ILoveDooney Warning: My Terrible Experience with ilovedooney.com - Don't Make the Same Mistake!

I recently decided to purchase a tote bag and a key fob from ilovedooney.com. I was excited to receive my items and couldn't wait to show them off to my friends. However, my experience with this company was far from pleasant.

After placing my order, I noticed that my credit card had been charged and all of my personal information had been collected. Unfortunately, I never received my items. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation.

I decided to call the ilovedooney.com customer service line to inquire about my order. To my surprise, I was informed that one of my items wasn't even listed in the system. The representative assured me that I would receive a tracking number for the other item that I had ordered. However, I never received anything from them.

Feeling frustrated and cheated, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I called my credit card company and let them handle the situation so that I wouldn't have to pay for these items, which totaled over $100. It was a huge inconvenience and a waste of my time.

To make matters worse, shortly after placing my order with ilovedooney.com, I began to receive scam calls on my phone every 30 minutes. It's possible that their representatives are taking your personal information and selling it online for scamming purposes. This is a huge red flag and a major concern for anyone considering doing business with this company.

I highly recommend that you do your research before making a purchase from ilovedooney.com. Go to the Better Business Bureau online to read all the horrible reviews that this company has received. Their reviews date back to 2014 and are from all the people who feel they have been scammed by this company.

In conclusion, I would not recommend ilovedooney.com to anyone. The risk of having your personal information stolen and being scammed is simply not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable company to do business with.

ILoveDooney ILoveDooney Review: Incorrect Address, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund

I recently made a purchase on the ILoveDooney website and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I spent a significant amount of money, over $300, and to my dismay, my package was sent to a completely different city and state than the address I provided. I was shocked and frustrated to learn that the incorrect address was labeled as a "Default Address" on their website.

After three days of waiting for my package to arrive, I decided to reach out to their customer service team to try and resolve the issue. However, their response was not helpful at all. They suggested that I either try to fix the problem through UPS or wait for the package to be returned to them and then they would start the refund process.

I immediately contacted UPS to see if they could help me out, but they informed me that it was up to the sender to correct the problem. Since the package was going to be delivered by both USPS and UPS, it was still with the sender at that moment. To my surprise, they placed the blame on me and PayPal for approving the incorrect address.

I must admit that the error was difficult to detect because the first half of the address, including the house number and neighborhood name, was correct. However, it was still frustrating to deal with such a significant issue.

To make matters worse, their website is now asking me to review my orders, but I have yet to receive either the package or a refund. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ILoveDooney and would not recommend them to anyone. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to receiving my purchase, but instead, I am left with nothing but frustration and disappointment.

ILoveDooney I Love Dooney Review: Poor Customer Service and Unresolved Delivery Issue

I recently made a purchase from I Love Dooney (ilovedooney.com) and unfortunately, I have had a less than satisfactory experience. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of my order, ILD01066532, and was provided with a tracking number from USPS. According to the tracking information, my item was delivered on June 28 at 3:28pm. However, upon inspecting my premises and reviewing my home security cameras, I found that no deliveries had occurred.

I immediately reached out to the vendor via email and was able to speak with a representative named Steve at ***003. After explaining my situation, Steve put me on hold for several minutes and then informed me that his system was down. He stated that it would take 10 business days to research the issue and that I would not receive a refund or my merchandise at this time. This is despite him previously stating that the delivery was insured by USPS. I am now left with no product and no money, and I am being forced to wait up to 20 calendar days for a resolution. This is completely unacceptable.

I believe that I should be refunded immediately and that the vendor and USPS should handle their own issues separately. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service and the way that this situation has been handled. If this issue is not resolved, I will be reporting it to every consumer protection site and social media platform that I can find. As of July 9, 2019, there has been no resolution to this issue.

