I2 / Very bad customer service & refuse to fix the phone
On Februaury 27th 2009 I bought a new Nokia 5320 Express Music phone from I2. I started to use it and about 2 day later I found the alarm clock not working and the date jumped 3 days in advance. I took the phone to I2 in City stars and the sales person checked the settings and told me that everything now will be ok, 2 days later it jumped again so I took it to the same branch and then he advised me that I should take it to a branch that has technical support in it.
I did as he advise me and went to I2 Maniel branch where they took the phone and kept it there for 3 days then they called me and they said it's fixed. 2 days later it jumped again, took it back again and the same result was after. The 3rd time I took it there they checked it again and kept it for 4 days then when I went back they lied and said that nothing happened, it didn't jump and the accused me of making up stories.
I took it here for a fourth time and this time the technical manager checked it and said the sim card wasn't activate with the phone, which doesn't make any sence and the next day the date jumped again and when I went to I2 the manager was extremly rude and said that he won't fix it even if it's in warranty and told me that they won't serve me and I'm a lier and that I change the date with my own hands and to [censored] OFF.
