Idrivesafely.com / please avoid... the voice recognition after every class is likened to russian roulette

After signing up for the defensive driving course and completing 7 out of 8, the automated voice recognition system didn't recognize my voice, and was told I had to start the entire course again. I sat down in front of a screen for about 4 1/2 hours for absolutely nothing. I'm going to enroll in a class rather than waste my time with this nonsense. I will be disputing any charges (if I am charged). Listen to US who have complained and PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