I Love Dooney has lost my business and I would caution others against making purchases from them. It is important for companies to take responsibility for their mistakes and provide adequate customer service. Unfortunately, this was not the case with I Love Dooney and I am left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

ILoveDooney Disappointing Customer Service and Return Process at I Love Dooney

I recently purchased a Cooper Hobo from I Love Dooney and was excited to receive it in the mail. However, upon opening the package, I noticed a scratch on the leather shoulder strap. I immediately reached out to their customer service email and included photos of the damage. They instructed me to do the return through their website, which I did. However, I noticed a $7.50 return shipping fee noted online and called to inquire about returning a damaged item. The Customer Service rep assured me that I would not be charged if the purse was damaged.

Unfortunately, I was charged the $7.50 return fee when I received my refund. I called I Love Dooney again and was asked to resend the email with the pictures. I did as instructed, but no one contacted me within the 2-3 business days that were promised. I tried disputing the fee with PayPal, but they informed me that return shipping does not fall under their Purchase Guarantee Policy.

Feeling frustrated, I called I Love Dooney a third time and was told that the returns department had determined the bag was in good condition and had been returned back to stock to be sold again. As a result, I would not be credited for the return shipping fees I was charged.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with I Love Dooney. While the bag itself was nice, the customer service and return process left much to be desired. I hope that they can improve their policies and communication with customers in the future.

ILoveDooney Terrible Customer Service Experience with ILoveDooney - Beware of Using PayPal

So, I made a big mistake when I was ordering from ILoveDooney. I thought I was being smart by using my PayPal account to pay for my order. But boy, was I wrong! When I finished entering my PayPal info and clicked to go back to the ILoveDooney website, it immediately placed my order without giving me the option to finalize the order and enter my promo code. I was so frustrated! I sent an email right away, but they were already closed for the day.

The next morning, I called them up and explained what had happened. But to my surprise, they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. I was shocked! I hadn't even received any emails saying that my order had been completed and shipped, but they told me that it had. I asked if they could adjust the price or offer me a discount off a future purchase, but they refused. They didn't even offer to pay for the return shipping if I wanted to return the item and order it again with a promo code.

I was so disappointed with their customer service. They didn't want to help me at all, and it was all my fault for using PayPal. I even asked to speak to a supervisor, but they told me the same thing, "we cannot do anything for you." It was an extremely horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend ordering from them if you want good customer service.

So, if you're thinking of ordering from ILoveDooney, be careful! If you make any mistakes, they won't help you at all. You'll be on your own, and you'll have to pay for the return shipping if you want to return something. It's a shame because their products are really nice, but their customer service is terrible.

ILoveDooney Disappointing Experience with ilovedooney.com: Poor Customer Service and Communication

I recently made a purchase on ilovedooney.com and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. I found a great deal on a purse and used a coupon code to make it even more affordable. However, I soon realized why it was such a "bargain".

After placing my order on December 29th, I did not receive a confirmation email. Instead, my credit card was charged immediately. I was a bit worried, but there was a message on the website saying that shipping might be delayed due to high volume. I tried to check on my order 7 days later, but I couldn't sign back into my account. I knew my email was correct because I had been receiving daily advertisements from them. I tried to reset my password 5 times over the next 2 days, but I never received the email.

Finally, I was able to contact their customer service by phone last Monday. The representative I spoke to didn't seem to care about my concerns. They informed me that if they were unable to send my order within the next 3 days, it would be cancelled. I was shocked to find out that my order was on backorder, which they didn't disclose anywhere on the website.

Eventually, I received a cancellation email and my account was credited back yesterday. At least they followed through with that. In the meantime, I found another purse at the same price on QVC and the "real" Dooney site. I decided to give Dooney another chance and see what happens. This time, they immediately sent a confirmation email and the listing on the purse clearly stated "pre-order", so I'm expecting a delay. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a better result this time.

Overall, my experience with ilovedooney.com was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

ILoveDooney Avoid I Love Dooney: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Nightmares

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with I Love Dooney. Last year, I decided to buy a purse as a Christmas present for someone special. I made the purchase about a month before the big day, and I checked the status of my order regularly. It said something like "order awaiting shipping," so I figured everything was fine. But as Christmas approached, I started to get worried. I still hadn't received the purse, and the status hadn't changed. So I contacted customer service, and they told me that the purse was out of stock. I was never informed of this, and the status still said "awaiting shipping." What were they shipping, exactly? They didn't have the purse! It took a whole month of phone calls, emails, and even a complaint to my credit card company before I finally got my money back.

