Ibotta Redeeming earnings to gift card

Whenever I try to redeem my earnings to a gift card I get the message "we cannot process this request at the time. Check back later". This has happened so many time I'm beginning to think this is a scam it doesn't matter and when you try to submit a ticket the Chabot replies are of no assistance . Thier means of communicating with a customer are extremely poor at best

Claimed loss: Have $148.82 tat cannot be accessed

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response from a real person not their Chatbot.

Ibotta ibotta

I have been emailing BEGGING for assistance with your customer care team and I am continuously getting hotkey responses to an article that is not helping me

I have not been getting email codes for over a year to use the online system. My app had been working until yesterday when it logged me out. I can not get email coded for that as well, so I have zero way of getting into my account.

I have a significant amount of money in my account and no one is helping me.

I have everything whitelisted, cookies are enabled, I have tried from three different computers, 2 different browsers each, as well as an android phone, an android table, and an iphone. I cannot get anything emailed to me.

I know it is on your side, because I created a new account and from all the listed devices, I am getting codes on that new account, but not on my accurate account. I am BEGGING for help please.

Desired outcome: I just want to get into my account

Ibotta Ibotta

I have been trying to get into my account since July 27th. They tell me they cannot find an account linked to my email address. Yet that morning when I tried to sign in they sent me a code via email. I got the code entered it and then it was like the site crashed. I was never able to get in. I went back and tried several times to sign in and then it says I have been blocked due to multiple sign ins. I contacted them and told of the problem. They sent a note saying to send certain info, which I did and have sent multiple request for resolving the problem since and have not heard from them anymore. They have $18.65 which I earned and now cannot collect and have more to add to it. It seems I am being punished and I have not clue why. What do I do now? I have turned in for cash about 4 times with no problem.

Desired outcome: I would like my account opened back up and I would like to receive the $18.65 which I had already scanned in to be put back into my account.

Ibotta Ibotta App

I got the Ibotta app and started shopping. I got a lot of points built up. When I went to get into my account Ibotta required I change my password (no reason)and kicked me out of the account. My email has a security log and it takes 15 minutes to get a password back to me. Ibotta program only gives you 5 minutes to change your password. Tried many times but it won't work. I contacted them three times via email. But they won't help me get into the account. I could set up another email that wouldn't have the security lag time and could change a password in the future but I can't get my points on my old account. So now they started debiting me 3.99 per month. There's nothing I can do about it, they taking all the money out that I made. Just delete the app the program's not worth it.

Ibotta Ibotta account deactivated

I am new to Ibotta but worked my butt of getting referral and Cashback items. I had enough to cash out and actually started the process. I put my debit card info and did one of several referrals before getting side tracked with a grandbaby. I put my phone down. An hour later, when I went back to continue cashing out my account had been deactivated. I filed a ticket but was only told it had permanently been deactivated without an explanation. I did a review on Google play store and a team member of Ibotta told me to contact the help desk. I'm not sure who that is. I feel like my account was deactivated so they didn't have to pay me. I do not know what I did not did I try to break any rules.

Desired outcome: My cash out which is almost $40. My acct reactivated would be nice also

Ibotta Complaint

I recently signed up to yalls app and everything was good, I was able to cash out my first $20. I then thought this would be a great app for my family and friends, so I referred some of my friends and family I then tried to cash out my $40 just to get a message say something didn't look quite right, and you all temporarily disabled withdraws to keep my earnings safe to contact support for further help, so I did, and I sent multiple emails and no one has yet to get back to me then I get an email saying y'all closed my act down for suspicious activity which is not cool at all I worked hard to get my referrals and the money for it, it is not right that you just shut someone's acct down without giving them an option to cash out their earnings. If you don't want to pay people for referring people to your app then you shouldn't have a referral program, I made sure I read all the fine print about the referral program and I did everything by the rules just for y'all to shut my acct down over some crap about my acct having suspicious activity I have a right to my earnings and the right thing to do is allow me to have access to it!

Ibotta Rewards due to me

I was blocked and my app was deleted. Ibotta claims I abused the program. I shop for my family, 5 members. I feel I had the right to claim the rewards. If you disagree, reinstate me back to end of August. I will withdraw my rewards and start over. I cannot rejoin with my email until then. It occured the first week of September. My receipts were from Publix, Fairhope, Al. I was blocked and no access to my account.

