Hyundai - Defective car parts

In August, 2010 I purchased a 2010 Hyundai Genesis from the dealership. They had replaced the usual Hyundai decals with unique decals that I paid $399.99 for (no choice as I bought the car off the lot). About four months later I noticed the decals had started to tarnish. I returned to the dealership and they agreed to replace them, but they could only replace them with the regular Hyundai decals, as the business they had bought the unique decals from had gone out of business. After the decals had been replaced, I requested a refund for the $399.99 that I had spent on the special decals that I no longer have; the dealership refused to refund this money.

Hyundai - After sales service

Purchased a used 2003 Elantra from this dealer with 63K. When I mentioned the unusal action of the clutch I was told by the salesmen the clutch had been changed at 30K. After several months the cluth completely failed with a bill of $1200. The warranty sold with the vehicle did not cover this part and the business manager refused to pay any part of this bill. This stealer (opps) dealer is not honest and you should stay way

Standard features include electronic stability control, six airbags, active front headrests, downhill brake control, hill start control, a full size spare, 17-inch steel wheels, keyless entry, driver's electric adjustable seat and a USB port that's iPod compatible.

Standard equipment even for the base model ix35, though, includes six airbags, stability control, downhill brake control (for off-roading), hill-start assist, 17-inch alloys, power driver’s seat, and iPod compatibility. these are false..i bought a new ix35 2.0 gl and these features are not included. jaquesd@hwcontractors.co.za . mobile +27 [protected]

No warranty covers the clutch in any vehicle, common sence should have told you this. How do they know how you drive did you use it as a race car?