So you'd think I'd learn my lesson, right? But last week, I saw a purse on the I Love Dooney website that I couldn't find anywhere else. I decided to take a chance and order it. And once again, they took my money right away. That was on a Friday. It's now Wednesday, and the status still says "ordered and backstocked." I've called twice, and both times I was told that they have the purse in stock, but they're behind in the shipping department and they don't know when it will be shipped. I even tried to place the order again just to see what would happen, and of course, it let me complete the order without saying anything about it being backstocked (of course, I didn't actually pay). So they would have taken my money again without any problem. Customer service suggested that I wait a week, but honestly, I'm not feeling too optimistic. If I don't get my purse soon, I'll have to go through the whole ordeal of getting my money back again. This time, I used PayPal, so hopefully, it'll be easier and faster.

Honestly, I'm not giving I Love Dooney a third chance. Never again. And I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay away from this company, no matter how good the deal seems. Trust me, it's not worth the headache.

ILoveDooney I Love Dooney Review: Scam Alert! Don't Waste Your Money Here

This website, I Love Dooney, is not a good place to buy from. They might take your money and their customer service is not professional at all. I bought three bags from them, but the quality and material of two of the bags were not good and did not look like the pictures on their website. So, I decided to return those two bags and keep one. I emailed the company to let them know that I would be paying for the shipping myself and put both bags in one box with the return sheets. I shipped the box via UPS and emailed the company again to give them the tracking number and the day and time it was shipped.

However, when I checked my credit card statement, I saw that they refunded me for the two bags but took $7.50 per bag, which is $15 that they did not credit me for. I called their customer service line and got a rude guy on the phone who just sighed loudly and did not say sorry for my problem or having to wait. He said he was typing on the computer and put a request to refund me the $15. Later that day, I received an email from the company stating that because I requested a return that came with a label, they were entitled to charge me the $15. This is ridiculous! Even if I requested a hundred labels, if I don't use their label and pay out of pocket to return something, they should not steal my money.

I had to involve my credit card company to get my money back. It was a complete mess and a waste of my time. As of now, I still have not received my $15 refund. This company is a scam and a rip-off. I want to warn everyone to NEVER buy from I Love Dooney. They will steal from you!

ILoveDooney Poor Customer Service and Quality Control at ilovedooney.com

I bought an item from ilovedooney.com on August 29th. Unfortunately, the item I received was defective, with a crooked logo and stitching. I called customer service to request an exchange, but was informed that the same item was no longer available. I decided to proceed with a return instead. The customer service representative told me that if the item was indeed defective, they would refund the shipping charges as well.

However, their system was down for returns until around September 4th. Since I was going to be out of the country for a few weeks, I had my husband do the return so we wouldn't miss the 30-day window. When I returned and checked my credit card statement, I noticed that the shipping charges were never refunded. I exchanged several emails with customer service, but they were unhelpful. I even included photos of the defect, but a supervisor told me that the "inspector" found no defects on it. They also claimed that I was "well aware" of the cost of the shipping charge and that upon returning the item, it was not guaranteed that shipping charges would be refunded. I was never told that it would be a "request" and not a "guarantee", especially after being told that shipping charges would be refunded if defects on the item were identified.

The purse was not up to my standards, but somehow it was up to the inspector's standards. When I confronted the supervisor about this, they continued with the same line, blaming me for using their return label and claiming that if I had gone to UPS, it would have been a lot more expensive. In short, they made it seem like it was my fault for purchasing an item and not wanting to keep it because it was defective.

Will I ever buy from ilovedooney.com again? Definitely not. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering the quality that Dooney & Bourke products are supposed to have. The $7.50 shipping charge is the least of my concerns at this point. I suggest that they treat their customers with a little more courtesy and diligence. I had purchased D&B items before at Macy's, and this was my first purchase with this online retailer. Suffice it to say, it will also be my last.

