I have bought a mobile and it is not working properly now. The complaints are 1. mobile is not charging now, 2. draining of battery very quickly and 3. heating up of mobile during talk time. .This mobile is under warranty by ICARESHASTECH. But when i submit my mobile to them for repairing, after 4 days they are telling a lie that the mobile have been wet inside.So it will not come under their warranty coverage.They are not repairing the mobile phone.I am sure that there is no water inside the mobile. But to avoid me they are lying now. How can i get my rights. What can i do at this stage?
