Upon starting treatment 4 years ago I was told when I signed up that I would not be charged interest as long as I made the required payment every month. This turned out to be a lie, I made every single payment that was sent to me and I am now being charged 1200$. After I was done with my first round of treatments I was offered and agreed to receive another set for a different part of my body with the understanding that I would be billed in the same format as my first set i.e. no interest as long as I pay my monthly bill. Now I have the below charges listed on my account. I talked with the local office and Ashley (my initial rep) has been replaced with Jennifer at the Alpharetta location. Both ladies are wonderful and talked to their higher who is willing to credit the money toward future treatments. All I am asking is for the remaining balance on my acct $727.83 be paid off. This will save you and me money. Again I cannot stress how helpful your employees at my office are but unfortunately what I was consulted on as far as billing is not what happed

Had sessions done in July 2016 and have been back since for more pictures. I haven't seen any difference except for the "added" weight. Plus I have had "more" colds since then I have had in my entire life (age 75), about every 2 weeks I am in bed with a cold. Not sure this is caused by Cool Sculpt treatment but it surely seems strange that never happened before.

I have not, as yet, discussed this with anyone except with husband, and he tells me to not finish paying the balance owed on the $5000.00 + bill. I don't want to ruin my credit rating so I am secretly paying. However, I may contact their area people to see if something can be done. But I do not think I would ever go back unless they want to give me some "free treatments".

The people were very friendly which was the best part but now I have no change except "bigger" and a "big" bill which was over $5000.00 in beginning. Sorry but they have the pictures - never offered me a copy.

My issue is twofold. I procured the services of Ideal Image for laser hair removal on my chest, back, upper neck, and upper arms. The contract I agreed to was around 10, 000 dollars. They promised that after 8-9 treatments the hair on those areas would be gone. They said only if I had a chemical/testerone imbalance would that not be the case. They performed a quick check to make sure that my hair follicles did not exhibit the properties that would render the treatment ineffective. Upon their clearance and promise that this treatment would work on my body composition I agreed to a contract under Florida law to remove the hair from these areas. However, after 10-11 treatments on the varying areas they were not hairless and in some cases like my back there is no discernible difference from when I started.

They offered to continue giving me free treatments as I was unhappy with the results. I went back for an additional treatment hoping that things would improve since I invested over 16 months, a lot of pain, money, and prohibitive lifestyle restrictions ( I had to wear a shirt always in the sun, SPF 50, a hat, keep my neck covered at all times, could not spend much time outside, etc). Sadly, the person who had performed most of my treatments was unable to perform my treatment that day and nothing regarding my idiosyncrasies, proclivities, or medical history was shared/communicated to this other heathcare provider which led to the sad situation I am about to describe. Before beginning the treatment, I do not believe I received much sun if any but asked her to check if I had color, particularly on my back of which I could not see. She attested I did not.

The reason is you can have a terrible reaction if that is the case. As I was undergoing the treatment, I began to feel excruciating pain, more pain than any of my previous treatments. I usually show no emotion and am very stoic at this point I am anything but. You can see it in my eyes, the pain was overwhelming. At this point I ask her to check and see if my body was having a negative reaction, I said I have done this 10 other times, it has never hurt like this, how is my skin reacting to the laser. She says my skin is fine and continues operating on me. I try to talk to her as I am in so much pain and I am trying to distract my mind from what is happening. I keep telling myself, she says I am fine, its my last treatment, I just need to tough through. She refuses to really engage me in conversation leaving my thoughts to the pain I am feeling to the point where it becomes overwhelming yet again, and I ask her to please make sure I am having a good reaction I do not want to get scarring.

She again tells me I am fine and continues on. At this point I beg her to talk to me to help distract me from the pain as it has never hurt to this extent (10 other treatments, and always cope well with the pain), she says sure, talks to me for 5minutes and then stops and leaves me in utter silence as she continues on. At this point I have tears in my eyes but I push through. She finally finishes. My entire body hurts so bad, I feel like I am about to pass out, I am woozy. I normally make a phone call to let people know I am okay and on the way home after each treatment. I call my family and tell them how this treatment was different from the others, how I am shivering and cold, and I feel really sick. I drive home, barely able to keep focused. I proceed to sleep for almost 15-20hours.