Ibotta Missing ibotta store offer credits

When shopping at Walmart I purchased several items on the ibotta offer list but received no credits on my account. I have contacted ibotta with multiple emails and sent pictures as requested with no results. Shopping was on 8/17/2022 at 15.27 hours. It appears my credits were erroneously sent to a deactivated account. I cant get anyone at ibotta to resolve this issue and credit my active account with my missing credits.

Ibotta Withdraw the money

It has been about two weeks now I've been trying to withdraw the money to PayPal and it keeps failing I been writing the support and they don't ever write back they are the worst customer service of ever dealt with they really need to fix this app and then when you refer people it's a problem they want to ask you about it I am just waiting for them to email me back time does it close my account out and just sent me a check and I will never deal with them again

Ibotta Free Thanksgiving meal offer

The app will not accept my Walmart receipt when I scan it or when I enter the TC# manually. I have also emailed a photo of the receipt to iBotta and I have not heard from their reps yet. I wonder how many people are being deceived this holiday season with the "Free Thanksgiving meal" scam? Some people really need the financial help. They will not receive that with the iBotta app.

Desired outcome: Can they fix the app so it will actually scan Walmart receipts?

Ibotta Poor servicee£

I submitted a Walmart receipt on 09/29/2021. I was only credited$1.00. I scanned my items to make sure that my perticular item would be acceptable and they all were. When I submitted my receipt none of my items were accepted. I should be credited $14. I do not know why Ibotta refuses to credit my account. What is the sense of using an app if they do not uphold there end. I am very disappointed with Ibotta

Ibotta didn’t receive my money

I am at all qualifying showing that I was able to cash out receive $45.25 Not much but something it is money I did everything they asked to qualify I even sent out 5 referrals to join on my team their system was acting up I ask my team leader for help they closed and deactivated my account I have tried contacting them numerous times nobody has contacted me back I am more now convince this Hass to be the biggest scam of a company deactivating accounts closing accounts not contacting customers accusing them I have read the reviews online

I did everything that Ibotta asked to qualifying I was finally able to cash out $45.75 not a lot of money but I did what Ibotta asked I even sent out 5 referrals to join my team. There system was acting up and would not let me cash out I contacted my team later to help me and my account was locked and deactivated I have sent them numerous emails to reactivate my account and no one has contacted me I have read The reviews online about them Deactivating accounts I think it's a way for them to steal money from people and they're getting away with it and now I am more now convinced that this company is a scam all I ask is for my account to be reactivated so I can receive my money that I qualified for otherwise this Ibotta company is just a thief stealing money from the people thank you

Complete Scam!

They failed to state in Terms of Service that I am only supposed to have only account. They deactivated my account permanently. They even accused me of referring myself to earn credit which I did not do. They said that I opened 9 accounts more like 4 or 5. Every time I contact them they told me the decision is final. Better Business Bureau is not enough to scare them. I have just started an FTC (Federal Trade Commission) Complaint which I hope is enough to make them think twice about keeping my account closed. I did not refer myself to earn money that's another lie. They Just refuse to do business with me and are thinking of every excuse possible. I want one of my accounts reopened or I will take further action. They should get this into their heads: I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL MY ACCOUNT IS REOPENED!

Ibotta customer service

I hate ibotta. The customer service is terrible. I have cint tactacted them, numerous of times about my tickets and when I do they keep marking my tickets as solved when its not. Then when I constantly message them on face book, they blocked me from contacting them. My username is [protected]@gmail.com anf my ticket number is 3103605. They wont respond to my ticket. Yes I'm pissed my account is locked and I can't withdraw my earnings. They keep overlooking my ticket. Their customer service is ridiculous.

Ibotta account deactivated

Deactivated account and kept my money. Said the receipt was scanned twice. Also a receipt was too old. I know I did not scan a receipt twice. I didn't scan an old receipt. If it was it should have never gotten a reward. There are a lot of people that have been done this way. You can see the exact same complaints all over the web. They are cheating people out of there money. This Ibotta is a scam!

