i recently ordered two shirts of tarzz from daraz. the consignment shipped however has only one shirt. payment was made for two shirts to the tcs delivery man. can u pls investigate this and either refund me the amount of one shirt or deliver me the second shirt free of delivery charges. i must say that this was highly unprofessional and daraz should take accountabiliyy of this.

I ordered a shirt under purchase summary number [protected] and received a false shirt, rather a pathetic one. neither the design, nor the size is what I ordered. Its a shame for such a big name to start scamming customers.

I request a refund or exchange for what I ordered

I am regular costumer of Daraz Online shopping site, But now I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recently purchase from your website. I have recently purchased a Brandstitch-Black Musturd Boski Western Shirt from your website, my order number is #[protected]. My parcel is arrived this morning, unfortunately there is some issue with my parcel.
Firstly, the color I order was Black & Mustard but my Shirt is Black & Yellow.
Secondly, the brand that I order was Boski but my parcel is unknown rough cotton stuff.
Finally, in my order there was same print or color in back side as well, But in my parcel back side is plain white which is not look good.
I am very disappointed with your fallacy. For next time I'll think so much before going to order something from daraz.

I purchased this product on daraz a day back and it is not working at all it is damaged and not heating up at all. I submitted a question on the product's page as well and twh merchant asked me to contact daraz. I want to return this product and require a complete refund kindly get back to me with the procedure of doing such as soon as possible. Thank you

My brother order a package of rupees 615 from Daraz,
Leapord courier service came to deliver,
The tag of 615 Rupees was scratched with a pen or something.
He said it costs 650.
I checked the daraz app in my phone upstairs, it was still 615.
I told him that It is 615.
Then he said that no there are errors in daraz app or something, it doesn't shows the exact price...
I insisted him again, he knew he was lying.
I gave him 1000 rupee note.
In return he said take this 350.
And bring 35 rupees so I could give you remaining 50 rupee note.
I did what he said, after a wait of 1-1.5 minute.
When I reached, His car rushed away.
And when blocked on the road he didn't even looked back.
I was barefoot.
Actually it is not about 35 rupees, I dont want them.
They are bloody cheaters, I hope you take strict action.

I ordered hot shaper waist and belly belt which is from BEAUTY STATION (gujranwala). The quality of belt is disgusting. The belt which was supposed to be a stretchable belt is nothing more than a piece of cloth, plus it is not like what it claims. I want to return it and get my money back. I purchased an oil from Igemic Karachi. That was Havoline Formula oil 10w30. That oil was much thicker than the original formula oil. The mechanic suggested me not to use that oil and not to purchase from that merchandise. It is stated that if I pay for the original one why would I get the fake one. My car engine is associated with oil and oil is the main component of the engine. That oil could harm my engine as well

Great Job Daraz! You lose your anather customer! Today I received my last two parcel and one package label says two shirts but inside there is only one shirt with wrong size without any letter included in parcel. And other package USB is not similar to the pictures in the daraz page I think it's fake! Today is the last delivery day. Both parcel no returning letter included.
Really disappointed shopping experience!
I want my money back. I waited seven days and products are not I ordered. I cash paid to the delivery man.
The daraz tracking showing shipped but not delivered showing.
kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
I will take action against the daraz if they didn't do anything!

I have ordered back covers for my phone.(redmi note 5 pro) in red and black color. In the picture where I had ordered it was totally falt and simple. But when I received the parcel. It comes in darkest blue and black color. With some sort of design on it. I just can't put it on my phone and want to change the covers.. Kindly work on my complain Thanks

I ordered was blue and red embroidered khaddar suit for women but you dileverd me a suit of linen stuff with golden embroidey of tila thread.
The suit which i ordered is not same which you send me.
Even photos of suit is different from that one.

i had talk with your Colleague on live chat and tell him about my order he said that sir your order is cancelled and not believing that i purchase it from your side,
now the moral is that it is defective piece its wireless Bluetooth device but not charging i had tried to charge it by its own data cable via PC/Charger also but when i OPEN it it suddenly goes powered off within 3 to 5 seconds with a closing sound, so please i want to return it, what can i do with this return shipment please send me the fresh piece, which will be in use properly.i am sending its snaps so please co operate and help me about its return process/exchange.

I have a concern regarding a recent Daraz delivery I received a few minutes ago.

I just received a delivery of a picture frame (painting) worth 748 Rs. But when I opened it, it was already broken. Kindly replace it as per your policy of changing items within 7 days or refund my money as it wasted my money and time as well.

Tell me how to proceed further for my item replacement or money refund.

At 11-11-2018 there was a sale on daraz website and that's why i order this speakers
I am facing 2 problems
1- my speaker are broken
2- speakers remote is not working