I can only lay on my side because my body is in so much pain. I wake up and I go downstairs and see myself in a mirror, my entire body is covered in purplish bruise streaks from the laser. I am scared, confused, unsure what to do. I go online, I start to research this situation, and I go out and procure aloe, and an ointment that is supposed to help prevent scarring. For the next 72hrs I cover my entire body in ointment and moisturizer hoping that I will not permanently look like this. It takes multiple weeks for the demarcations to finally go away.

I am furious, embarassed, upset. I feel I was ripped off. Not only did the treatment not work, I was lucky even more permanent damage did not occur. They asked me to go back for more free treatments, but after my experience with my first treatment, I had no interest. I told them I just wanted my money back as everything they promised did not happen. I was locked into a 10K contract, and now just barely escaped permanent scarring because their employee was negligent in their administration of the procedure.

if you've ever considered laser hair removal, i would not recommend Ideal Image. When I initially went in for my consultation, I was promised I'd be hair free, just like they advertise. No more shaving! No more waxing! No more plucking! That sounded incredible! I was in! I was so excited at the thought!
Now, over 2 years later, more money than I care to admit, many long trips and wasted miles, 11 painful treatments... I am nowhere near what they promised me. I was guaranteed that after 9 treatments, i wouldn't see hair. I did. So they gave me 2 extended treatments. Still, much more hair growth than I would have expected.
Today, I was told by the consultant that I'm actually in the average. Really? It's average for their customers to not get what they paid for? What they were "guaranteed"? That's extremely disappointing that I'm just know hearing that. I asked how we move forward from here, and was told that they did their due diligence. That since I signed on for guaranteed 9 treatments, I could pay a discounted rate to continue my sessions. This isn't years down the line, after my hormones went crazy due to pregnancy. This is 8 weeks after my extended treatments on top of the guaranteed number needed To "never see hair again".
They let me walk out of the office completely unsatisfied with our agreement because it was "average" and no longer their responsibility.
I will never recommend this company. A company that knowingly unfullfills their promise. A company that has no consideration for their customers satisfaction. A company that scams people.
If you've ever thought about never shaving/waxing/plucking again, look elsewhere.

I researched cool sculpting and was very interested in having the procedure done.The staff was pleasant enough and led me to believe I was a good candidate for the procedure. I went to the Fleming I Island, FL location. After all signed and sealed, they then told me they could not do the procedur in their office and would have to drive 1 hr. away into
Jacksonville for treatment. I was really angry about that. But I figured I wsa stuck because I had signed the contract. I specifically wanted go reduce my ouble chin and my pregnant-looking belly fat. Well! After under $ 6000 later, I still have both. I was misled by their before and after pictures and their encouraging sweet talk. There was no followup. Stay away from this company. Find a reputable dermatology office and check with them.

I went to ideal image because I have had so much success with them from laser hair removal. I did like the facility so I started to look into their cool sculpting options. I went to the consultation and was told I would without a doubt lose inches in the area I had the procedure on, which was my entire mid section side and portions of my back. I followed up as needed and even dieted for x amount of weeks after 8 weeks I still had no results nothing zero! I paid almost $5000.00 dollars for this procedure. I was very upset and at this point extremely depressed to have just thrown all my money down the drain for no results. I contacted ideal image after about x weeks and was told I would have to contact the credit agency so I did so. I sent in letters of dispute in the timely manner they asked after about x weeks I was told ideal image did not respond to their requests, nor did they respond to my email. So there was nothing that could be done and I was obligated to the entire amount. I will never go back to ideal image they basically stole my money from me.
Cool sculpting does not work, it is a scam, and a waste of money and time...

I agree with the negative reviews. I went in for a consult, they said I was an Ideal candidate but I disagreed, I feel I'm too overweight but they assured me. So when it came to finance, I applied for their financing but told her, I didn't know if I was going to use my credit card or there's. No problem, nothing but sign here and there. My fault fir nit reading the font at size 5 with only one good eye I have left.

