact me. I am confused whether it is beyond repair. What can I do at this moment. Can I get back my money or get replacement of the machine..

IFB Industries Complaint not attended but request closed

Hello team,

I have raised a complaint on 3rd Nov 2012 - complaint no. [protected].
Service engineer attended on 6th November and mentioned that the board has to be replaced.

I have made several calls to the engineer but only to be assured that it will be done in 2-3 days time.
This has repeated several times. So far the board has not been replaced.

I have called the Customer Relations today only to find out that complaint no. [protected] has been closed on 6th November itself.
It is ridiculous that the complaint has been closed without rectifying the problem.
The service centre at Hyderabad has been of little help as the number is either switched off or engaged.
Based on the advise of the CR exec, a new complaint has been lodged.

Request you to kindly address the issue immediately.

Hi frndz ! i m Ramachandran, Dont go for Chennai IFBI Mylapore Branch for any course or anything .Its Totally waste i also finiished Post Graduate Diploma in Retail Banking (PGDRB) for Axis Bank May 2012 Batch .I have passed all exams they have conducted but still we didnt get any job, we people still waiting but they collected full money Rs 50000.i have heard tat they going to conduct PGDBB KVB exam for OCT- DEC 2012 batch.so frndz dont trust them. they will talk like Harichandran but untill collectin full cash from you after tat they ill not consider you at any cost .

I WAS MADE A COMPLAINT NO.9418443ON 20/08/12, NO ONE RESPONDING MY CALLS AFTER LONG FOLLOW-UP ONE TECHNICAN MARIA PANDI CAME & TOLD THAT RUBBER SLEEVE HAS TO BE CHAGED, IT WILL BE CHANGED WITHIN A WEEKS TIME, TIL DATE IT WAS NOT YET RESOLVED, EVERY TIME I AM CALLING THE FRANCHISEE BALAJI ASSOCIATES, COIMBATORE TODAY OUR TECHNICIAN IS COMING TO YOUR HOUSE. I am the unfortunate victim of your neglected after sales service.
My 5kg digital washing machine developed persistent leaking and violent jerking during operation and I made my complaint to IFB customer care service via telephone No:-[protected] on 7/10/2012 and registered the complaint as per No.9665364.
Then after a week as no one turned out to check the complaint, I followed up the matter with the customer care and they gave me the Mobile No of one suresh Kumar ([protected]) and asked me to contact him and I contacted him via phone on 12/10/12 and he promised me that the problem will be corrected on 15/10/12, but nothing happened. As Mr. Suresh Kumar failed to turn-up, I again contacted the customer care on 19/10/12 and they gave me the mobile Number of one Sreejith ([protected]) and asked me to contact him and when I contacted him he told me that he will take-up the matter and after a few hours, I got a phone call from a telephone (No.[protected]) telling me that staff from the technician from IFB will be visiting my house on 25/10/12. I told him, I am working personal and I will avail leave for the purpose and will be waiting for you on 25/10/12 and he promised me that he will not fail to turn-up. On 25/10/12 as telephone No [protected] continue to remain switched off, I rang up Mr.Sreejith and also Mr.Suresh Kumar to inform him that I am waiting for the technician in my house and Once again IFB technician failed to turn-up.
Now can you (IFB- big shots) please tell me what I am supposed to do to repair my washing machine.

IFB Industries non redressal of complaint

I have regiseted complaint reg.no.9524893 and 9558681- cust id - 2645412, till today complaint not resolved. Since the first complaint lodged, no positive solution provided. False promise made by your service staff at ahmedabad. At time of lodgement of 1st complaint, we have been informed by your engineer that some part needs to be replaced and he will put order for the same and within a week that will be replaced, After following up he has informed by mistake old complaint cancelled in the system due to address not traceable and been asked to lodge a new complaint and the same has been lodged by us under no. 9558681. Your official at ahmedabad has confirmed that engineer by attend the call by very same day, but uptil now service call not addressed by anyone. My machine is in malfunction phase since last 10 days.

Corporate like you must sincerely thinks rather should take feedback from existing customers about how local office people are giving service to customers. After this experience, I seriously need to think twice before recommending your product to any one.

