I am a single parent, 55 years old with a family of four. I work extremely hard and throughout the years have not taken care of myself. I saved my money and decided to try and do something for myself to build up my self esteem. My stomach (children) was the most embarrassing for me.
So I called and heard all these wonderful things from the rep. I was very excited. I went in and did the procedure.. Finally I can now look good in my clothes. It's been about 6 months and there is no change. Meantime I am paying ideal image $100.00 and there fortiva is also billing me for services I have not used. I have called over 10 times and no one has helped me. I will not pay fortiva.. I wil file a law suit against ideal image. I will call the bbb and the state attorney. I work at a law firm and are associates of several civil court judges.
What I want is to remove fortiva from my account and be refunded for 50% of my funds that I have spent. This is very poor service and to steal and mislead innocent people is cold hearted. The love of money will destroy your business.

I have received a treatment, cool sculpting, under my chin, back on March 2019, at Ideal Image in Wexford. Then 30 days later in April, I received a 2nd treatment on the same area. They told me that each session would diminish 20 percent of fat so two sessions would be 40 percent of the fat. After the 2nd session, Julie told me I had to wait 4 months for the fat to completely dissapear and that it would flush out of your system thru your bile, gradually. I asked what happens if nothing has changed and she said they NEVER had anyone NOT have a change
and that a couple people there had it done themselves and had results. My follow-up appt. is this Saturday, August 4th, and I will tell them and they should see by the before and after pictures that I got ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS! I was charged close to $3, 000.00 for this procedure! I am a single mom who earns $15, 000 a year so this isn't "petty cash" for me! I will let you know what they tell me after my follow-up.

They promise results that aren't realistic. Treatments are being done by Registered Nurses, not Nurse Practitioners or Medical Doctor/Dermatologist. The Nurses are young and undertrained. Their customer service skills are poor, at best. There isn't a Medical Director present at all times, as I was told. This is misleading and dangerous to all consumers. I'm very regretful that I didn't do more research when choosing a laser hair removal provider. The laser hair removal & cool sculpting results are minimal for the money that I paid. I'm very unsatisfied. Buyer beware!

Ideal image promised hair free bikini after 12 treatments and over 10 years later the hair still grows back in and even fuller and thicker. Once they realized I want going to walk away without seen what was promised they told me they would charge 100$ for each additional treatments. On 4/7/19 I went for a bikini, Brazilian treatment for hair removal and not only was the nurse rude and rough with my private area, she had nasty bedside manners. And she walked in out on gloves with out washing her hands, When asked that she washed her hands she back talked me and was super rude. The next 24 hours, I had awful blisters from excess burns all throughout my private area, the most sensitive part of my private area. I was badly burned! When I called the office the nurse just said " oh you'll be fine, sorry I burned you." She said she would have her area manager called me and no one called me

This matter is escalating because I am traveling for work and I can't get my actual chart transferrred by this location. The manager who work there her name is Jodie she never follow up with me. I have been calling every day since last week. I hate to take a lawyer for this matter because I am paying plenty of money to you guys and I'm not getting the service that I need. On 2/24/17 I when to get some information about cool sculpting. At the office that they have in motor parkway. Lissa tell me that cool sculpting work. She star with my credit and I get a credit line for 6500.00. The package that lissa put together was for 6,000.00 for 2 years no interest. I start the cool sculpting no results
Unethical practices and fraudulent services and I was lied about the service time. Cool sculpting is one hour for section i only have 30 minutes for section.

I went in with my brother, who had recently separated from his wife and desperately needed the change he was promised. They examined him and said that he was a "great candidate" and that after 2 treatment his localized "soft" fat would be completely gone. I have to take some blame here and say that I ate it all up! Like an idiot, so much so that I even got a session for myself, to which the sales person said that I barely had any and that it would be completely gone with one treatment. My brother and I went home so happy. I have always been curvy and self-conscious about my lower abdomen. My brother was in a car accident and after a year in bed doing very minimal, just what the physical therapy requires really. He fell into a deep depression and in finding comfort in food, my once athletic brother became disgusted with how his body changed. Fast forward to the consultation where he was told to be the "perfect" candidate and I was promised to my localized fat completely gone... 3 months later and NOTHING, I was using measuring tape before I did the procedure because I had started to exercise, which I continued btw, and my measuremts are exactly the same, now for a workout regimen I understand that it will take longer than 3months, but I was promised results, my brother paid for the two sessions and after having one he decided he did not want the other treatment, he didn't even want his money back for the failed procedure he just wanted them to give the financing company the money back because he did not want the second treatment. We were denied and offered "store credit". Why would I want store credit for the services of a company that does not work.