ILoveDooney iLoveDooney's eBay Store: Disappointing Customer Service and Harassment

So, I recently had an experience with iLoveDooney's eBay store that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I ordered an item and was charged $23 more than I should have been. I tried to get in touch with their customer service representatives, but they were less than helpful and refused to refund me the extra money. So, I had to file a dispute with Paypal to get my money back.

After I won the dispute, things got even worse. The iLoveDooney eBay representative(s) started harassing me with messages and emails for a whole week! I tried to get them to stop, but they just kept sending me nasty messages. It was really immature and vindictive behavior.

I decided to take action and reported them to eBay's Trust & Safety team and Paypal's Protection Department. I also contacted Dooney & Bourke to let them know that one of their authorized sellers was engaging in illegal practices. All three entities assured me that they would deal with iLoveDooney accordingly.

I also contacted iLoveDooney directly and spoke to a supervisor named Mary. She tried to justify the harassment I was receiving, but I wasn't having it. I told her that it was harassment, plain and simple, and that I would contact the authorities if it continued. After that, the messages stopped.

Overall, I was really disappointed with iLoveDooney's customer service. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful. I hope they learn from this and start treating their customers better. If they don't, I doubt that Dooney & Bourke will continue to allow them to be authorized sellers for much longer.

ILoveDooney I Love Dooney Review: Nice Bags, Terrible Customer Service and Business Practices

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to get my hands on one of the bags from I Love Dooney. And let me tell you, when I finally got it, it was everything I hoped it would be. But unfortunately, my experience with this company went downhill pretty quickly after that.

First off, my bag got lost in transit. I mean, come on, how does that even happen? I had to spend two whole weeks going back and forth with customer service through email, and all they could tell me was to wait until the investigation was complete. But then UPS came out and said that the bag was undeliverable, so what was the point of the investigation in the first place?

So I started calling them every day, hoping to get some answers. But the CS reps on the phone were no help at all. They couldn't solve any of my problems, and there were no supervisors around to speak with. It's been a whole month now, and I still haven't gotten my refund or my bag back.

And get this - the bag is back in stock now, but they won't send it to me unless I order it online and pay the higher price. Like, seriously? They still have my money from the first order, and they won't even send me the bag I originally ordered? That's just messed up.

Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with the way this company does business. Their customer service team seems to be completely useless, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. It's really not fair to the people who work there, either. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to work in an environment like that.

So yeah, I Love Dooney might have some nice bags, but I wouldn't recommend buying from them. There are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about their customers and treat them with respect.

ILoveDooney I Love Dooney: A Bunch of Crooks - My Terrible Experience with Customer Service and Lost Package

I gotta say, I was pretty darn surprised and downright disgusted with the "customer service" I received from I Love Dooney. Let me tell you, there's this one fella who picks up the phone whenever he darn well pleases, and let me tell you, he ain't the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to understanding the basic relationship between a customer and a merchant. And if you dare to question any of the lies he spews, he'll start hurling insults at you like nobody's business.

So, here's the deal. I placed an order with these folks, and after a whopping 5 weeks of the FedEx tracking not budging an inch, they had the audacity to tell me that my items were on their way. But get this, when I called up FedEx myself, they told me that they no longer had the package. Can you believe it? So, I asked for a refund, and what did these jokers tell me? That I'd have to wait an unknown amount of time until FedEx sent the package to them. But let's be real here, that's impossible since the darn thing is lost! And yet, they still refuse to give me my money back, even though I've been waiting for over a month and FedEx no longer has the package.

I tell ya, I'm so fed up with these scammers that I'm taking them to Small Claims Court. So, let me give you a piece of advice, folks. Don't even think about ordering from I Love Dooney. They're nothing but a bunch of crooks!