Ibotta Worst customer service

Please, stay away. It's not worth any tiny bit of your attention.
Their new app is baggy as hell and now it's hard to buy selected items because their system thinks you just try to duplicate them.
Their customer service acted like a%%h%%%s. Instead of resolving the issue, they simply blocked me on the website and deleted my account. And you thought you got rid of me so easily?
Tried to contact them, but it was absolutely useless. Maybe you should confess you've got troubles instead of deleting your customers. If you keep doing it, you' soon be out of users. Because all of them will be blocked. Lol.

The exact thing happened to me also. Deactivated my account for the same BS. I unsubscribed from there emails and told them I will be leaving bad reviews on every site that I could find.

I had the same thing just happen to me, only they said I was using multiple people to shop for me, which I do Not! same generic response, and no Legitimate reason for deactivating my account with my $120! Contacting my lawyer because obviously they are really screwing people over.

I've been using iBotta for several months now and thought I'd cash out some of my earnings yesterday. Since I've been a member, I've earned nearly $500. I've never had any issues entering rebates, scanning receipts, etc. When I tried to Venmo myself the cash, I received a message that my account was locked out and I should contact support. I have an iPhone and when I clicked the button, it verified my identity through the thumbprint reader, so I just assumed I needed to redo it or enter the password manually, but it didn't work. I sent a message to support since I wasn't still able to earn rebates, surf the app, but just not redeem. I received a canned response that my account had been deactivated for violating their policies. I had no idea what they were talking about as the e-mail was a form letter and very vague, stating that it could be from multiple accounts on the same device, reuse of receipts, etc., but since I didn't think any of those applied to me, I responded and asked for an example of when I violated the policy. I received a response that an item was returned and I received credit and that I submitted the same receipt for rebates that already received credit. I did return two pair of jeans to Kohls that I received credit for (which I told them and there was no way of undoing a rebate once it was submitted), but I NEVER NEVER NEVER reused any receipts for multiple rebates. I responded and let them know I had never done that and asked for a specific example. I received the following response: "At this time, we are choosing to end further communication about this issue." Sooooo...they kept my $498 bucks I earned honestly and closed my account permanently so I can't view anything or do anything about it. As soon as it happened, I googled "Ibotta complaints" and this seems to be a common practice by this company. There has to be something we can do. They're basically using us to buy items, gain money from advertising, and then take the money we've earned by helping them.

Ibotta cash rebates for buying sponsor products

Ibotta is very poor to deal with. Its software in often inaccurate when scanning products qualifying for rebate, the is not way to talk to or chat with customer support, and customer support via email is patronizing and unhelpful, and the time and effort required to earn small rebate is not worth it. They offered us all of $5 in a bonus if we bought eight products within a time frame. We did that, and when we scanned the products the system only accepted seven and applied them to the bonus in question. We tried to scan the eighth product again. This time it was accepted but applied to a future bonus. After all this time and effort we were told that it was our problem that the initial scan failed, and that we didn't qualify for the $5 bonus. We were the offered an opportunity to earn another $5 bonus the following week by buying more products. No way that's happening. Stay away and don't waste your time.

Ibotta I didn't get my gift cards

I have had experience with the company www.ibotta.com. I have entered my card and I started to accumulate money. In the result I have chosen two gift cards. But I didn’t get them, the website had some technical problems and I didn’t get them on time. It was strange and the team promised me these cards and nothing. Seriously, it need so help, so please help me.

I purchased 4 Chobani hazelnut creamers on October 20 at Ingles in Morristown TN. The Ibotta offer is 1.25 rebate for each creamer up to 5 of them. I scanned them in store and the barcodes matched. I bought 4. I submitted my receipt and a few hours later Ibottas message said purchase was ineligible. UPC [protected]

I tried to sign in on Ibotta. I wanted a new password so they sent me three different codes and each time so was wrong code. I cannot get on Ibotta website to get help because I cant log in.No phone number to call .

I put this on my phone a long time ago., I have no idea when I got it.

Tried to use it once, didn't like it removed from phone.

Now I have received a $3.99 charge for NOT using it.

This is just wrong, unethical, and I am very angry about it.

I will also contact paypal or my credit card company, whoever has it.

i received my email yesterday for my 20.00 gift card and i cant use it at the store to buy my food because no BARCODE TO SCAN AND I CANT USE IT ON LINE CAUSE THERE IS NOTHING I NEED ON LINE . i need this fixed for give me back my 20.00 on iobtta and ill use it somewhere else.
