Hmm, free WP theme, stock images that were stolen from search engines, No real address, phone number or pricing, Source of site shows very poor (almost childish) SEO and code.
Overall - 1/5 | I would never use Telematechs only because of their site. It means alot when a company that you expect professional services show you a semi-legal amateur site.

Ian Tumbos aka Matthew Spencer the last time we spoke with him back in January 2013 that they were having financial problems. I wish I did google them before hiring them.
