I purchased this product from Bed, Bath and Beyond about a month a few weeks ago. I used it for the first time yesterday and it did not cut my hair, it only pulled it and cut very little and it hurt. Bed, Bath and Beyond is going bankrupt and they're not taking returns or exchanges. Hence I am writing to you to resolve this defective product. I am requesting a full refund, because I don't believe that a direct exchange will help. Thank you and I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

i purchased the trimmer about a year ago. i use the trimmer about once a month. I went to use it the other day, and the unit didn't come on. I replaced the batteries, checked to make sure its clean. all good. removed the trimmer head again and the unit was moving very very slow and the switch will not shut the trimmer off. tested new batteries to make sure they have full power. all good. again put batteries in with trimmer head off and still moving very slow and switch will not shut off or run to trim. very unhappy.

Received this product as a birthday gift 4/28/2022 and LOVED it. A week ago while using something broke and a piece fell onto my bed. Can not tell where the piece broke off of. Pictures included. Machine still runs but sounds and acts differently. The head goes side to side now and makes more noise than before.

My wife purchased one of these units from my local Fred Meyer yesterday 11/18/2021.
I opened it this morning, excited to try my new shaver. I made no more than 5 passes over my head before it stopped cutting and began pulling my hair instead. I keep a shaved head so my hair is very very short to begin with. How can anyone stand behind this product?
Perhaps I got a defective one...

I received this as a gift a few months ago. The battery or suction isn't working. I would like to request a new one, please. One that works. It didn't remove any hair and I felt no pull or anything. I don't have any photos because what do we do when things don't work. We throw them away. I did just that. Then I saw this review page and thought I would let you all know. Some devices aren't working properly.

The unit will not work. I placed the Batteries in the Trim unit and no light came on. I removed the batteries and checked them with my battery voltage check device. they showed full power. I tried again and carefully placed them in the trimmer as directed and NO LIGHT came on. Please send me information on returning the TRIM unit.

dose not cut hair. new out of box did not work well, it pulled hair. so I waited for another try and put in new batteries. Still won't cut hair

Bought this item from tv commercial, tried them to find out they overheated sparked burned my husband, right away called the company to return the product. three weeks ago Victoria said she is sending a return label, never happened, I have been calling and calling nobody answers the phone I am at 11 phone call I always leave a message to be called back however no one called. I want to return the product it is a fire hazard and the money that I paid included S. H. Refunded.

We purchased a trimmer in Dec. 2020. Did not use the trimmer until a few days ago on Feb 13, 2021. Tried to cut my hair and the trimmer would not cut my hair. I tried the trimmer for my sideburns and it pinched my skin and was very uncomfortable. I don't know what can be done because of the time frame. Anything would be a help!

i placed a order # [protected] an finding out after i placed the order it says 4-6 weeks to be delivered no where on there web site does it say it takes this long of time to get my order they are a scam co putting out false information on the products they sell i have sent over 10 email requesting to cancel this order they will not answer my emails which tells me they are a fraud co taking consumers money an not being honest up front about thier products an the false info the give out they should be put out of business.

ordered 1/7/2021, and have sent three e-mails to their customer service department as to the status of my order and haven't heard anything. Is this a viable company? Their website has not contact information, I had to go deeper to find a phone number for Idea Village.

The product has yet to arrive, purchased more than a month ago - order #33068974. I hopping that i'm not dealing with some sort of christmas scam. Per fedex tracking shipped with no delivery date, allegedly in vegas around 12/09?

Bought the microtouch solo trimmer it came with a charging cable but no way to plug it in to a wall outlet how am I suppose to charge it. This is the second one I have bought the first one came with a wall charger, I am glad that after I broke the head on the first one I did keep the wall charger just find it impossible to understand how the second one I bought did not come with a wall charger?

It does not say on their sale web page its takes 4-6 weeks to get this brace only after ordering I had to go to company info on the very bottom of the page to shipping there it says product will ship 30 days after purchase this is false advertising an lying to the buying customer I have sent half dozen emails requesting to cancel this order they where not honest about the time frame of shipping or did they state up front on the order page all I get from them is a automated reply no answer just a big scam an fraud this so called seller needs to be put out of business

This was a gift for Father's Day and when I cooked on it and fire billowed while finishing my cooking. You stated there was no back splash but was plenty. I have used copper chef mats and never had a problem. Both mats had gotten burned and are now unuseable. This is a very disappoited in the product. I feel that this product should be replaced or my money returned (including sales tax).

I purchased the Micro Touch One Razor had it for a few months and still had 3 blades left to change but the razor didn't open anymore to change the blades, I called for assistance and never got a call back for assistance on my razor, the Micro Touch One Razor is junk.
