Do not give these people your business. Customer service is horrible. I never got my card and worst of all this was my christmas "gift" last year.
So I called them to remedy and basically was blamed through the whole call my the manager of how this was all my fault. They never took any responsibility for not double checking the address they have on file with the one I provided on the affidavit. Gee wouldnt that be the number one reason why things get lost in the mail? Sounds like poor internal processes and systems are the main issue.
AVOID! More trouble than it is worth.
