ICICI Bank very poor customer service!

I am customer of ICICI Bank Ltd, Vikas Puri Branch, New Delhi, India since last 7 seven years and have most relationships like Banking, cards, demat and home loan with it. Despite having multiple relationships, they don't understand the importance and empathy a customer deserves.

I had made an online transfer of payment from my savings account on 2nd May 2007 to another visa account and in normal process it should reach in 3 working days. The amount from my account was deducted the same moment. After few days I checked with beneficiary (GE Cash Card) about the payment of Rs. 6000.00 made and they refused to have received any such payment and started charging me interest on outstanding amount.

I chased up ICICI Bank phone banking (near to getting worse) where the call centre agents based in Hyderabad are no more than robots looking and replying after seeing the computer in front of them. I lodged my complaint and they kept on transferring me from one officer to other till finally landed up with reply to write email.

I wrote email to them and they claimed that money was transferred on 3rd May whereas it did not reached beneficiary. Instead of them checking and chasing, they (their customer service representative Ramya) asked me to check with beneficiary. When I asked her to compensate me for the charges levied bay beneficiary it was outrightly denied saying that "it is not due to our fault".

Finally on 22nd May, she generated a service request which is pending and unresolved till now and god knows when will my money reach. I have escalated the matter to next hierarchical level to Mr. Anirudh Kamani, Head, Customer Service by sending an online complaint yesterday the 31st May 2007 and awaiting an acknowledgment.

By all means, ICICI Bank claiming to be largest private sector Bank is not caring for customer satisfaction and redressal of their complaints in the interest of customers.

ICICI Bank's Customer Service department should really be renamed as Customer Disservice department. No NRI should ever have any dealings with them unless you enjoy getting into a quagmire from where escape is only possible with a legal assault on them. Instead of completing a request, they keep issuing new Service Request numbers whenever you remind them of a delay or their inability to complete the task requested. Every single one of the employees in that department should really be fired.

Vishvarajsinh jadeja - never mention your full credit card online .. do you have ANY idea what damage that could do ?
Anyways, you should use e-statement ... everyone does... Mobile companies, Savings Accounts ... all.

Good Evening.

My name is vishvarajsinh jadeja. I have account in ICICI bank from 2008. I have taken ICICI bank Credit card for personal use in 2013. I am regularly getting Statement at my home from Octomber 2014. after that it's automatically stop to receive. I have complain so Many time to customer care regarding "Not Received Statement". But No solution given, I have personally visited to Ahmedabad Credit card department and raise my complain regarding Statement. they have commited to resolve this issue in next month and taken payment of my outstanding amount. March month came now again same Problem "NO STATEMENT RECEIVED". Again I have send mail to Customer care regarding same but no reply and also I have stop my payment. I have inform local level Employee of ICICI bank to resolve my problem than I will pay my outstanding amount. but it's not resolved. They have started me to charge Interest charges. late payment charges.Auto debit charges.
Now It's June month. I have received first time statement at my home after 6 month of my follow up.
Now I am requesting local level employee and also ICICI bank High authority to deduct my Charges. So I can pay my actual due amount.
Hope for Positive reply from ICICI bank. Customer is always valuable for company. If I am wrong in single way I am ready to pay all payment.

ICICI bank once a most welcomed bank now is loosing its small customers just by their mere neglecting tactics.
It may not matter much for them today, but things will not look like same on a long run. These small customers will become big customers after a while and obviously may not opt to join hands with them.
Me too thinking of closing my accounts with them & go with any other bank which is giving good services.
Nationalised banks are improving a lot and it is always better to support them when u get better services.

I also got fed up with the kind of service i get when i login to their website.
when u also have such feeling just do what u think is right for u.

Complaint - Credit Card

I hold an ICICI credit card . I am really sorry to state that I am very disappointed with your services.
I have brought it to your department's notice 100 times about changing my billing address but the change has still not been done. The consequences being that i have not been able to receive my statements and I am not at all comfortable about paying the amount as stated by you call centre executives.

Your customer care executives are not at all cooperative and behave in an unruly manner which is not expected of such a prestigious bank.

ICICI Bank dispute for credit card fraud

Subject: Dispute for Credit Card# 447X XXXX XXXX 0005

Dear Sir/Madam,

My ICICI credit card No. 447X XXXX XXXX 0005 is giving fraud transaction of cash withdrawal of Rs. 35000/- on 15th February, 2007.

The transaction is getting showed against AMEX credit card# 3770 XXX XXXX 5007 which card I never received. I never applied for this card.

I have not even made the above transaction on my ICICI Credit Card.

I have given complaint to Customer Care also. Complaint Case: SR#[protected]. I have logged complaint to Pune Police regarding this.

Please suggest me how go ahead for .

i have received a SMS on mob. no. [protected] for the above transaction.

The transaction is getting showed against ICICI credit card# XXXX XXX XXXX 7009 which card I never received.

I have not even made the above transaction on my ICICI Credit Card.

I have given complaint to Customer Care also.

i will lodge F.I.R. also against the company regarding the same.

plz do the relevant action for the same before i will be in a trouble.

i also tried to cntct the cust care no. also but unble to cntct them at the provided no.

Please suggest me how go ahead to deal with the same disaster.
It is a heartiest request to the comp. to take care of the matter on priorty basis to catch hold of the fraud.

I need full statement, so for I am not rced for the two months,
I want to known the status for full amount and If I settled full amount means how much I have to pay, My limt is only 21000/- but I paid for 5year more than, still you are showing rs aound 30000/- but i dont know i paid per month around Rs.2500/- I will not pay full amount immediatly give some time to pay installment four or five months time. please give good suggestion for closing this.

ICICI Bank beware of kodak offer of emi

I have purchased a Kodak Digital Camera through ICICI bank credit card. The bank and kodak has advertised in almost all the news paper about this offer that if you purchase using card the amount will be converted to 24/36 EMIs.

I have purchased the camera on 22/04/07 and made the payment through credit card by using 24 EMI option.

The option is clearly printed on my bank slip. But now the bank has refused to convert this amount of 8999/- into 24 EMI. There reply was that the merchant "Central Studio Bhopal" may not be having proper machine for swapping the card in EMI mode.

On contacting the merchant he showed me the machine and confirmed that the option is available and
he had rightly selected 24 EMI as printed on my card.

I am regular user of the card since last 3 years but this experience has shaken my confidence on the ICICI Credit cards.

The Kodak advertised this scheme in many national news papers. I am posting this to alert other customer to doubly sure before doing any transaction.

