On 2/10/18 I bought a TV reception kit, it did not work in Puerto Rico. I returned item and instead of refund they sent a replacement which was returned. since 3/19/2018 I have been trying to get refunded the $93.28. They have been giving me the runaround since then. Latest communication of yesterday 6/11/2018 is denying refund because I did not prove that the equipment was damaged. It was not damaged neither of the 2 kits sent; they just did NOT work from Puerto Rico.
