I had an icici bank credit card and used it to take the membership of country club bangalore. I was promised that the membership amount would be debited in 12 emi's. But I was very surprised that I was debited for 4 emi's together in the first statement it self. I wrote many letters to the bank but I was not helped. Finally I paid each and every penny for what I had used the card, and stopped using the card, and later got it cancelled. But strangely my name started to appear in the cibil listing, which was very surprising. I contacted the bank and came to know that an amount of rs 7000/- was outstanding in my card a/c and with interest/late payment and charges thereon it accumulated to rs 13000/-. I took the initiative and paid and got the settlement letter from the bank a month back, but still my name appears in the cibil listing very surprisingly. I would like help to get my name removed from the cibil listing. Anyone suggest please.

This refers to the statement which I got from SBI Bhilai Branch during the search report for my House loan. Please find attached herewith the said statement which SBI has got is from CIBIL.
The statement indicates that I am having Two loans and one is as guarantor.
- First is for Business Loan of amount 1 lakh and current balance is Rs 82, 510, date of sanction/ date of account opening of that loan is 16/06/02
- Second is Education loan of amount 1 lakh and current balance is 81, 853, date of sanction / date of account opening of that loan is 16/06/02
- Third is as Guarantor of education loan of amount 1 lakh and current balance is 82, 148, date of sanction / date of account opening of that loan is 16/06/02.
In the view of above statement, I wish to inform you that I had only eduction loan of amount 1 lakh in the year 2002 from Dena bank, Bhilai Sector - 10 branch, which I had paid after the completion of my engineering degree in the year 2006. And now I am not having any kind of loan with Dena bank, as I have taken NOC from that bank.
As presently, in my knowledge I do not have any kind of loan balance with any bank in India.
In this regard, I request you to kindly let me know from which bank the statement is indicating, Or from which bank I have taken the loan. So that I could clear my balance loan, if any.
I Want to Know the detail of Bank Name and the Account Number from which i have the loans so i can clear my loans. for that i am sending my details below.

We can't fight with the gang of criminals, but can atleast make their real face public by creating a long list of complaints against them.
This is in reference to credit card of ICICI bank that has issued on JITNEDRA SHARMA name and is being related by bank to me. For your information my name is JITENDRA SHARMA as it appears on my PAN CARD (BGGPS2943M) and not JITNEDRA SHARMA. I am getting the statement of the same card since last 1.5 years on my mail a/c.
Further because of this card my CIBIL A/c showing out standing of 48000/- on my name which is absolutely incorrect. I do not hold any such card neither I am payable for any amount to ICICI bank.
I already have a Personal loan account no: LPDEL00010736090 with ICICI bank since last 2.5 years which is getting closed in June 2010 without any bounces / defaults in the payments of EMIs.
Because of the above said card the 2nd personal loan which I applied for has been declined although I have nothing to do with the said card.
Kindly take necessary and quick steps to remove any outstanding on my name form CIBIL for same card and send me a soft and hard copy verifying that I do not have any outstanding for the said card no issued by ICICI bank so that I can submit the copy with the bank form which I am planning to take another personal loan.

NEVER take CREDIT CARD OR LOAN FROM ICICI BANK your CIBIL score will be screwed
These transactions stay on the CIBIL reports for atleast 3 to 5 years. you may want to check with CIBIL on what their rules are.