ICICI Bank icici - the worst bank in india

Icici – the worst bank in the history of india

I would request you to read right through till the end because this is one long email about the atrocities suffered by me from icici bank over the last 2 and a half years.

Being rude is the biggest principle on which icici bank survives. It all started with a credit card being sent to my home address by icici without my consent. The biggest mistake I did ever in my life was to open the envelope and use the card. On further investigation I found out that such credit cards were sent very often to 3g employees because a 3rd party agent named kamal used to roam around 3g (Spectrum towers – malad). Nevertheless, it was my fault because I used the card.

Icici’s mistake started somewhere I may 2005 or later when I called an icici bank representative by the name of kalpesh/kailash (Didn’t capture the last name at all) to blacklist my cc since I had lost the card).

The guy seemed helped but to my plight did not do anything but provide me with incorrect information. Did not suspend my card. Did not blacklist my credit card account. He also advised me that I had rs 10000 outstanding on the a/c which I could pay anytime and there would be no further charges apart from the ones already there. I was a fool to believe him. I went to delhi for business purposes and lost complete count of the matter (Again my fault) but when I came back I made all of the necessary payments as advised by an extremely rude person from adventity (The worst outsourcing process ever). Since it was a call from a collection agency I was scared and did exactly what was required because they abused me over the phone. I wasn’t ever aware of any outstanding amount because it was a card sent fraudulently by icici and they never had my billing address so all the info and prints went to my office address which I wasn’t aware of. Anyways now that the payment was settled, and the advisors confirmed that on [protected] I was a little relieved and then the icici non-sense started.

I started getting calls from icici bank and adventity advisors threatening me to make more payments stating that I had used the card more and paid less and there was supposedly phenomenal interest rates to the card they had sent me. All this kept happening and in november hell broke lose when my parents (Who are both senior citizens) were exposed to profanity over my landline. They contacted me and advised me to settle this dispute once and for all. At that point in time I did not even realize that this was happening from a bank which is endorsed by people with such high dignity. I was contacted yet again by a lady advisor called jyoti (Pseudo name) who said that if I don’t pay rs 2000 to them then they will take me to court. I didn’t have that kind of money so what I told her was that I would give some cash in advance and the remaining by pdcs of 5000 each from april and just put forward one condition that it should be debited on 1st of each month beginning 01/04/2006. She immediately agreed and sent a man from icici to collect the details and cheques. All done and dusted, I thought that was the end of my miseries but icici (The worst bank ever) decided against that.in the beginning of june I faced the same problem but this time around I decided to get the issue resolved over the phone by speaking to customer services (Customer services is supposed to help the customer but icici customer services tortures the customer).

In december, I spoke to a so called manager priyanka kokitkar ([protected]) who further escalated my matter to nirav parekh ([protected]) and then later to navin jain. All of them useless manager and should be sacked because of the way they work. Disgusting to the core and no manners whatsoever (Forget helping customer they kept promising call backs which never happened on time and just kept passing me from one department to the other.) I was extremely frustrated but I needed the matter resolved. Finally I man from icici (Mr. Pandey) came to my house one fine day in jan and started demanding more payments. When I refused stating that my total purchases from that card were a mere rs 40000 odd and I had already paid icici more than rs 55,000, he stated that I had to meet his boss mr rakesh sharma ([protected] and mobile no -[protected]). The worst person I have met at any level in any organization. I went to the andheri branch office of icici in jb nagar on the 1st floor and waited for almost 25 minutes before rakesh sharma could show up. He listened to me very patiently but after repeating myself over a million times by then I am sure he did not agree with me but promised to sort it out. I had already overpaid this bank by a huge margin but it never occurred to me that they were cheating me. Finally, rakesh sharma promised me a callback with a certain settlement amount. I was going to pay one more time but that was the only way out. I said fine. No callback came but in april mr harish ([protected]) who is representative of icici came to my doorstep threatening my parents and me for the money (Which I never owed them). I blasted out of sleep and said thing to him in such a tone that he immediately called his boss mr. Ravi bhosle ([protected]) who apologized to my father for everything that had happened ad also confirmed that his son vineet bhupendra yadav (That I me) did not owe icici bank a single penny and if there was something then icici should reverse all the charge and provide me with compensation for the profane language that my father was exposed to. Mr. Harish was still there and said that this was the last time that anyone was bothering me at home or on phone. They confirmed that they would send out a final zero balanced statement to confirm that I was finally relieved from the bank. Both of those aged men lied blatantly to get out of the situation they were in. Lies, rude behavior, profanity etc etc … this is what icici is all about. Don’t trust me…read on

In april 2007, icici debited my account by 14000 rs towards this credit card which I lost 2 years back, when I called to complain and advise that this had happened everyone was extremely rude and inane to what was happening. As usual they kept referring me to this rajesh malviya ([protected]) person who apparently was the head of these decisions at icici credit cards department. I spoke to that gentleman for quite some time in the evening. Initially he was very helpful in listening me out but as soon as it was 19:45 hrs he started to be rude and naïve to my problems and very categorically hinted that his office hours were getting over and he wanted to go home. At that time I even mentioned that I would take this to the newspapers and he replied stating that it was fine as no one could do anything to him and that was the time when I decided to escalate it to him superiors there but he kept stating that he was the only one in icici at that post and he did not report into anyone (A big blatant lie accompanied with a lot of rude character which is in the blood of icici staff)

Rs 14000 gone from my account and no one seemed to do anything about it at all. Useless customer services guided me to credit card department. Rajesh malviya kept saying he will callback but he never did and it eventually died out.

But what happened yesterday has now shaken me to a level where not only will I take this matter wherever I have to but also get so many people looped on to this mail that one cannot imagine. It will start at 17;00 hrs today when I send it to 7000 employees in my company and ask each one of them who has an icici account or credit card to call up and cancel their accounts at the earliest so one can imagine what the call flow wioll be for the next 3-4 day in there baseles, useless and good for nothing call centre.

Yesterday I called on [protected] to check my available balance since my salary comes on 31st each month and I saw that icici had put a bar and debited rs 46472 on my account. I immediated called and spoke to someone called shrikant who did not even hear me carefully and said that managers at icici only callback after 24 hrs for issues like these and not only that he stated that this was something not extremely important. All the managers at icici were on calls because of the heavy call flow. I was irate so I yelled at shrikant and in less than 2 mins I had a manager named raja (Extn – 4652) came online. I asked raja for his surname and he refused me the same. He said I will make it simple for you –there is only one service manager called raja (Extn – 4652). We spoke and agreed on a few things, I asked him which manager is working last nite and he said phanindar (And refused to give me his/her extn no. Stating that no one in icici had that no.). Then a few minutes later he called me back last night and said that he had organized a callback from the credit team to call me back at sharp 08:30 am. A call which never came until I write this email.