I have purchase a Microwave Oven from filpkart.com my prduct detail is order OD2072516593R for the item "IFB 20PG3S Grill 20 Liters Microwave (Neeta Mehta Cook Book &3 Cookery Classes ( insidethebox) +Smart Start-Up Kit )". More than one week is completed my no service person have came for installation. I have raised 3 times complain and i have spoken to then local dealer also and Hyderabad main dealer also no response. If this type of service you are providing to customer then better close your ###ing business. I own a IFB wasing machine that my father bought before 10 years from a registered shop.up to last half an year we had no complaints about this product. but now their new service station start at kasargod in kerala. one day a problem occured for the machine that it runs with heavy sound and jerking. i registered the complaint and one technician came and told that its bearing had gone and need to get replaced. he replaced it and it costs around Rs 800. after 2 or 3 months again the same sound and jerking came and i again registered the complaint and other technician came and told that its drum got damaged and the only solution is to replace it. we told ok and ordered for a new one.after 3 or 4 weeks he came again with new drum and replaced the bad one.it costs around Rs.2500. after that in one month again the same problem occured and i registered and the same technician came and told that the bearing had gone. the technician came was having only that much knowledge and the problem occured when he was replacing the drum. now the are simply telling that they will come next day when each and every day i called. i called customer care and also they told thet they will inform and nothing happens till now.i want to inform you this problem of a customer.

Sir,

I purchased IFB washing machine Model Diva on 14th January 2012 after strong recommendations from my friends and relatives. Presently, I am highly aggrieved with the quality and reliability of the washing machine as mentioned above.

The said washing machine is not giving me any service and utility of any standard. The clothes remain dirty even after washing them twice and thrice. It gives blasting sound many a times during the washing operation. It also vibrates too much while in operation and goes away from its starting position. In many cases, it went away by about 5-6 feet from its starting position. In spite of the visit of your service engineers visiting my place on my complaints dated 10-05-2012 (Complaint No. 8822148) and 26-05-2012 (Complaint No. 8916204), the machine continued to give some or the other functional problem and one could not rely on its functional efficacy/consistency.

To my disgust, your service engineer who visited last time informed me that the machine has got deep scratches inside the body of the machine. He also informed me that there appeared to be some problem with the wash tub. You would kindly appreciate the amount of confidence I can now have on the washing machine.

Now for the last about one month I have been in regular touch with the service centre but of no avail. My complaint No. 8934683 dated 29th May 2012 has not even been attended till date and surprisingly, your service centre also does not even inform me whether they would be able to correct

the machine to function trouble free. This kind of a service from IFB, at least I cannot believe.

In this background I am left as a highly dissatisfied customer and have lost total confidence to rely on this piece of machine. I, therefore, request you to kindly provide me a replacement of the machine: if possible top load machine. Should you feel for me to make a payment of difference in price, if any, I shall do the needful on hearing from you.

I believe you would not shake my confidence any further of my reliance on your big name in the washing machine industry and as marketing ethics should dictate, provide me a replacement of the washing machine most expeditiously. Hoping for a positive and a prompt response.

IFB Industries Bad Product & Worst Service

Ticket#8736790, I raised complaint about microwave not working on 27th Apr12. But still its not been resolved. Iam getting false assurance fromcustomer support team and from local service engineers who's way of talking is not acceptable & more of commanding. They say if you want have service your microovan then either bring that to our service center or pay Rs 200/- for pickup and RS200/- drop of your product as part of transport apart from Service charges and other charges applicable during repair. This is very sad that brand like IFB is harassing customers and mental agony. IFB support supervisor confirmed i need not pay for transportation but haven't done anything to resolve the issue. The local area manager doesn't bother to answer the call after assuring he will have my product repaired immediately. Hardly over an year product but giving so many issue. THE WORST PRODUCT I BROUGHT IN MY LIFE & WORST SERVICE SEEN BY ANY BRANDED COMPANY..

IFB Industries circulation pump not working

circulation pump of my dish washer is not functioning as detected by company mechanic on 02/01/2012 against complaint no.7965934, id no.2322089, dated 31/12/11. local branch manager mr. swamy is dodging since than to replace the pump. initially he expressed that the pump is to be acquired from company, since stock is not available with him for which he will take max a week time. But i am yet to receive any positive response from him. I expect it to be done immediately. As i am an working women, the machine is a necessity. u r requested to direct concerned official at my end to get the complaint redressed immediately.