ILoveDooney Disappointing Experience with ilovedooney.com: Poor Customer Service and Mistakes in Order Fulfillment

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with ilovedooney.com. I ordered this cute bag that I was super excited about, but when it arrived, the lining was totally different than what I was expecting. I mean, come on, that's a pretty big mistake to make. So, I called them up right away, but had to wait on hold for like 20 minutes before I could talk to anyone. Not a great start.

Anyway, when I finally got through, they told me they would send me a return label so I could send the bag back. But then they told me I had to take it to the post office myself. Um, excuse me? I don't have time for that. Luckily, they eventually agreed to arrange for a pick up, but it was still a hassle.

To make matters worse, I had also ordered a matching wallet on a separate order the day before. When I called to cancel the wallet order, they told me it was already being packaged and they couldn't stop it. But I never got any email confirmation about the cancellation, which made me pretty suspicious. I mean, did they really cancel it or not?

Overall, I was just really disappointed with the whole experience. It was a waste of time and energy, and I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. If you're thinking about ordering from ilovedooney.com, I'd say don't get your hopes up too high. There's a good chance you'll run into some problems, and their customer service isn't exactly the friendliest.

ILoveDooney Disappointing Experience with I Love Dooney's North South Triple Zip Bag Order

I was really excited to get my hands on the North South Triple Zip bag from I Love Dooney. I placed my order on January 24, 2022, and was told that it would take 4-11 business days to arrive. I was happy to wait, but unfortunately, things didn't go as planned.

First of all, I didn't receive any notification that the bag was out of stock. I was charged for the purchase amount right away, which was a bit frustrating. Then, on February 5, I decided to follow up with the company to see what was going on. I got an acknowledgment, but was told that I would have to wait for a follow-up email within 48 hours.

When I didn't hear anything back, I decided to follow up again on February 8. It wasn't until February 16 that I finally got a notification that my order had been processed, but that the product was on back order. I was relieved to finally get an update, but I was also a bit disappointed that I had to wait so long to hear anything.

I immediately asked for an estimated ship date, but unfortunately, I didn't receive a response until March 16. At that point, I was informed that my order had been cancelled, and that my account would be credited within 5 to 10 business days. Needless to say, I was pretty upset about the whole situation.

Overall, I have to say that I Love Dooney really dropped the ball on this one. ILoveDooney Disappointing Customer Service Experience with I Love Dooney: A Warning to Potential Customers

So, I had a not-so-great experience with I Love Dooney. I spoke with a woman named Azora and let me tell you, she was not the friendliest person I've ever talked to. Her attitude was just plain lackluster and she didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. It was like she was just going through the motions and didn't want to be bothered with helping me out.

I was really disappointed with the customer service I received from this company. Azora didn't try to make my interaction with them enjoyable in any way. She just told me what she couldn't do for me and that was that. I even sent an email to the company asking for a manager to call me back, but I never heard anything back from them.

Honestly, I'm so frustrated with this whole situation that I'm returning the bag I just bought and I won't be doing business with I Love Dooney again. It's a shame because I really liked their products, but if this is the kind of service they offer, then I'm not interested.

It's clear to me that the whole customer service team, including the managers, just doesn't care about providing exceptional service to their customers. If you're looking for a company that values their customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they're happy, then I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with I Love Dooney unless you enjoy receiving poor service and interacting with people who couldn't care less about their job. Save yourself the hassle and find a company that actually cares about their customers.

ILoveDooney Disappointing Experience with ilovedooney.com: Lack of Communication and Order Cancellation

I recently tried to buy a pocketbook from ilovedooney.com as a gift for someone. I made sure to order it well in advance and they took my payment right away. However, I never got an email confirmation and the product never arrived. I called the company and they gave me a false story about the item being ready to ship on 1/28. I waited a whole week and still no product. It wasn't until I checked my credit card statement that I saw they refunded my payment two days after telling me it would be ready to ship. They didn't communicate with me or give me any notice as to why they cancelled my order.

