I fully agree for the miss management bwtween two companies of ICICI -Credit card & Health insurance. I had a problem created by them some what similar to ur's.

Sub: Credit card No:4477 4738 1740 7005, invalid Outstanding.
To inform you that, the undersigned availed Family plus Health insurance Policy ( 4034/FS/03546661/00/000) from ICICI LOMBARD reference to the phone call of your representative in month of May’08. where deduction of policy EMI started from the month of june’08 from my credit card account.
On receipt of the policy -03546661, later after 8 to 10 days I received an additional policy no: 4034/FPS/03586446/00/000 without my request. Communication regarding cancellation was given immediately to your customer support / Customer care via e-mail somewhere at end May’08.I received cancellation confirmation and refund of amount mail from your customer support team on june 2nd 08. Inspite of Cancellation communication I noticed deduction of EMI principal, Interest, ser.tax inclusion in my credit card statement . I communicated number of times with your customer support /Customer care team/ Helpline, in written( evidence available) /verbal ( evidence recorded) to stop for unwanted transactions occurring in my credit card for the cancelled policy . Inspite of all above I didn’t recd any satisfactory reply, further this continued till aug’08, by applying further late payment charges, Minimum amt.due, taxes and so on.
Further I decided to close my existing policy -4034/FS/03546661/00/000 also with ICICI for the miscommunication /gap noticed between Lombard and credit card dept. Request ID 30908199 .and EMI Cancellation Id 150808155 .Still today I am noticing unwanted credits of EMI principal shown in my statement of policies cancelled . The outstanding has reached to 35000+ from earlier O/s of 11000 before availing policy . The all above drama with customer undersigned is brought to your notice and take strict action immediately in view to stop customer unrest.
I had also communicated to your credit card dept in written to close my credit account with ICICI and communicate the outstanding amount excluding the policy Transactions (EMI, intrest, Ser.taxes ) laid unnecessarily in my account.
Expecting reply immediately and settle the account outstanding.