IFB Industries Quality of bowl given with the microwave oven

The bowls and other appliances given under brand name "Roxy" are not trustworthy. The company like IFB should n't provide such low quality items with its primary products. The microwave oven purchased by me on 17th of December 2011 form Ashoka Electronics, Santiniketan Road, Bolpur model no. 20 SC2, Sl no. 002331 under chalan no 2484, has been delivered with some cookwares, which were to be used in micro-oven. But after installation of the micro oven on 20th of December, the bowl of 0.8 ltr supplied with the micro oven get cracked on very first use. Thus I think, there is every reason to believe that the company should provide the cookware of a good company which can increase the reputation of the IFB. So the company should replace the whole kit of cookware supplied with it at its earliest. Subhojit ghosh moulick [protected]

IFB Industries POOR SERVICE RESPONSE

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchased IFB washing machine from navrang audio video (p) Ltd, Laxmi Nagar New delhi on 27/03/2011.Model-Elena Dx.My machine was not working properly and for that i complained to customercare no-[protected] they gave me the complaint no-7722314 on dated-28/11/2011.one technitian came to my house and said that regulator is not working properly and need to be changed.he didnot turned up for long tme instead of several reminders to customer care and responsible persons, again on 13/12/2011 technitian came and installed a cutout and charged rs 950 for that, but my machine is still not working.i complained several times to customer care, Mr KP Agarwal franchise owner of service centre no-[protected], Mr Mohit IFB no-[protected] and [protected]@ifbglobal.com

but my problem is not solved till now so please do the needfull

i have purchased washing maching belong to ifb it runs good on same reputation i purchased microwave owen of same company the product took lot of time to cook it took 3times more time than shaduled time on the first day it starts its working badly i called reprasantive of same company . he just open and closed it and called company after i called customer care of ifb 10 times they turn deaf ear plz help me as the owen is desfective either replace it or mend i have got 2years extended warrenty my product seerial no is 0511411and i have purchased it on16/8/2011

IFB Industries No Service under AMC

My IFB Washing Machine is under AMC and last week it stopped working. I logged the complaint on 13th October, 2011 at helpline no. [protected] and they have given me the complaint no. 7385739 and User ID No. 403775 and assured me that technical executive will contact me within 24 Hours. Unfortunately nobody contacted. I called the call center again on 15th October, 2011 and they again assured that our complaint has been forwarded on urgent basis and technical executive will call us within 24 hrs. But again unfortunately nobody contacted us. I called the call center again on 17th October, 2011 and they again assured that our complaint has been forwarded to senior managers to take action on urgent basis. But till date no action has been taken.

Request you to please do the needfull urgently.

IFB Industries WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/heating not working

Microwave heating not working for a month. Complaint registered many times. Got the same complaint number each time, means complaint unattended. Reason given each time "Part Not Available". Service charge charged on the spot on the visit of the representative Mr.Mintu Kumar, Phone - [protected]. I have a reciept for it. The representative when contacted later on his phone gives the same reason "Part Not Available" and then stops disconnecting my calls when recalled. When the local dealer "M/S EXCELLENT SERVICES" is contacted through whom Mr. Minto came, the reply is same from one Miss SHIKHA, Phone - [protected] that "Part Not Available" and then she adds another irresponsible and arrogant statement "Haan Haan Complaint Kar Dow Naa Ap Aur Woh Bhi Likhit Mein". This clearly shows the careless attitude of the company towards it's customer's and it's way of treating them as just another scape goat.
I am really sorry to be associated with IFB.

IFB Industries Delivered product defective/dented, pathetic customer service, poor dealer and employee commitment

Its been 10 days, that a faulty washine machine ( dented), delivered at my new home...The dealer doesnt respond, the so to say area incharge / sales managers are absconding...Absolute non -sense and no respect for customer calls / centricity.
Such brands / people shoul be blaclisted, I have not even used the product and see the pre delivery customer service.
I plan to lodge complain with the consumer forum for poor service, poor product and for harrasment.
Never ever look at IFB delaers/products - they seem ineffective ( product/people), faulty ( product) and give ### responses to customer enquiries.