My aim in life has now changed – I will ensure that everyone at icici bank who has interacted with me with regards to this one issue is dealt with in any way possible. I will bring as much bad name to this bank as never before. I will distribute a copy of my pamphlets in buildings, shops, offices and wherever it takes to ensure that people do not choose icici bank as an option.

I will be calling them right now and going to the malad branch opposite paradign building and starting my activity and take this up further in any way possible, unless they decide to refund all my money.

The names mentioned on the email are absolutely correct and I have also mentioned their mobile nos., landline nos, or office extensions as far as possible and as far as I remember because this has been a long issue.

I requested all the people marked on this mail to take this up further and join hands with me and taking action against icici in whichever way possible. Please also forward this mail to as many people as you can so that they are aware what icici is all about.

I Have been trying to sort out INR cheque that was deposited into m NRI account, as INR can;t be deposited in NRI account they have took the money from the person paying in but i haven't received the money as. i have been calling for last 2 years now i dont know where will it end to

I wonder what the ### is kamath or chanda kochhar so proud about... Just to bring it to your notice..as I have been in a position to observe this bank a li'l more closely...
Their top management is a bunch jokers...They have no ###in' clue as to what they should do to not lose to other private Banks like HDFC and HSBC..

And apart from whatever people have to say about the bank, perhaps what lot people dont know is that they are perhaps one of the worst employers in India..

There are multiple reasons as to why their staff is rude and indifferent to customers.

1. Most of the staff is disgusted and in pain with the kind of pressure their management employs on them..here are facts about what it is to work at ICICI
a)If you have been a little observant, you would have noticed that most of these folks at ICICI are more interested in selling you gold and Life Insurance policy than serve you...Reason... their toothless management believes they can do more sales this way and thus heavily pressurizes their employees to pursue sales target. So much so that their hikes and promotion depends upon the sales they do irrespective of their efficiency in core banking skills. Thier obsessions with sales is so great that they force their employees to come on Sunday(as I write this mail today(26/04/2009), ICICI is open if u wanna buy gold from them at higher than market rates ;)) to and call up customers to boost their sales...and that without compensatory off or additional money...
b) Their 8 to 8 modus operendi is a total sham..The top mgmt decided that the entire working hours be divided into two shifts..One working from 8 am to 6 pm and other from 10am to 6 pm...What ended up happening is that these folks now work from 8 am to 8 pm, after which spend another haour to wind up day's account..i.e, 13 hours a day..and 9 working hours on a saturday... which accounts for 74 hours in a week(Typically in other organizations, this is around 48 to 55 hours a week).
After all this an employee is supposed to perfect in his branch operations...If there is any deficit in cash at the end of the day..The staff has to pay out of their own pocket..I know poeple who draw Rs 10000 /- a month and then had to pay more than Rs 50000/-
towards cach deficit.

With all this, how motivated this employee would be to serve the customers.

2) Because of this pressure tactics, the attrition at ICICI is one of the highest amonst any coroporate organisations..I know at least 5 folks who resigned from ICICI within a month without a second job even at this time of recession. Its a rarity that people who start their career at ICICI stay there beyond two years.
So obviously the staff you find at branch is inexperienced and inept to handle your complex queries..

3) ICICI doesn't really mind losing good people in their organisation.

I TOOK A PERSONAL LOAN FROM ICICI BANK, TO BE VERY HONEST SINCE FEW MONTHS I MISSED OUT SOME OF THE EMI'S BECAUSE OF LOOSING OF MY JOB.BUT FOR THIS REASON I AM HORRIBLY HARASSED BY ICICI BANK COLLECTION STAFF WITH A VERBAL ABUSE&THREATENING TO SEND THE GOONS AT MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS.CAN ANY BODY HELP ME&SAVE ME FROM ICICI BANK COLLECTION CALLS?

This is what all about the icicibank ... its very true. I am Suffaring from a big problem too... i made two FD's in icicihfc branch Daman/Vapi on date 23/01/09 . I submited two cheques for that of my HDFC bank, cheque cleared on date 30/1/09 in favour of icicihfc and i got FDR's on 3/2/09 at my door step . But what happend after a week made me shoked. I receive letter stating that my FDR's gets cancelled due to dishonour of my cheques I rushed to my bank and check trasaction which shows cheque cleared in favour of icicihfc on date 30/1/09. my bank provide me cheque clearance letter, with this letter i contact the branch office of icicihfc but no one shows intrest in resolving this issue. They are not at all interested in listening to the customers problem. one gentelman told me that that this issue will resolve in two days but that two days never comes. I did every thing which Mr. veenit yadav mentiond in his mail and aosolutaly the result was the same. i am still sufferring by this issue, my FDR'S is still in a cancelled state, i spoke nos. of managers and profesionals but invain.I am planning to take legel action against them.
I agreed the fact that ICICI BANK IS THE MOST SCRAP AND WORST BANK IN THIS WORLD.

The best way to handle these type of issues is to get in touch with RBI. You can file a complaint with RBI with the appropriate proofs and see what happens.

I agree to whatever is stated above. To add to it the Collections People call up as if they are the owners of the bank and we have borrowed money from them. They are rude and not at all acceptable. For the past 5 months i am suffering from their phone calls. They are not at all interested in listening to the customers problem. If you carry out a Voice Of Customer survey for the ICICI bank i don't think it will be rated at even 4 on a scale of 1 to 10 - 10 being the best. The people come at my residence and since i am not there they keep on harassing my parents. My sincere request to all the people is to STOP USING ICICI CREDIT CARDS SINCE THEY ARE NOT THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS FOR CREDIT CARDS. NO OFFERS, NO DISCOUNTS, NO HELP - ONLY RUDE CALLS, NONSENSE CALLS...