When I called to find out what happened, the representative told me that they wait to see if they can get the product before shipping it out. But they never told me that when I placed my order. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the way they handled my order. I strongly advise against ordering from this company. They claim to be a "sister" company to Dooney & Bourke, but I have my doubts. If they continue to operate this way, they will only hurt the Dooney & Bourke brand.

I learned my lesson and will not be ordering from ilovedooney.com again. It's a shame because I was really excited about the gift I had planned to give. But now I have to start my search all over again. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration and disappointment that I experienced.

ILoveDooney Donney and Bourke: A Disappointing Experience

This website is not worth your hard-earned cash. I've been a fan of Donney and Boiurke since I was a teenager and have collected almost a hundred of their bags. However, after dealing with this company, I will never buy from them again. They are not truthful about shipping, and if you do receive your order, it takes over a month to arrive. They also refuse to give refunds or credits for the inconvenience caused. I ordered two bags, and one of them was torn on the inside, while the other never arrived. When I contacted them, they kept lying to me over the phone and chat, saying that the package was on its way, even though I could see on the website that it wasn't. Fedex only had a label created, and the bag never made it to me. Even after a month, they still refused to refund me, saying that the package was on its way. I had to stop payment on my credit card as I never received the merchandise. I also had to stop payment on the torn bag they sent me. Save yourself the trouble and don't give these people your money.

ILoveDooney Disappointing Experience with ilovedooney.com: False Sale Prices, Shipping Delays, and Rude Customer Service

So, I recently checked out ilovedooney.com and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I was eyeing this cute wristlet that was on sale for $27.50, but when I added it to my cart, it magically switched to $39. What gives? I did manage to find a code for up to 70% off, but even then, it only brought the price back down to the original sale price. I mean, come on, that's not really a sale, is it?

To make matters worse, I was returning a larger wristlet and was hoping to get a break on shipping, but nope. I did get a receipt that said "Holiday delivers by 12/24", but it just shipped and won't be here until January 29th. And now it's listed as economy shipping. What a bummer.

I was pretty upset about the whole thing, and when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they were pretty rude to me. I mean, I was trying to stay civil, but they weren't having it. It's no wonder this site has such bad reviews. I do love their purses, but I think I'll have to find another brand that isn't so hateful. Unless you happen to live near a store, I'd say stay away from this site. It's just not worth the hassle.

ILoveDooney Disappointing Experience with I Love Dooney: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with I Love Dooney. I mean, I don't have any beef with Dooney & Bourke - their stuff is pretty top-notch. But I ordered a Lexington Shopper from I Love Dooney on December 29th, and I paid extra for faster delivery, you know? And it's January 26th now, and I still haven't gotten my order. Like, what gives?

So I reached out to customer service, right? And they told me that my package had been delivered on January 3rd. But it hadn't! So I told them that, and they said they'd investigate the issue. But it's been 16 days now, and they still haven't figured out what's going on. And I'm just sitting here with no bag and no answers.

I've asked to speak with a supervisor, like, a million times. I've given them my contact info over and over. But no one has called me back. It's like they don't even care that they have my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Honestly, if there was a way to give I Love Dooney negative stars, I would. This whole situation is just ridiculous.

ILoveDooney Terrible Customer Service Experience with I Love Dooney: Wrong Bag and No Help from Representatives

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with I Love Dooney. I was so excited to get my new bag, but when it arrived, it was the wrong one! Can you believe it? I mean, I know mistakes happen, but come on! To make matters worse, they sent me the packing slip and order form for another woman in another state. I was so annoyed, but I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to get it sorted out.

Boy, was I wrong! When I called, I was on hold for what felt like forever. Finally, I got through to a representative, but they were no help at all. They told me that I couldn't get my bag until I sent the wrong one back. Can you believe that? They were holding my bag hostage! I had no intention of keeping the wrong bag, I just wanted the one I ordered and paid for.

I tried to speak to a supervisor, but they kept giving me the runaround. I even sent emails, but all I got were empty promises. It's been weeks now, and I still haven't heard from a supervisor or received my bag. I mean, come on, there's a tracking number showing that the wrong bag is on its way back to them. It's just disgusting!

