I Saw It Firstchunky boots

I ordered a pair of boots which I believe are faulty. I got in touch with customer services via email as there is no contact number to speak to someone over the phone! I have been waiting almost two days for someone to give me a suitable resolution and still nothing, this afternoon I was emailed if I was willing to accept a partial refund of 20% this is not good enough as I am unable to wear the boots! What will I do with a pair of boots that are not fit for purpose. I have not received adequate service and this complaint is still dragging on. No one has taken ownership of my complaint. If nothing is done I will be contacting trading standards.