ICICI Bank fraudulent money transaction

Dear people,

I know this might be the first complaint against, icici bank, money2india, but be careful with your investment with icici bank. I have initiated money transfer transaction by money2india account, but money never been sent to the beneficiary. The bank were claiming that there was no beneficiary / address was incorrect / bank refuse to accept the dd, some of this reasons. After receiving email from icicibank([protected]@icicibank.com) regarding my transaction, i called up india and inquire about the beneficiary account information and account number if it was incorrect. But there was no difference in the detail that i provided. I wrote back email regarding that but never got replied back, then i called up to inquire about the dd that was returned, but spoke to one of the rep. Name mohammed, and he promised to solve the problem asap within 48 hours. I called up after week again since no one received the dd to inquire, but no response, they were claiming that they never received any email or phone call from me. So i provided them all the information again, but no action. I called up again and talk to one of the customer lady, name roshan, she promised me to send dd asap and got service request number. No response toward that either, wrote emails, but no response, i am still hopping to get my money back, trying to talk to everyone of the people there, but they are mentioning they don't have any record regarding the emails i sent to the icici bank. Every person i speak to on the phone promise me, but no one is doing the job.

Imagine if your loved one needs money asap and if they are in need of money very bad, imagine what would happen? Do you people think that this bank is reliable to do business any kind of money transactions? I would never do it again, i am still hopping to get my money back that i tried to send to my family who's in need so bad.

Icici bank is not a reliable bank at all for any kind of money investments or bank transactions or money transfer. . .

I 100% agree with your comment. I have facing similar issues - Customer Care is crappy and I feel like my money will never reach the destination - It's been almost a month. I wish I could address this higher up in the organization but customer care won't let me talk to her supervisor.

I totally agree. I have the same scenario. The customer service reps were not taking responsibility of the work what they supposed to do. They simply say "we will take care of it" and "We will be glad to help you" but at the end NO RESULTS. I even asked them to connect me to their supervisor. I got the answer they were busy assiting other customers. It is waste of time. I have send 4 emails and 3 phone calls. I am still working on resolving with Money2India on my money transfer issue.

ICICI Bank icici forged my signatures on application

Last 10 days has been absolutely nightmare for me, one of your ICICI credit card department employee has forged my signatures on application form to make a credit card sale. Over that they have the photo copy of my Citi Gold card with the credit limit of more than 4 lacs.

I was contacted by one of the ICICI executive last week again and requested for the photo copies for my Citi Gold card as they had lost my documents which I gave them last month for ICICI platinum card. Apparently he also had a good look at my CV number on the pretext of verifying my signatures. All my desperate moves to contact ICICI and inform the fraud ended in misery as all I got was assurance of call backs and no action.

Following are the detail of the ICICI staff I contacted with no assistance:

1. Pooja (ICICI sales)
2. Rajesh (ICICI sales)
3. Dnyanada (Cust service manager at Mumbai, desk phone# -022 [protected])
4. Padma (TL at credit card verification department)
5. Suresh (Manager at ICICI credit card sales)
6. Sarala (Cut service manager at Hyd call center, exten# 5343)

Let me know how many more people I need to contact before some one can resolve my issue. Most of the ICICI staff I contacted had a major attitude issue.
Pls call me ASAP before I am robbed by ICICI. There wont be any more contacts made by me anymore but will have my lawyer send you a legal notice soon.

The issue is that I had requested ICICi bank for a personal loan of 3 Lacs and they said that the loan would be at 13 percent interest.I had a personal loan already running with ICICI worth 3 Lacs at 14.5 percent.

However at the time of disbursement they increased the rate to 17.5 percent and also close my already running loan (which was at a lower interest of 14.5) and made the loan for 6 Lacs.

Since I had not approved this loan, I ask the bank for the tearms and conditions document and I was shocked to see that my signatures on that document were forged.

I am planning to flle and consumer complaint again the bank

Yes, I have faced similar situation when an ICICI marketing agent forged my signature on application to sell a credit card !

CVV (3 digits) number is on the back of the credit card next to the 16 digit CC number. Please erase the CVV number by using a blade / knife and keep the number in your memory or keep it in a safe place for your own reference. Otherwise anyone can use your creditcard account online (websites).

This is suresh one of your customer purchased two wheeler & insurance. I have gone to your office at nungumbakkam icici lombard office to collect my original insurance paper. The following are the service provided by your customer service executive D.MERCY.

1. A customer came to renewal is insurance without seeing the date properly she refused to take the insurance & talking aggressively as if the customer add made a mistake. After the customer as pointed out the date she came to know her fault.

2. After attending a call she shouts in the reception with is co-staff saying about the customer who called her in the phone stating "he as purchased Bence & applied for 40000 insurance for two wheeler 1500 rs he is talking like a big person" in a disgraceful manner that to in front a customer waiting for is two wheeler insurance. This is the way a customer service executive will shout in reception having two wheeler customer, if u take only bence car insurance put a board we don't come to u.

It was been an insulting experience for me waiting there. Having a name MERCY she doesn't have any patients to be a CSE. I have decided that this will be first & last two wheeler insurance with icici. When her co staff says that customer is sitting when she comments she shows her body language in such a way what a customer can do.

So please take some action in reflect to we customer have respect & faith in your company.

ICICI Bank policy stands cancelled by lombard and money is still outstanding on icici credit card and increasing

ICICI Lombard has asked me to get a medical insurance plan, and the same has been done. But from the next day the policy i asked to get for me stands cancelled as per my requests. The company itself had also issued me a letter regarding the same, that the policy issued to me stands cancelled from the said date.
After that i myself made several complaints to the customer care of ICICI Lombard and ICICI Bank, but always provided a reference number stating your complaint is registered and the same is forwarded to the ICICI Lombard and ICICI Bank both.

Later i filed a case in consumer forum and send the copy of the case to the ICICI Bank Videocon Tower Delhi, ICICI Bank Race Course Circle Vadoddara, ICICI Lombard Kheshavrao Khadye Marg Mahalaxmi Mumbai.

The Bank is now started sending recovery guys from various agencies to my home in the odd hours, which crates a lots of nuisance in my house and the surroundings i belong to and livein.

I'm also copying the scanned papers i send by UPC and registered AD to both the parties earlier.

A worst bank and GIC company ever seen in my life.

I have some unauthorized transactions of ICICI lomabard EMIs on my credit card transactions.Ever since I have started getting those transactions I haven't paid my bills.I already called customer care 7 times and reported this.Before sending the lombard card to me, one Ms Shweta from ICICI chennai had told me about that.I already told her that day that I have a TTK card and my dad is a doctor so I don't need anything like that.But she told me its already taken, but once I get it I need to call her and tell its number and it won't affect my credit card transactions.When I got the lombard card I called her and told her to cancel it.I told her about the transactions getting reflected on my credit card statement.She said me not to pay that.I smelled something fishy and after that I never used your credit card.I got an HSBC card and I am using it now.If you check my payment history you can see that I had made no dues and I used my credit card a lost.
It seems like since your lombard cards are not getting sold you are burdening it on the customers.ICICI guys even tried to trick me telling that I can claim tax benefits by showing the lombard statements and cancel it later but luckily I didn't fall for it else I would have no choice.

