I purchased a web-site from you people. Andrew Hincks is the salesman. He promised me first page on Yahoo and google. That never happened. Thats the reason I paid and switched my site in the first place. He told me the site was mine. I owned it for the fee and that if I want happy I could leave and keep the site. Now he is telling us he wants $250.. to walk with the site. Fraud! I am on a mission this morning, today, tomorrow writing complaints in every site, forum and everyplace that I can reveal your company to.I now also want my money back.Soon some official will contact you requesting info on the origional submitle for my site to Yahoo and google. Telemarketing fraud. I am going to p[ay for a blog where ever your site is listed. I am furious. Send my money back and release the site with all the passwords!

That was a email I sent this company. The company is a complete rip off. They lie and promise you the moon to switch over to them Then are rude and are holding the site I paid for hostage. This guy Andrew Hincks is a liar, rude and a con man!

I have suffered the same pain with this company as most others have mentioned. Andrew is not a nice person to deal with he is rude condescending and flat out a lier. After the site was complete and up and running part of the deal was that I would be contacted by ibiz immediately everytime someone filled out a request form for an estimate on my site but instead I would get the lead from my site before anyone called me from ibiz if they called at all. The leads were scarce to say the least even after giving ibiz 6 months to get me to the top of the goggle page. I wasn't feeling very satisfied so after several phone calls to ibiz i was finally contacted by andrew and was told that I needed to spend more money to optimize my sight so I fell for it and after several more months of no results I asked for my files to be sent to me so I could have a local person work on my sight. I too was told that from day one I owned the web and all that went with it and that anytime I wished I could have all the file sent to me free of charge. After a point less phone conversation with andrew I was told I would have to pay $250.00 for something I was lead to believe belonged to me all along. Don't fall prey to these people stay away from ibiz

Andrew has made myhusbands life a living hell these last couple of weeks as he is trying to switch companies because ibiz is terrible at delivering results. He has been rude he has lied and he has held his website hostage in order to extort money from him. It has been a nightmare. My husbands small business has suffered in the mean time as we try to get this worked out.

I was recently contacted by the FTC in reference to Ibiz.com, saying I was an investor in iBiz & that it is indeen a fraud. So if you are not able to get a refund from this site's scam, contact the FTC they are on their case rignt now. They contacted me because I was considering to buy a site from iBiz.com, told me it is a fraud !

I just got off the phone with Andrew who upon signing me up promised that if I decided to cancel after paying a year in advance that I would receive a pro-rated refund. I had just gotten out of a nightmare with Outrank (another horrible company to stay away from!) so I was very diligent to make sure I could get my money back (too bad I didn't find this site first). We were unhappy with the template, basic, website that wasn't helping us after the extended time it took to even get it up. Once the website was published it didn't haven ANY of the content I had sent to the local salesperson. She was supposed to get it to Sabrina but Sabrina said she never got it! I re-sent the content to Sabrina who then finally got our website going. Anyway no one is perfect mistakes happen but I was on the phone with Andrew today because I had a local teenager build a new site we love and I wanted my pro-rated refund from IBIZNOW. Andrew said he never promised me anything and that he wasn't even who signed me up. WHY has Andrew been in my phone as IBIZNOW ANDREW since I signed up? He compared them with a Gym that wouldn't give a refund if you canceled. I wouldn't prepay a year if there was no way out in the case of dissatisfaction! I love Allstate Ins and GoDaddy.com because they are credible companies who have refunded prorated prepayments in the case of discontinuing specific services. VERY UPSET AND DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF INTEGRITY THIS COMPANY HAS!

I biz is a scam do not use them. I can not even get them to end my service which is not really service at all. Please do not waste your money. Go somewhere else. I have had them for 17 months or so and nothing. I can not even call them and cancel. They will not answer the phone. I have left messages and no call backs. Sorry I-biz but your service stinks.

I cannot agree more with every compalint ever submitted in reference to the "big promise - small delivery" business practice at IBIZ. If talk is cheap, their services should be free!

Between Issac Bean, Andrew Hinks and the rest of the cowboys running this operation you can be guaranteed not to receive what you expect... and your expectations are based upon the description you receive from IBIZ...not some Disneyland dream that was misconceived due to a lack of knowlegde in this industry, Mr.Knapp.

Upon contract to build a new website and replace my existing...they sent me a direct copy of another company's website. WORD FOR WORD...A DIRECT COPY! IBIZ argued, yes argued, that their copied version of my new site had all of the correct key words for search engine optimization... what f#@%*ing good does it do for someone to find a site if it doesn't represent the company at all? I sell products...their new site was for a manufacturing plant which built products...and no, not the even the same products...OOOPS!

Fortunately I did not experience the tongue lashings as suggested by several other complaintants here and at other sites. Hey Shaun Knapp...I never got to meet you. I think your numbers are a bit off concerning your satisfied clientele. Look at how fired up IBIZ has made the few of us that are dedicated to preventing anyone from using your services. How many other business have such poor reviews with just a couple of rebuttals submitted by employees of all people. Have you checked your BBB ranking lately? How does that happen? You provide false promises, lame deliveries and will not even reimburse those who are deserved after experiencing such poor business practices.