Had to reschedule due to another cancer procedure but rescheduled. I never go to my mail as I'm paperless unless I'm expecting a package. I received a bill, it wad 2days past due. I called the billing company and explained I didn't receive the treatment yet as I rescheduled, she said to call Ideal.

Now all of a sudden I'm told I pay for units in advance. They resent the paperwork. I still can't read it. I said that was fine but not until I do the treatment. Again she said its like a prepay.

RIP OFF, BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS...it gets better.

Went in, turns out they original assessor didn't right anything down so the RN was blind to what we had to do but she took the time along with an assistant. And of course I needed an extra size so that's extra money I had to pay to pay on the spot.

Got treatment and during it they realized no one took pictures first. They asked if I would come back in 30days to take pictures. Why would I do that? Its inconclusive as I'm swollen.

I will be writing the president of this company and I know I'm going to get the same crap story, we've performed millions of procedures with satisfied customers. Well take me off that list

UNETHICAL COMPANY

The only appointment that had had with Ideal Image was an
"initial free consultation" appointment to find out more about their laser hair removal process and the costs involved. They asked me to sign some forms that was explained to be more of a formality. Fifteen days later I received a statement from CareCredit saying that I owe Ideal Image an unrealistic amount. I was shell shocked as here I was still researching the laser hair removal process, weighing the pros and cons and evaluating whether it will be safe on me. Ideal Image had rendered no service to me so how could they charge me?. I called their office. The staff was extremely rude and super unrealistic. The woman who "dealt" with me yelled at me saying that whether I decide to use their services or not was my problem but I owe them that money. Oh! my God what kind of a business is this?. This is my body, my money and now I am trapped into something that I am fighting to get resolved.

It is a scam company, they use fishy way to hunt you, and after you sign their tricky contact, they will tell your now you have no choice other than pay!

Yes they have me signed a contract of $2700 and after 24 hours after I found it is a scam they won't refund the 10% I paid in front and they asked me to pay the rest, I am 18 years and don't know what to do! please help.

Bottom line: I was told I was the "perfect candidate" for treatments and paid over $4000 for brazilian and lip/chin and after the treatments 0% of the hair is gone. I will be getting ALL of my money back one way or another and as for Danielle Maranro on z100? I will be reaching out to her because she promotes this company saying we never have to shave again and never be embarrased etc etc lifetime results...blah blah. It's all a scam! Don't waste your time and money!

These people are just the worst! Do not go near this place and if you do never go inside! These people are basically car sales men, you go in thinking your going for a consultant when there only aim is for you to immediately sign there contact binding you to there overpriced package for laser hair removal! Please people don't be fool! Somewhere where your going to spend thousands of money should have flat rate prices the same for everyone in general! You don't know if you need 5 treatments when all your body needs is 3! Second, no wayyy can a price jump from 9, 000$ all the way down to 3-4000$ because of a "sale that's only today"! Thats a high pressured sales tactic from use on their victims! Do not fall for it! Lastly if you do end up signing the contact, you have by law a 48hr grace period to still have it canceled! Treatment or no treatment! Also if you have to get out it past that time, go above their heads by contacting 1. The owner of the establishment 2. The ceo of the company 3. Just any higher up! Do your research to find there emails, contact numbers and get to calling them! Ideal image has sooo many lawsuits already against them for illegal practices they do not want anymore! Best of luck to you all and bother with going to them!

I had used their services a few years ago and in the last year have been battling cancer. I called to schedule a touchup appointment, which I knew I would be paying for. I told the lady scheduling the appointment that I had some regrowth after chemo. She scheduled the appointment for me. When I got there for my appointment, they said they couldn't treat me because it hadn't been long enough since my chemo and radiation. My oncologist said it was fine for me to schedule it. Why would they not have asked a question or two when I mentioned it in the first place? Obviously wasn't listening. Then they were rude about refunding the touchup fee and it took three days to go back into my account. I think they need to offer more training for their staff, and maybe some manners!