Now a days I am losing my time and i am getting harassed by the ICICI people.I can't concentrate properly on my work because of this.My ICICI credit card late payment dues are getting added.But the base transaction of these charges is something which I didn't make

I got a call from the icici stating that i am calling from icici bank u got a offer for your credit card that the health policy is offered for you with condition that right now you donn't pay anything only we will hold your credit account for the policy money and then if you are not intereseted in one month we will cancel the policy and release the amount without any cancellation charge then i had called the number for the cancellation i am getting the no not in use.

these is abosolutely cheating ..

ICICI Bank policy documents not yet received!

I was called by ICICI LOMBARD Insurance company Bangalore along with my family and they said you have selected for free insurance of 1 lakh by luckey dip through AIR TEL life time pre-paid service bearing no: [protected]. They made all inquires and offered me some insurance to buy. I was not interest on this.
Then they given me a policy paper and also infirmed" you will get the original paper by courier." Almost 60 days over not yet received any thing so for. Very poor service!

I very strongly agree. I went 2 weeks back to ICICI lombard office to get for the renewal of my insurance. I went inside the office. When I met with the executive, I realized why india is not going to become the global giant. He seems to look like an illiterate. I explained him my case. He said he will help me to renew the insurance. Then he started calculating the insurance premium. The software application which was used to do it was crashing everytime he tried. And the worst part is... he kept trying for 2.5 hours. I asked him to check with someone whats wrong. He went to some other desk but never came back. Then I had to look for him in his office. Finally I found him. He asked me to write my address on the top of the address and give it to him with a BLANK CHECK. YES, He asked me to fill a blank cheque so that he can calculate the price and fill it later! I was shocked to know that. I gave a cheque of 1250. Wrote the address on the top of envelope. And came back. Its almost 2.5 weeks now and I have not received the cover note yet.

The govt should take strict action against these bank who are in operation to just cheat people. Even if they are not literally cheating, the services are too bad that they should be in operation to affect people.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY SERVICES FROM ICICI Bank.

Horrible service and replies from customer care. People reading this- plz do not call icici lombard helpline... the executives never get back for 2 wheeler insurance renewal also! I went in person, was made to sit for 2 hours and then was given a cover note with my vehicle number and some other name! They ask you to come the next day thinking we are as jobless as them. They give a phone number which they never pick up and even the security is so impolite. I am yet to receive my cover note and am unable to reach the office number too. Wonder how they call themselves ISO9001 certified... is it a false certificate ?

I am horrified. I put my Salary account and trust in ICICI bank . First they made me open a OD account based on the Salary account. Then after a year they closed the account and put my entire May 2009 salary on hold. I assumed that they have taken in the salary as a payment . But it was not so . They had put it on hold . Put my account on zero Balance and then started levying interest on my OD outstanding that might have been made up by my salary on hold. Thereafter they issued me a notice to pay back my entire amount within Seven days of the notice. I enquired and issued a cheque of the amount that they had put on hold. They then bounced that cheque and again levied interest on that . Amazing thing is they had given no notice to me that they will put my salary on hold. I am terribly disturbed. If any one can help please do .

I also feel that ICICI bank is cheating their customers

with out my concent they have deactivated my ATM card & on enquiry and several complaints, I am been told that your ATM card, (which is my salary account, and I am unable to withdraw my salary for last two months) is deactivated & now you have to pay for new ATM card. that too after so many complaints on phone asking the customer to hold on for a very long period, for which Customer has to spent several bucks for phone calls.

what is this ? only harrassment to the customer.
I request to give a New ATM Card or reactivate the same card free of cost to give customer satisfaction. I have a very big ammount in my account ( Salary Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank. Bund garden Branch Pune-411 001.

Your action will be appreciated if done Immediately or else I will have to transfer the complete amount to my other bank Account

I was having a credit card of H.S.B.C .Bank, since I suffered a heavy losses in my business, due to that reason I am not in a position to pay the amount .Now the bank people started to harass me and threatening me. I sent a legal notice to the bank in this regard in June 07. Then I received a notice from M/S Jus Juris a legal firm under section 138/142 of Negotiable Act and was informed that a cheque of Rs. 32,108 of Punjab and Sindh Bank has been bounced so you send a draft and make immediate payments to wards the bounced cheque. I immediately replied that I have never given any cheque to any one nor I have any account in Punjab and Sindh bank. I have requested them to send a photocopy of the said cheque so that we may initiate a legal proceeding against the actual culprit who has tried to frame me in a false case, and to know the details from the bank about the actual account holder.

Since it is a handiwork of some bank employee., so far they have not sent any details to me. I have already made a complaint to the Senior Supdt. of Police to inquire and file a case against the actual culprit.

You are therefor assist me in catching the actual culprits

Tactics Credit Card Companies Use to Get You to Pay More

Although the credit card industry earns more than one trillion every year, they aren't satisfied with that, and have adopted dubious tactics to further fatten their wallets. Late and over-the-limit fees now account for more than half of their revenues, so they like to encourage or trick customers into paying some sort of penalty fee. And they are now only getting away with it, but they keep raising their fees up and up -- just a few years ago a penalty fee was about $10. Now the average is $29.00. Consumer groups estimate that soon these fees will average $59.00.

Late and over-the-limit fees are not the only methods companies use to rake in trillions each year. There are also the credit insurance programs, universal default policies, dishonest marketing campaigns and other stupid card tricks. Many of the major issuers -- First USA (now Chase), Chase, Capital One, Providian (now owned by Washington Mutual), Citibank -- have been sued over allegations of unfair billing practices and accused of blatantly using tactics to cheat customers out of money. Some of these tactics are outlined below.

Not posting your payment on the day it's received -- Federal law requires credit card companies to post your payment on the date it is received. If they fail to do so, they cannot assess you late charges or added finance charges. Still, a common tactic most card issuers use is to post only those payments received by 9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m. on a given date. Payments received at 9:01 a.m. are posted the next day despite the fact that all the major card issuers have payment processing centers that operate 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Best way to fight back: Send in your payment at least 10 days before the due date. If you can't do that for one reason or another, arrange to make your payments electronically by signing up at your credit card issuer's website so you can quickly zap a payment to them and they can't claim that they didn't receive your mailed payment until after the due date. It is interesting to note that almost all of the major credit card banks used to allow customers to quickly zap a payment to them via Paypal.com free of charge. Of course, this must have put a big dent in their late fee revenue so some of them stopped allowing this (Providian and First USA to name two).