Bad customer service I have never experienced. I had my 4th treatment on 01/05/2019 for my laser hair remove at Ideal Image at 4343 N Oracle Road, Suite #189, Tucson, AZ: 85704. I signed contract for full package 9 treatments for my under arms and brizillian hair remove. My appointment was at 9 am. Unfortunately, I came late 14 minutes because I am not familiar with the way to get there. I got lost twice then I was driving. (Normally, my husband drove me there). I met with nurse Kim at 9:17 and apologized her for my lateness. She told me it was ok, and she would do what she could because they were fully booked. She left the room for me to take my clothes off. When she came back in, I told her that it would be ok if she just did the under arms areas for me, and I would come back another day for the brizillian because I didn't want her to be rush on the service. Then she said, she was ok to do both for me because I do not need to laser my groin line areas. Then, I address her the same concern that I had addressed on my 3rd treatment with the other nurse about small missing treatment areas of my brizillian laser. The previous nurse answered me in very kind and nice manner. That nurse totally agreed with me that it is easily for them to miss some very small areas down there because of the skin down there. That nurse asked me on my coming treatments, I should ask other nurses to pull the skill down there out and do it thoroughly for me. Then, I told nurse Kim that I still see that there are some small areas I still feel like the laser had not touched it yet, because after 3 treatments, the hair grows back right after the next day, and it was exactly the same when I had not had any treatments before. Of course, I can tell the difference between treated areas and untreated areas. And I asked her, "for example, if after 9 treatments, there are still some missing treated areas, will you extend some more treatments for me to make my hair completely go away and make sure all the areas I paid for are treated". Nurse Kim just didn't like it. She showed attitude to me and answered like she was yelling at me. She even raised her voice to me. She told me things that I was not told in my consulting meeting. She said that this is not because they missed treating any areas. It depends on hair color red, white, black, brown. There is color that the laser cannot read and see and there is untreatable hair. Also, she said "We will not give you any more treatments after the 9 one, and we never guarantee that you will be hair free after 9 treatments. If you feel like to need more treatments, you can use your lifetime membership and pay for a flat fee". I was shock about what she said because I was told completely different with what she said. They told that I feel be hair free after 9 treatments, no more shaving, and they didn't told me that I have to pay a cover fee together with my life time membership when I need to see them again. I just honestly told her that I was never told like this before. She replied me with attitude that, "I don't know. I wasn't there when you were consulted, so I don't know what you were talking about. If you don't have the contract any more, we can reprint you one". She talked with very unpleased tone. After that, she did for me very fast and ignored my pain. While I asked her to stop for a little bit because I was too painful. She said and raise her voice impolitely, "It was not because of me. It is because of the laser level. There is nothing I can do about it." I told her that I understand, but could she please do it slower and give a little break each time, which I already mentioned to her at the beginning. While she was doing the laser for me, she leaned her armed on my right leg, and pressed her elbow strongly on it, which made me feel more painful, and which I have never experienced with the other 3 nurses before. After this treatment was done, she told me to call them if there are any problems after this treatment because it was at higher level. I asked her what kinds of symptoms that other customer normally experience. She just tried to answered it very fast that I could hear her at all. Then, she went out without saying anything else and closed the door strongly in front of me. (Which other nurses, who did for me before normally said they will see me outside, they smiled and closed the door gently). I know that it was my fault because I came late. But I did tell that I can come back on another day for my brizillian laser. I don't force you to do it for me, so please treat me correctly if you accept to do it on your own.

Before, I planned that if Ideal Image do a good job on me, I will come back for ther services with them, and I even introduced them to my friends, and one of my friends now is their customer. But now, I think this is my first and last time to be their customer, and I will tell this experience with Ideal Image to every woman I meet. I don't mind to pay more to get better service, and of course, I believe there are much better places than this. I suggest that every single business should not have an employee like Nurse Kim. Please don't let a worm ruin your soup.

To the business itself - Ideal Image. Please be honest with our customer at the beginning. Don't try to take their money first, and then do and tell them the opposite things against your promise. You can lie to customers one time, but we are not silly to be your joke second time and after. Getting as much customers as possible and just for the first time without keeping them come back. I would just like to say Good luck with your business that way. This is not how a business succeeds.