My husband has been going to Ideal Image for over 2 years. He paid over $6000 for laser hair removal on his back. He said it is very painful. Ideal Image suggested some numbing cream that he could order and put on before his treatments. He has to order it from Florida for $40. There is only enough for 1 treatment. So he has paid over $6000 plus $40 each visit for the cream. He has not been allowed to take his shirt off when he is outside for the 2 years either. They told him if they see any tan at all on his back or neck they can not do the treatment because it will not work. The whole reason for the hair removal was so that he would be able to take his shirt off in the summertime and not be embarrassed about the hair on his back. He had his last treatment a few months ago and already all of the hair is back. ALL OF IT! He went to them for another visit to show him his back and they said he will have to have more treatments. That means more PAIN & NO SHIRT OFF AGIAN THIS SUMMER. IDEAL IMAGE IS A HUGE RIPOFF. They should not be in business! I wish they would just give us our money back. They advertise that there hair removal is guaranteed. Everyone needs to get together and sue these people for false advertisement and pain and suffering!

“not having to shave” is the first of many lies you will be told. I was
Told “you’re going to love not having to shave.” only if it were true! I
Completed all nine required treatments of laser hair removal. (Full legs and
Brazilian) I still have a significant amount of dark hair and need to shave
Every day. I see no difference in the
Amount of hair I have on my legs and bikini area. All of their advertisements say “no more
Shaving, no more waxing, no more stubble, be hair free.” these advertisements are intentionally
Misleading, and outright lies.

I was misled into signing their agreement. I was told because I have light skin and dark

Results. They never assessed my actual
Hair (After all treatments were completed, I learned they should have). I was told by my consultant j*, how jealous
All her friends were when she went on a cruise, because she never had to
Shave. I was repeatedly told I would
Love not shaving. Not once prior to signing the contract, and starting
Treatment, was I told I would ever need to shave again. I was convinced I would be “shave free, ” as
Their advertisements promised. Not until
My third treatment, did they start saying, “you know you may still need to
Occasionally shave”. What? The lies continued. I was told, “you will only need to shave once
A month” and “you will only have like 12 hairs left”. The lies just piled on. As treatment progressed, I expressed more and
More concern.

The contract is only to protect them from lawsuit. The only reason they
Make you sign it is because they know they are intentionally misleading

Removal doesn’t remove blonde, grey or white hair”. But they had just finished telling me how i
Had dark hair, and I would be a perfect candidate. They take away your right to full legal
Representation in a court of law. They protect themselves against class action.
Why? Because they know they are ripping you off.

Two months after my final treatment I wrote to j* to tell her I was
Very unhappy with the results and wanted a refund. I let my hair grow out for 6 days and went in
For an assessment. I was told the
Remaining dark hair was untreatable because it was actually “ash” colored. More lies!
The nurses said the state nurse would contact me in 7-10 days. The state nurse never contacted me yet wrote
In my file she did. Another lie! After a month of no correspondence, I let my
Hair grow out for 2 weeks. The dark hair
Was very obvious. I wrote again to ask for a 2nd assessment. No response!
They just ignored me. They had their money, they simply didn’t care.

I contacted the owners of two independent local salons for 2nd
Opinions. They were both in shock at how
Much dark hair remained after 9 treatments.
They informed me the industry standard is 5-6 treatments. One owner is also an electrolysis. She was able to remove several hairs and
Examine their roots. The roots were
Definitely dark, which means they are treatable. This is evidentiary proof that ideal image’s
Assessment is just another lie.

As of the date of this post, I have written to the corporate office to
Ask for a refund based on the evidence provided by the two independent salon
Owners. I am waiting for their response.

Can learn from my mistake, and save yourself the financial loss, grief, and
Aggravation I have endured.