Tricking you in to paying late -- Federal law requires that credit card issuers mail you your statement at least two weeks before the due date, so companies have to resort to other tactics to get you to pay late. You know that your credit card payment is due on the 25th of the month, or do you? Your issuer might suddenly change it to the 20th of each month to try and get you to mail it in late. If it's received late, they will slap you with a $39.00 late fee. If it's late two or more times, they can legally increase your interest rate dramatically, to as much as 29%. At various times, several credit card issuers have even resorted to not mailing out statements at all to encourage customers to pay late under the theory that "it is a courtesy that we mail statements out, not a requirement." [First USA actually used that as an excuse once and lost many customers as a result.]. Best way to fight back: Always open your monthly statement immediately upon receipt and check the due date. Don't be surprised if it has suddenly moved up five days and you received your statement "late". You might have to immediately write a check and get it in the mail that day to allow at least seven days for it to get to them before the due date. You don't want it to arrive at 9:01 on the due date do you? If it does, you will be assessed a late fee.

Penalizing you for carrying a big balance -- If you carry a high balance on your credit card month-to-month, don't be surprised if you one day notice a small paragraph on your monthly statement that informs you your interest rate is going to increase from 7% to 28% next month. What the credit card company doesn't tell you when you sign up for the card with the low interest rate is that they almost always raise the interest rate dramatically on people who never pay down a high balance on the credit card or carry big balances with other credit card companies. It doesn't matter to them that you have always paid your bills on time and are never late. You can be a customer of theirs for 20 years and never be late or miss a single payment, but one day they will decide that you are no longer a good customer and raise your rate to 28%. [Citibank is notorious for doing this. Every time I see one of their ads in a magazine or TV about how much they love and respect their customers, I want to throw up.]

KOLKATA, May 29: Credit cards may be a status symbol to some but for a vast majority of consumers irregularities in credit card bills can cause a great deal of harassment. The recent victory of a credit card holder against a leading bank will be a boost to such consumers who are regularly harassed by their banks.

A city consumer court has come down heavily on ICICI bank by slapping a fine of Rs 1 lakh, the highest compensation imposed by the court so far for discrepancy in credit card operations. The court of Calcutta District Forum, Unit-II, president Mr TK Ghosh and members Mr H Bhattacharya and Ms R Acharya pulled up the credit card division of the bank for recovering a loan that was never received by the customer. The bank allegedly asked the consumer to repay loan installments along with interest including late fees for a loan amounting to Rs 33,500, supposedly issued by the bank, which was neither solicited nor asked for or received by Mr Kalyan Kumar Sur. The court ordered the bank to pay Mr Sur a litigation cost of Rs 5000 along with compensation worth Rs 1 lakh.

Mr Sur was taken by surprise when his credit card statements suddenly displayed interest charges. He complained that bank did not respond to his repeated e-mails when he asked the latter to provide him with loan details. Instead the bank allegedly harassed him further by sending loan collectors to his residence.

The clause 5.1(b) under Reserve Bank of India’s credit card operation guidelines reads: “Unsolicited loan or other credit facility should not be offered to the credit card customers. In case any credit card facility is extended without the consent of the recipient, the credit sponsoring bank will be liable to pay such penalty as may be considered appropriate.” During the court proceedings the bank failed to substantiate with written documents that it had received a loan request from Mr Sur. ICICI Bank be careful with travel card

Be careful when you go for icici travel card, on the following things:

1. Anything happens to the card or
2. You are overcharged
3. You return item you bought oversees and money is not credited back to your card

Bank will not take any responsibility to resolve the issue. Bank will ask you to settle with merchant.

By then you will be in India and no way you can communicate with merchant

ICICI Bank most filthy language being used by the collection agency personnel

My wife for the past two months she did not pay minimum balance as she was requesting to waive interest part so that one time settlement (OTS) could be arrived. On 6th May 2006, I received a call from one Mr. Hari (Tel [protected]) asking for my wife. I told him that she is out of station. I told him that she has requested for OTS. He started using abusive language for which i objected. I told him that you have no business to issue threats nor use abusive language for collection from the card holders.

On the same day, i.e. 6th May 2007 immediately i once again recd call from one Mr. Deshpande (Tel [protected]) who too started talking in the most undignified language. I immediately hung the phone.

Today, i.e.on 8th May 2007 around 3.20 pm I recd again a call on my cell No [protected] from one Mr. Salve, who claims to be collection manager of ICICI Bank. I once politely told him that my interest may be waived so that One time payment shall be made. He too started using the most filthy language. He told me that " if you do not pay by tomorrow I shall ### your wife and recover the money". This has been witnessed by my two friends.

In view of forgoing, the action of the so called Recovery Agent is unlawful as it blatantly violates the Model Code of Conduct.

ICICI collection agencies have no sense and they are very rude..they use to harras me for my brothers unpaid loan, which he use to pay regularly but due to his unemployment he was not able to for few months.i told them he is willing to pay that back but they said they will file a lawsuit against him and will drag my brother to court, i was really pissed about this and i told them they can do whatever they want to.Now i am going to file a lawsuit against them as they r harrasing me.

Even i faced the similar situation. If we failed to pay for some time, it does not mean that we are fraud... there could be some strong reason behind that. i was been sent to onsite for some assignment and it got extened for 6 months..meanwhile they called my home and used some vulgar language, actually the amout need to paid is arnd 22000, i dont know why they behave soo rude as if we donot pay the money at all

Our Company Ranjit Nanda & Associates is a current account holder with the ICICI Bank in both Mumbai as well as in New Delhi.

Our Managing Director availed of a personal loan scheme to purchase a Samsung LCD and Surround Sound Theatre system through ICICI Bank. All Standard Chartered Bank, New Delhi, post dated cheques and other formalities were handed over to the Bank /your Bank Agent as per their requirements.

Over the past two months, our Managing Director Mr. Ranjit Nanda has been continuously harassed and hounded by your collection agents/representatives of ICICI bank on account of an apparent ‘bounced’ cheque. He has been traveling out of Delhi and has to respond to their rude calls on his mobile phone in different parts of the country, at most inconvenient times. This has obviously led to unnecessary and embarrassing situations for him.

