Iamnaughty.com charged my credit card with an unauthorized charge. There was a three day trial that you could opt out of prior to the three days. I tried to do that by email...I was directed to the customer service phone number...never got a person after three tries and waiting for more than ten minutes all three times. I left messages and sent more emails...all ignored. $35 has been charged to my account. I have sinned tried to go back to the side and delete my account, but the constant stream of pop ups makes it nearly impossible to cancel or de-authorize my account. What are my options for resolutions?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I am naughty.com is an adult website that is not worth paying anything for a membership. They tease you into upgrading to a full membership status that will provide nothing but frustration. Don't do it!

In October 2023 I called to cancel my subscription. I completed everything I should have and was told it was complete. However today I have been billed again. I called on the 22nd September. Really disappointed with this and would like a refund as it shouldn't have happened.
Hello Admin.. I have make repeat billing cancellation for this subscription. And the subscription has been cancel. Then,why today 8/October /2023 this apps still make deductions on my credit card.? The 4 last number credit card then has been deducted are 3053

I had signed up for for a 3 day iamnaughty dating app service.i paid through my debit card. When I checked my account, I was charged twice when I had only subscribed to one 3 day subscription.

I only wantes a trial membership for three days...I had to pay besides the 3-days membership and additional full membership.

They took my card info and after that I realized it was funny I tried to deactivate the card then the same site that took my card says the site is no longer available but they took my card and charged it.what can I do?I don't want my card to be charged again