(THEIR COOL SCULPTING SALES AGENTS PROMISE FALSE RESULTS) In April of this year, I went into Ideal Image for a consultation on their "amazing" "pain free" Cool Sculpting. Easy enough it sounded exciting, and they said how much of a wonderful candidate I would be, and how great my results would be after my procedure with them. Fast forward, I went back in for a follow up with them and to inform them of my noticing the lack of results. They took pictures again, but this time they made me remove my underwear so that it didn't push out any "fat" near the treated areas. (They had me leave on underwear to show me how much I needed this procedure during my consultation). The consultant who did my follow up came up with every random excuse after another, each contradicting the other, finally agreeing with me that I had hardly any results and apologized. Finally up to date, discussing my concerns with the branch manager, she again states excuses that contradicted the consultant. She even told me that skinny people don't really see results and often complain because they don't really need it in the first place. She also informed me that instead of what they told me in the beginning about results showing in 3 months max, she says to wait now up to a year. Yeah, okay. Lies. They surely wanted me to feel I needed it during my consultation and payment of about $5, 000.

They just sent me a document to sign in order to receive the amount for added services they tried to tack on but I never used, and are treating it as an award to the scam service that I did receive.

My apologies for my rant, but please do not be a fool and fall for this scam. Completely disappointed in myself for falling for their sales tactics ands lies.

I signed the contract at 10:30 am and on the same day at 1:00pm called to cancel and they refuse to let me. They also claim they have processed the contract already. I have not received any services from them at this time! They have offered me absolutely nothing at this time yet I am bound by a contract signed less than four hours earlier! I feel like I have been severely taken advantage of. I would like to pursue any options I have to protect my money and refuse the service but I fear I am trapped by their contract. I have read many other customers similar experiences with ideal image and believe that there must be something done to protect others from what appears to be a scam.

7th treatment in my face. And 8th in my bikini. I could tell that the laser for my lip was much hotter than normal but it was one of the last treatments (7/9) and they tell you it gets worse as you go so I figured that was it. She gave me an ice pack staring my corners were a little inflamed. Then she started on my bikini and it hurt something awful. This was (8/9) treatment and so I expected it to be rough but not this rough. I was in pain! Crawling all over the chair she kept "icing" me before she used the laser on me. No I am not shutting you. Upon completion she asked me if the red dots on my they area had happened before and I said no but it's also never been that painful before and I've never needed ice either so I don't know what the deal is. She tried selling me numbing cream for 40$ which I turned down as these are my last few treatments and it's nit been a problem before. She actually sends me with two ice packs. Then today I realzixe it is sore down there. Yeah that down there so I look and I have black burn marks all over my bikini area where she burnt the [censored] out of me down there! I will be talking to my own lawyer. F this [censored]. I am paid I. Full. I paid 3800$ for 9 treatments to both areas. Thank god ly this did not happen to my face! I am still in pain and I'm oissed p

I had gone to ideal image in October 2016 for cool sculpting, they told me that if I signed up for their ideal image card it was interest free for 24 months... after about 18 months of paying I decided to look at bill online, because I've never received anything in mail from them, wondering how the hell am I still paying for this... they charged me almost $1000 for some promotional fee plus adding interest every month on top of that! The cool sculpting did nothing! I paid $5000 and had liposuction of the same area that treated! I called and filed a dispute with them wanting a refund of what I've paid to them for nothing, sent pics and prices from my plastic surgeon and they closed my case just 2 days after I filed it! Refused to refund anything! Really wish I knew how to go about suing this company

I am so disappointed. I called because after a year of my last session I am seeing the hair return which I was told was backed by a lifetime warranty. When I called I spoke to two front desk ladies in the sugar land location. They were both very rude. One kept me on hold for 20 minutes after telling me I need to pay more money for the so called lifetime warranty with no extra out of pocket assurance I was given when I paid for the session. The other one kept giving me the wrong phone number that leads back to them when I asked for customer service phone number then hangs up on me each time. Saying there was no customer service I could speak to and no number to a customer service. I find this hard to believe for such a big company. I am so dissapointed at this so called number one leading laser hair removal company ideal image. Not number one for me at all. More like a fraud.

im trying to reach out on seeking if I can get help.. I have contact the ideal image of palm harbor for s free cold sculpting treatment Kelly Hoffman was the lady who instructed me about the procedure // she said that im not a ideal candidate for their treatment but that yes she can make a exception so she one of her nurses when an got me all the pictures an everything so far am ok.. the she came to said that this is not a 100% guaranty an the process Is not instant so ok she has offered me 6 section of my body I guess 6 treatment... so I only wanted my lower abdominal areal lower belly part witch is ok to me to be treatment, so she said that the price it would be for 3, 000 some dollar but that she was going to run for a credit approval somehow was accepted so I a only need to [pay for the section treatment 2570.49 witch I only need to gave a do payment for 570.40 I did on march 3/9/2018 we set apt for march 30 2018..

so far was ok. but march 22 I received a letter from credit statement it was not approve I call Kelly let her know that am sorry but need to cancelled the treatment no need to do the treatment for now an she told me that was ok that I can be am been calling this clinic in palm harbor Florida since then for the refund of the money 570.40 an they refuse my call or to refund back the money for the treatment I dint received from them now I don't wanted..

