Identity Stores / Long turnaround time for requests

I logged a debit order request on the identity website on in Oct last year however when the debit order did not go through on my account I went to the shop to find out why I was told that sometimes those requests do not get processed so instead I should pay cash at their stores. I did so and continued to do so till to date. yesterday I became aware that the identity debit order went through last month despite me having being paying at their store meaning a made a double payment on the account. I called the call center to find out why I was debited and Tue consultants cut me off 3 times without getting proper explanation