DO NOT go to Ideal Image! I had the WORST experience I could ever have there. First of all, their prices are ridiculously expensive, but I decided to go there because "you get what you pay for, " or so I thought. I decided I'd go with them because they claimed that their hair removal practice was safe, they have specialized nurses doing the procedures, and have been in business for many years. Wrong! Once I signed up with them, I decided to do the hair removal procedure that same day. During the process, the "nurse" must have used the wrong settings on me because she BURNED me! It was extremely painful during the procedure. I told her that the laser was really hot and that it was really painful, but she ignored me. All she did was rub the area a little bit and told me that it was normal and that most people just don't realize how painful laser hair removal actually is. When she told me that, I thought it was normal for it to be that painful, but obviously it was not. She should have stopped to make sure she was using the correct settings on me, but she didn't. When I returned to show them my burns, all they did was rub some burn cream on me and sent me on my way. I also signed up for a "package deal" and was extremely worried that they wouldn't let me cancel since it was so expensive. At the time, I was thankful they let me cancel the agreement after seeing my burns, but if anyone out there receives bad treatment from them, DO NOT sign the cancellation agreement. It pretty much says that if you cancel the agreement, then you can't sue them and they owe you nothing. All I wanted was to seek medical attention and to get proper care from a professional Dermatologist, but since I signed the agreement, they would not pay for it. This has been the worst experience of my life and I have burn marks to prove it! Whatever you do, do not give them your business. They are liars and have horrible service! Make sure you get the proper treatment, that the laser hair procedure does not burn (it should be hot but not be extremely painful), do your research, ask lots of questions, and make sure you follow ALL of the guidelines they provide you.

I am very upset with Ideal Image after my first treatment and a second consultation/evaluation. They are very incompetent when it comes to scheduling appointments. After my first consultation on August 29th, 2013 I was given an appointment time for Thursday October 24th at 7:20pm or 7:40pm. I called ahead of time to confirm my appointment time and to my surprise was not on their schedule at all. Their receptionist wasn't going to be able to reschedule my appointment until November 16. I asked if this delay was going to cause any problems with my results and she assured me that it wouldn't but she was unable to give me an exact time to be there after placing me on hold multiple times. After being on the phone for close to 20 minutes to simply confirm my appointment time I had to get back to work as I had called on a lunch break. The general manager returned my call and advised they would accommodate me for Thursday evening and to call back to confirm that I would be available. I spoke with Ginny and told her I had an appointment elsewhere at 6pm and would not be available until 7:30pm. I told her about my concerns after my first treatment. That I hadn't experienced any decreased hair growth an that I felt like it was possible the treatments wouldn't work with my hair type (I have natural dark blond hair with some auburn tint). She told me that she would brief one of the nurses before my arrival and that she would inform Tammy of the results of my consultation with the nurse. She specifically said Tammy would most likely be gone for the day considering the time I was available to come back in. I arrived at Ideal Image at 7:30 and was surprised that the nurse familiar with my case was unavailable and already in the middle of another treatment. The nurse I saw advised me that from what she saw there was no way I would get the results I thought I had purchased for close to $1800. She also advised that with my skin and hair type they would have to slowly ramp the laser level higher and higher and that some people experience burns. I had specifically asked if this was possible during my first consultation and was told it was impossible to be burned by these lasers as they target only dark hair and cannot burn skin. Furthermore, when I returned home I had a voicemail from Ginny stating she had me down to arrive at 6 or 6:30pm and since I hadn't shown up she was going to assume that I wasn't coming! I couldn't believe it! After we had just discussed me having an appointment elsewhere at 6pm that would prevent me from arriving anytime before 7:30pm. I considering consulting an attorney going forward.

Please stay away from this place. It's a scam to get your money. The first time you arrive everyone is nice and friendly after you sign the contract all of that disappears. I can't believe the level of uncaring attitudes displayed here. The worst part of it all, they cancelled my appointment time claiming to have contacted me. If you need to change the time that I scheduled for myself a good business would make sure they personally got in touch with me. I've never experienced such a thing. This was very inconsiderate, unprofessional and rude. When arriving to the place on my scheduled day the receptionist which is supposed to be the lead receptionist was very rude and unconcerned. I prefer a doctors office where the employees actually care about me and treat me with respect and appreciation. This clearly is not this business! If only I had listened to the many negatives reviews, I would have NEVER chosen this place. If you care about good customer services and a business that respects you as a patient DO NOT GO HERE!