I don't know about you, but this is it for me regarding I Love Dooney. I just can't deal with this kind of customer service. It's a shame, because I really loved their bags, but I guess I'll have to find another brand to love.

ILoveDooney I love dooney

On Cyber Monday I placed an order for 10 items. I later received confirmation of those Items. Then without notification I received a portion of my money back in my bank account without any email explaning what happened. When I called they told me a portion of my order had been cancelled but could not tell me exactly what I was still receiving. They told me it was because of low stock. But when I checked online, Everything I had ordered was in stock. Of course it was not at the CyberMonday Price. I had to wait until my 3 items were delivered to see what I got, This is very poor service considering they took my payment, sent confirmation and have the stock.

Desired outcome: I want my original order at the price offered on Cyber Monday.

ILoveDooney customer service

Dec. 18, 2018 I placed an order and I paid for 5 day shipping. I did not receive my item until Jan. 2, 2019. After an email to the company, I did receive a $5.00 shipping refund from them via paypal. I had to return the item due to needing it by Dec. 29th. Jan. 2, 2019 I put in for a return request shipping label online and the label was not pulling up to print. After being placed on hold for 20 min, I hung up and finally (after another 20 min at least) I spoke to customer service. I was told that I would not be able to print a shipping label due to problems with their system. I was told to call back in a few days. I called Jan 7th and finally received a link to print my label. The package was received back to them via UPS on Jan. 11th. I called customer service Jan. 18th and asked when I was going to receive my refund. She stated that my refund was issued yesterday. According to their website, I should have been sent a confirmation email when the refund was actually sent to the bank. She stated that she was sorry that I did not receive the email. I requested that it be sent again. Keep in mind, my email is in their system and I have been receiving other emails from them. She told me that she is unable to send me the confirmation. I was told I have to pay return shipping, which is stated in their return policy. Not only has it been a month of constant delays due to their customer service, but I also have to pay for shipping to return an item that I clearly would have NEVER purchased had I known that I would receive it so late.

ILoveDooney Was not able to enter my promo code

I received a promo code as a new customer and it was actually a very nice discount. I picked up a bag and started entering all the necessary information. When I was done I wanted to enter my code, but could not find a place for it. I clicked the "continue" button and was immediately taken to the homepage. I contacted ILoveDooney customer service and asked about the code, but they said sorry and there was nothing they could do. I'm very disappointed, I never wanted to waste so much money!

ILoveDooney Wallet

I order a handbag and wallet on 12/21/2015. I received the handbag very quickly and a note that stated I would be notified when the wallet was shipped. By January 13th I still had not heard anything on the wallet so I emailed customer service at ILoveDooney.com. I got response that simply stated when we ship it we will let you know. I tried to email and call again with no response. If they would have advised it was back ordered or given some kind if time frame I would have been ok but to cut off communication was not ok. I opened a complaint with the BBB and found MANY complaints against this company. With the help of the BBB I did receive my wallet; a month after it was ordered and paid for. However while the wallet looked new, was in a box with all tags attached I found another's persons medical ins card and AAA membership card inside so obviously not new never used merchandise. This was my 3rd time ordering from ILoveDooney.com. The first time 2 times the transactions were perfect but after this experience and viewing the other complaints I won't order from then again. I suggest that anyone that does uses caution.

At the end of 2015 I ordered a purse from Dooney and Bourke. It was beautiful. It was so stunning that I ordered it in navy blue. 3 months later the small sewn- in tabs on the handles to hold the strap ends down started to become unstitched. Pretty soon there will be none left to hold down the leather ends of the shoulder strap. I am reluctant to contact Dooney and Bourke/ilovedooney because I did not register either of my bags.

I am horrified that I paid so much money for two(2) defective bags . The fact that they were Dooney and Bourke bags really upset me. The quality of Dooney & Bourke is not what it use to be. I am hanging on to the leather 'tabs' that have fallen off (when I see them) and will take them to a leather craftsman this spring. This will cost me approximately $120.00.