Talk about the American economy. IBIZ is the exact reason we are in such poor shape. Open an American history book [censored]. Our country was founded on the very best, hardest working, ethically sound people in the entire world! Service has fallen off like a landslide in America and IBIZ has joined the slide. Accountability used to be a given...now everyone looks for a scapegoat. We need to get back to the original American ideals right now!

In a trying economy...good luck IBIZ...you'll need it...I know you don't have what it takes to make it.

I recently had the displeasure of talking with ANDREW HINCKS this morning regarding my account with his company IBIZ.
About a month ago I received a call from a "Google" representative who told me that my business name could be moved up on the Google search if I paid a monthly fee. Turns out it isn't Google. It is actually this company called IBIZ. Over the past month I have received no calls from the $60 advertising cost. Not even an inquiry from a potential client. And then, as scheduled, they charge me another $40 for next month.
I called them and asked to cancel the account only to be received by Mr. Hincks’ verbal attacks and demeaning comments. He asked me all these questions why I don’t want to advertise but he just couldn’t get it through his head that I can’t afford it. He told me that I was the reason that America is the way it is in an economic down-turn. Because I can’t afford to continue to spend money on his advertising (money that I don’t have) the economy will continue to fail… because of “people like me”.
Mr, Hincks will manipulate, twist and turn every word to his advantage even if it means cutting you down and making you feel like a pathetic person. He lacks tack, professionalism, and common respect.
Why would you treat your customers this way? I have never written in a forum like this and never planned to but Mr. Hincks has pushed me here.
I spoke to him for about 10 minutes on July 2, 2010 pleading that he doesn’t charge my credit card again. Don’t trust anything he says or promises he is a FRAUD and a SCAMMER.
ALL I WANTED TO DO IS CANCEL THE ACCOUNT! In stead I have to write this.
BEWARE OF ANDREW HINCKS- IBIZ WEBSITE

I also don’t understand how Mr. Shaun Knapp can justify that 5% of his customers are unsatisfied. Mr. Knapp, what if YOU were in that 5%?

There's a lot of truth in these comments, unfortunately for me and my husband's Co. too. We are not Internet Savy customers, and I'm sure are prime for any sales tricks/ or manipulative tactics that people can think up . I like to belive there are people that do what they say they will do (before I judge them other wise ) Our web site has been put on the fast track since this last '09 Christmas .Asside from our URL and the Co's Name, Someone fell assleep at the wheel it seems . Or just didn't care . You cant find it on more than three search phrases. After 8 months of marketing optimasation. (Two times the suggested waiting time for real results ) Local listings that lead to nothing for the search terms, Forget about semi Hidin Search Phrases. 240 in all to get us up and seen .. This tool is usless, I would say for the money I have paid this has been a huge waist of our hard earned dollars . Or a complete waist of money all togeather . I have maid not one serrious contact/ or cent through this site . only four customers called saying they found our site, but later said they found us through the BBB. And we have been with IBiz for over two years now. Trying to see if it would make any impact in our revinue. I recently contacted IBiz, with my grievences about this failed Google /Yahoo and Bing optimasation .and who knows what other useless tools, purchased at their advice . Shawn said it was because we were *not a licensed contractor ( Handymen are not required to be licensed ) And I know we are in good standing with the state board of registration here ( 20 years )and we are A+ accredited with the BBB ! before this resession we had seven or maore calls a day ( with out IBIZ ) just the good old news paper... This is all so dissapointing . And exspensive .

This company has shown me very little. Shaun has been essentially worthless and never follows through on anything. Despite repeated promises, nothing every gets done by this guy. If he's Director of Lead Generation, then why after 6+ months can no one find my web site unless you use the exact company name and not one single lead has come through from any source except MY Craigslist ads where I put a link to it. When I talk to someone who is supposed to be his boss/supervisor, I referred to him as "worthless." Suddenly I hear in the background the guys saying, "hey Shaun, this guy thinks you're worthless." My, that was sure impressive. I got such a laugh the next time Shaun called and tried to sell me a company built web site to improve the response to "my" current web site. Again, very impressive. Lots of talk and promises, but zero results. The only reason I've not pulled the site is Sabrina the lead web designer. She's good, knows what she's doing and actually "gets" what Customer Service means. Unfortunately, I have a business to market and ibizwebite is not generating anything. The clock is ticking to take my site elsewhere.

i am a sales person and the director of lead generation for this company and knowing this company inside and out, i would have to compleatly disagree because the internet is a tricky tool to utilize these things will happen now and then and because we are a growing co. and have many many clients we wont be able to please everybody all the time nobody can, but we do our best to try. people that dont really understand how the internet works expect expect magic and instant results it takes time to reach the first page and lots of hard work on our part. because i deal directly with every existing client we have i know that 95 percent think we do a great job and would recomend us to a fellow business owner so give us a call and lets see if we can help grow your business together..