A few years ago I went into Ideal Image to do laser hair removal. I got approved for Ideal Image credit I spoke the aggressive Salesperson a African american women who would basically not take no for an answer. I made and appoint and told her I would go home and think about it because it was thousands of dollars to have the laser hair remove done. Well prior to my appt I called and told her that I no longer wanted to go through with it and I wanted to cancel the appt. Again she was very aggressive and would not take no for an answer. She said said at least come in for a free consultation and we will remove a small area to see if you like the results so I agreed because she said free, well a couple weeks later I received a bill for 700+ dollars I immediately contacted the office in Richmond and the people were rude and no help they even put the sales person back on the phone which she was argumentative and basically did nothing. She scammed me into coming into what was supposed to be free. I contacted the customer service for the credit they were no help. Well basically I am still paying for it between late fee this company added and interest three or so years later I am still paying for it. They sent it to Midland collection agency and those people are ruthless collecting on money that clearly should have never been charged. DON'T GET ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAM ARTIST.

Charged $3000 and absolutely no success after painful process and bruising. I called to attempt to rectify or cancel debt and they offered me a second service for another $3000! A definite bait and switch preyin on vulnerable insecurities about body image on women. What a travesty. I could have professional surgical treatment for the cost of their bogus services.

Seeking law intervention. I have continued to pay the credit bill to avoid injury to my credit report. I have read other women's reviews that also state this is a scam company for cool sculpting services. I wonder if a class action suit could be filed?

On Feb 15th 2017 i had coolsculpting on my upper and lower abdomnal and also on my back rolls i paid $8000 and have not seen any change i went back and they claims that i need more treatments and was told that the treatment only work to debulk the fatt and that would need several more treatments and now til this day there still calling me about setting up more treatments i feel that i was scam out $8000 bucks and i need help on getting my money back quickly please help Thanks!

wanted to give myself a gift for my birthday. Went to ideal image in novi. Everyone was great showed me pictures and reassured me. Had hear about the procedure on the Dr. Oz show., I should have turned off the set. Not only was this procedure very painful (they lied about that) but it was a waste of money. There was never any difference in the before and after. the only before and after was my pockets being 4800.00 dollars lighter. And they cancel the credit card on you. I f you want to try this please find a lower priced more efficient place to have it done.

I went in for a consultation to reduce the sagging skin in the middle of my neck. I was told that this wasn't fatty tissue, but just sagging skin so ultherapy was the way to go. I specifically told her it was about the saggy skin in the middle of my neck--not jaw line, not face, etc. She assured me this would reduce the skin. I went through this painful procedure, and was told it would take about six months to show the full results. I dutifully took pictures every month to see if there was a difference. At the end of the six months, nothing noticeable. I went back and they took pictures. Of course, they noticed a change on the jaw line, but admitted the area I came in about was the same. She then says, well, we will try it again to see if it will help, so I went along just to see if this might be true (big mistake). After another painful few hours of ultherapy, I again waited the six months and took my own pictures. Again, I see no change. The nurse and manager then inform me, well, it is skin not fat so nothing but plastic surgery will work on this portion of my neck. What-what? Then why am I sold a package at the beginning to do so. I think this is fraud. She offers me another treatment at a reduce rate. Really? You think I'm going to give you any more of my money. Say hello to the lawyers!

I went in last year for a consultation. I'd been working out and eating better, but my belly area was still bloating. The consultant informed me that I was a good candidate for cool sculpting and let me know how much the treatment would cost and what kind of results I could expect. I was really looking for something to get me over that hump so I agreed to the procedure. She let me know that there was a bigger discount for more areas so we decided to go with the more inclusive package. When I went in for the procedure, the tech let me know that the inner thigh was not really a good area for me, but I already paid for it so we could see what happened. I saw results over the next couple weeks, but those quickly faded and I was seeing the same shape I had before. I have been consistently seeing a personal trainer and eating right since I had the procedure done. I am very disappointed that the results (for being as expensive as it is) only lasted a couple months. I also had lip filler done and that only lasted about a month as well. I was pleased with the way I was treated, but very unhappy with the results. I had laser hair removal in the past and that has worked for 5+ years with no complaints or issues.
I would like to discuss getting some sort of refund as I could just use that money for more training sessions instead of a procedure that does not work. For $6500 I should have seen results well past a couple of months.
