I was traveling back to Oklahoma from the Oregon coast with friends. We needed a hotel room in the Boise, ID area to rest before moving on to the next day's drive. It was a busy weekend in the Treasure Valley area. The hotel reservations number I called routed us to the Rodeway Inn in Nampa, ID. I booked the reservation, sight unseen.

Room number, #225 was in such an unacceptable condition, that we did not stay the night. We chose instead, to drive to the Loves Travel Stop parking lot in Bliss, ID. Here is the inventory of the state of the room:

1. Soiled bed covers

2. Stained Floors

3. Unwashed tub

4. Security lock panel with exposed electronics on the door lock

5. No waste baskets

6. Very few towels to share between 3 adults

Of these offenses, numbers 1-3 would generally fall under the realm of a state's public health department when safeguarding against potentially infectious bodily fluids, especially in today's COVID/post-COVID environment.

(https://www.ktvb.com/article/news/are-idaho-hotels-inspected-by-public-health-officials/277-536825124), I am aware that it is unlikely that the conditions I have described above can, or will be addressed by the State of Idaho's public health resources at this time, however, I do plan on reporting the condition of this room to OSHA, as that organization may be able to effect an immediate change, as employers do have an obligation to their employees to protect them from unsafe and/or unsanitary working conditions.

I will also inform Idaho's Department of Tourism about the negative impact the condition of rooms such as room #225 @Rodeway, Nampa has on the goals it may have for generating revenue via tourism in the state.

I have added pictures to this complaint so that your organization may examine the state of the room.

On Saturday October 5, 2019 I ordered pizza and wings an employee called me as bout 15 minutes latter saying they didn't had ham so I asked for extra pepperoni, so it seemed they cooked the pizza and they just added other ingredients that weren't cooked just heated.
I also ordered wings, so my 3 year old daughter and I grabbed each a wing, which I finished it first so I grabbed a 2nd wing and since we where watching a movie I didn't look at the container so I was about to bite it when I felt something weird so I looked at it and surprise, it was covered with feathers . I just took the wing my daughter was eating and I had to puke . How can they not noticewhen they took them out of the fryer? do they even check what they are giving us ? This isn't the first time I sent the pictures to the manager in boise and didn't get a response, I took the pizza to Pizza hut next day and they gave me a $25 dollar credit, I don't really care about money I want them to do their job and learn to handle food correctly

I'm complaining about health and welfare in Caldwell Idaho because there rasis and I'm tired of it I know so many people who make more then my household and they get food stamps and there epanols well Mexican and they get there food stamps I'm tired of it if u guys can help me that would be great because I'm tired of them helping then when I know a lot of them that makes more money then my house hold... but us white people have to suffer and I'm tired of it

while visting my children in idaho falls id i took them swimming when my youngest daughter 3yrs old then was being changed into her bathing suit we noticed a dark black and blue bruse on her back with the outline of a hand print within the center of the bruse we then took a photograph of it and reported what we seen and proceded to to show the department of health and welfare the photograph which they told us that they could not accept we were told that they would investigate the situation in 14 days that is unacceptable and was never done we took the photo to a doctor and was told that the bruse looked to be about 5 to 7 days old at the time the photograph was taken we reported the situation to our local child protective services when we returned home also and they contacted health and welfare services in idaho falls recommending an ivestestigation and removal of the children from the home for there safety again nothing was done by idaho falls department of health and welfare as of now the children did not have clothes for school or winter coats or shoes that did not hurt their feet we have purchesed all of the above and sent it out to them but an investigation needs to be done for their health and welfare we are at a loss to what we can do as for the bruse on her back it was addmited by the mother that her boyfreind had lost his temper when she triped over his son laying in the floor that he smacked her in the back causing the bruse with the hand print outlined in the lower center of her back we still have the phograph also their grandparents have custody of two of the three children and were told that they would not recive any help removing them from the home because idaho does not uphold any ruleings made by tennesse judges even if for the safety of children