In this regard, our office in New Delhi had requested your Bank to provide details of the bounced cheque, which they did not eventually provide. Finally, we undertook our own investigation in this matter and got details of all our payments through our payment Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and found out that the reason for this outstanding was a result of ICICI not making a timely entry in their own records.

While this has been an error by ICICI bank, and mistakes do happen, the unfortunate part has been that your Bank staff behaved in a rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional manner, especially when the fault entirely rested with ICICI Bank.

In all fairness, ICICI Bank should have at least checked our credit worthiness before going on this harassment and hounding ‘rampage’ till we had no option but to carry out our own investigation and point out the problem your Bank.

We hope that you take note of this experience and prevent the same from occurring again.

It is against the voluntary Banking Code to which icici subscribe and against the mandatory banking regulations.

Bring this to their notice, as also write to the Finance Minister amd copy to the finance secretary, the RBI Governor and leader + opposition leaders in Parliament. This will definitely hurt them in the long run.

The unbecoming behavior of the recovery/collection agent of the ICICI Bank Credit Card should be viewed seriously. Immediate suspension of the agency pending inquiry should be done without further delay. In fact, the police should treat the matter as COGNIZABLE OFFENSE and book the culprit immediately.

ICICI Bank icici bankwithdrew all my savings in the account without any intimation

I deposited my salary cheque in my ICICI Bank savings account on 8th December 2006 at Nagpur Branch. My account was freezed and restricted me from accessing my account then.my credit card account no.[protected].

After repeated followups at their Icici call center I came to know that my account is been seized ,for the want of credit card payment. I had already setteled my credit card account on dt 28 september 2006 and have got acknowledgment receipt duely signed and with icici seal on it from them.

Few facts in this connection:

1. Mr. Shukla of write off section of ICICI,NAGPUR had come to my place for settlement of credit card payment prior to that i have contacted their office and the call center number of times to inform them that the charges are exorbitant ,irrational and illogical.

2. I have cleared my credit card account in full in april 2005, then after i made a purchase of Rs.15000 (fifteen thousand) against which i paid around Rs. 55000 (fifty five thousand).

3.they charged overlimit charges 650 plus late payment 350and other charges where overall penalty charges came to 1500 per month.

I was leaving Nagpur for job purpose so i was interested in settling the account and make the reasonable payment which i have made.

I was working in bangalore then, now I am working in cheenai. My job is a transferable one and my family resides at Nagpur. I am the only earning member of my family and suffering from cardiac problem since 1999.

The Bank Never Allow to sleep the middle class people, who struggle to get money.
The Bank is paying Money to media, not to explore the issues.

Also The CEO wants to get a good profit margin by recovering money from the credit card holders.

Its a matter of great surprise that without my consent a hefty amount has been debited from my saving account to some of your ICICI credit card account. As per norms ICICI credit account is not covered under any ecs account hence fore please conform debit account from my saving account, this matter is very serious and to be taken very urgently, reply should reach us within 24 hrs. If we don't get a suitable reply will force to a legal action against recovery of payment from saving account without any consent of the account holder. My account no. SB/[protected]

ICICI Bank harassing repeated phone calls

I get phone calls every single day from call centers asking me for a home loan. This is total harassment! Please STOP Forwarding my number to call centers. I want to take strict legal action against all these unsolicited phone callers who keep calling every day for home loans or credit cards.

The call i got today was from this number. [protected]

Is there an authority that takes strict action against them? I heard from a friend that Supreme court has passed the order to block such numbers and make them pay compensation for such harassment.

ICICI Bank poor customer service

On 2nd April, 2007 I applied for a 10K tax saver health plan (Policy No: W-013316) for my Parents using the online facility at www.icicilombard.com. I stay in Bangalore and my parents are near to Warangal-Andhra Pradesh. As my father's age is above 45 he has to undergo a medical test to get enrolled in the policy. The website states that within two day's from the receipt of the premium my parents will get a call for the medical test, though it is 27th April today (25 days since i applied for the policy and paid the premium) my parents have not received any call for the medical test.

I have sent numerous mails and have also called them 6 times, they seem to have no clue about the medical test. They were not even able to confirm when they will be calling my parents.

I feel that I have taken a wrong decision in applying for a policy from ICICI Lombard.

The most horrible guys! The worst customer service ever possible. its been 3 months since they are deducting the EMI for the insurance which I had purchased over the phone.

Till now I have not recevied the policy and noody answers at the customer care, but when I mail them they say we will send it in 10 working days everytime.

Its been pathetic and probably would have to give up the 8k premium I have paid and go for another insurance.

Please never buy the insurance from these people. they are big cheaters.

ICICI Bank customer cheating

I am registering this complaint out here for ICICI lombard. I met with an accident on 15 feb round about at 01:15 hr. I called these guys and my claim ID is 289750. My car was in swastik motors, Indirapuram, owner - Mahesh Gaur. The total damage bill was for about 35000 which mahesh gaur provided to ICICI lombard. After following up with these guys they have given me a cheque of 25,300 which doesn't make sense to me. I agree that there is 50% deduction on plastic & glass material and 5% depreciation on metallic parts even after calculating it they have provided me approx 6000 less. Beware ICICI Lombard, they are cheating customers.

Before 40-45 Icici credit card offered me new icici credit card(master card)having 1,20,000/- limit & made me compulsion to take lombard health policy of 2lacs.
I received the lombard policy no.4034/fnp/[protected]/00/000.
But when i enquired @ customer care for credit card i came to know that there is no such credit card offer for me.
This way icici credit card departt had made miscommittement to me for icici lombard health policy.
So I request you to cancell my policy no.4034/fnp/[protected]/00/000.
I will request you not to make miscommittement to customers.
Plz call me or mail me & confirm me cancellation of the policy.
Plz do the needful,

Note: My main bill was cleared on 13 april 2007

ICICI Bank delay in aph of property

I am a salary a/c holder and home loan customer of ICICI Bank for last three year Loan A/c no. LBMUM00000905023 . Now for investment, I have selected another flat at Badlapur -- Dist Thane.

For which I had submitted all the documents required for pre-approval of the property i.e what you call as APF or APH 2 months back. I have got sanction letter from your bank for my new home loan application, but waiting for disbursement as the APH number is not alloted to the property. I have submitted the papers through Unique Finance -- Dombivli Ph. no. [protected], Even after daily follow-up with this office and Mr. Boban Jype of your ICICI office at Kalyan, they say that all paper work are OK of the property every thing is done and I will get the APH number in 2 -3 days. every time i get this reply, but sorry to say that it is taking too much time for allotting the number. No one gives the correct picture when the APH number will be alloted. Due to this delay, I have been pressured by the builder to cancel my agreement.

ICICI Bank very poor administration

I have an RRSP GIC account with ICICI bank. This year I wanted to add $2,000 to it upon maturity. I sent in my cheque with instructions.

It has been two months and the cheque still is not processed. No one can tell me if they have it or not.

I kept calling and getting put on hold with no explanation ever resulting.

I ended up having to borrow another $2,000 from my credit card to make my RRSP contribution in time for the March 31st deadline. While of course still leaving the $2,000 in my bank account if and when ICICI bank ever decides to complete the transaction.

I have been waiting two months now with this $2,000 in my bank account not getting any interest on it. Still waiting. No response to my email. And the 5 or 6 phone conversations resulted in no progress.

It seems their is no notes left from the last time I talked to someone because I have to keep saying the same thing over and over.

I really give up. I think I will put a stop payment on the cheque and get my GIC out of their when it comes due next year.

For goodness sake I am trying to make a deposit and their administration is so poor they can't even figure out how to take my money.

Ok, I better stop now... my eye is beginning to twitch.

ICICI Bank withdrawal of icici lombard loan care insurance policy

I had foreclosed my ICICI Home loan LBTRI00001165829 and LBTRI00000650151 and I had given an application to cancel the ICICI Lombard Loan Care Insurance Policy, attached to the same, on 25th August 2006. The premium charged on this policy was Rs. 30105. I have received a payment of only Rs.1887.00, for the cancellation of the policy and I believe that, this amount is calculated based on only the top-up Loan - LBTRI0000116582. I request you make the necessary arrangements for cancellation of the Policy attached to the Base Loan - LBTRI00000650151. I have already given the proof of the foreclosure of both these loan.

I believe that arrangements will be made at the earliest. This issue is pending for the past 8 months.
I have been calling the concerned person in the ICIC Lombard office at Trichy, and I have not got any solution for the issue till now. Very poor service!

Don't do any deal with ICICI. Its a fraud. We have take insurance on our loan amout.
We were ready to pay lumsum amount, but they convince us to pay based on monthly basis, w/o telling us that it will be charged at 12 % floating interest, which later increased to 14 %. Also, its being seven months now, that we have not recevied our policy, though EMI is deducted every month from our bank.
When we enquired, we came to know that policy is made on some other property, which is not ours. When tried to contact the concerned person, he dosn't pick up the phone.
In brief: Before taking insurance they will call u 100 times, to take a policy and fool u giving all fake advantages and later they won't respond at all.

One policy was issued to me in the month of June, 2005, which was cancelled on my request. Charges deducted from my credit card and again credited to my account, but another policy was also issued to me in the month of June 2005, which was not in my knowledge. When I contacted the office for the dues against my credit card and known that one policy was issued to me. I requested many times on phone to the office, but no satisfactory answer was received.

ICICI Bank unnecessary policy cancellation charges charged to me by icici lombard

COMPLAINT: Unnecessary Policy cancellation Charges charged to me by ICICI Lombard.

CAUSE : My name and address was wrongly spelt on the policy certificate. I returned the policy immediately. I requested to correct the same. I sent 19 mails to ICICI lombard and ABN AMBRO. They did not bother. Ultimately I cancelled the policy. This they accepted and charged me heavy cancellation charges.

BRIEF HISTORY AND FACTS:
1. In the month of Mar06 I applied for ABN AMBRO credit card.
2. They accepted and offered me credit card. They also offered me a health insurance policy from ICICI Lombard, on monthly payment basis. I accepted
3. 20 Apr 06 I received the credit card and insurance policy. But my name and address on card as well as policy was wrongly spelt.
4. 24APR 06 I returned the policy to ICICI Lombard, Mahalaxmi office, through courier. I have the POD. I requested for necessary correction. Similarly I requested ABN AMBRO for correction.
5. 29.04.06 ABN asked me additional documents. This letter I received on 24.05.06 and I submitted the documents immediately.
6. ICICI Lombard asked me to reconfirm the changes (MODIFICATION TO ENDORSEMENT) on 15.5.06, I have replied on 24.5.06.
7. I received corrected card on 22.06.06 acknowledged on 6.07.06.
8. 3.07.06 I received mail from ICICI Lombard that the new policy is under printing and you will receive soon.
9. I received the document again on 7.07.06 with wrong name and address.
10. During this period I had sent more than 19 mails to ICICI and ABN, I have spoken many times to their customer care cell/ 24 hrs banking service etc.
11. So ultimately I thoroughly convinced that ICICI Lombard can not correct my name and hence I can not get policy with correct name and address.
12. On 13 .07.06 I requested to cancel the proposal.
13. This they accepted immediately and charged me heavy cancellation Charges, stating some rules.
14. In the month of September I have paid full amount to ABN AMBRO approx. Rs. 10,800/- for NO REASON

THEY FAILED TO WRITE MY NAME CORRECTLY. THEY FAILED TO CORRECT IT. I HAVE NO POLICY. BUT I HAD TO PAY OVER RS. 10,800/-. I HAVE BEEN PENALIZED FOR NO REASON.

FAULTS: AT ICICI:

1. They have received the policy back within 15 days hence they have no right to charge me any cancellation charges.

AT ABN:

1. They should not charge any late payment charges when the card was under correction.
2. They should have ensured that their associate company is providing the proper service to customer.

COMPENSATION REQUIRED:

1. REIMBURSEMENT OF RS.10,800/- CHARGED BY ABN AMRO
WITH RESPECT TO THIS ISSUE.
2. COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL TORTURER FOR 5 MONTHS
RS 5,000/-
3. INTEREST at 10% TILL THE PAYMENT IS MADE

Sir, My Name is Nirmal Singh. Sir, I was opening a health insurance from your icici lombard on 18 May 2012. Amount for a sum of Rs 6740/- was debited from my account on 21 May 2012. A message has been received by us from your company on 22 May 2012 that your policy was despatched on 23 May 2012. Till date policy and documents have not yet been received by us. I'll speak with your branch at delhi about four to five times. They give reply me your documents will reach with in a week. after two month the same was not received by us. Pl give reason for delay and send the documents at the earliest. Give reply on my id (nirrmalghotra@yahoo.co.in). I'll be waiting for your reply and documents.
