Hyundai motor finance starts making multiple harassing phone calls a day when my payment is not even late yet! Calls starting at 8am on Saturday morning. I did not receive a monthly bill this month, so my payment was a few days into the grace period, but still within the grace period. I will never do business with Hyundai finance, and possibly Hyundai motors, ever again.

Day two of calls at 8:06, and 8:04 respectively. I made every pmt (48) on time and my loan was done 6/7. There was a balance of $11.37 left on the loan which I called to pay on the 8th. They said they'd write it off. Phone rang early as hell on the weekend...not happy. After my yelling on Saturday they said it was taking care of...THEN again Sunday morning phone rang. COOMON PPL..you have the notes and the acct information...look it up before you bother us! Here is what really sucks...Just bought a new Hyundai last week and I'll have to deal with them again in the future! Side note, if I were mailing payments...I'd have only been 6 days late! I hope $11.00 doesn't effect them THAT much!

I'm having the same problems. I send my payment in on time, before the due date & starting about a week after I start getting 5-20 hang up calls a day on my cell phone and my work phone. About a week later someone will answer on the other end of the line & tell me I'm late with my payment. It never fails that when they go check, they already have my payment sitting in a room somewhere not being processed. I just got a call for this last month because they didn't send me a bill. This company is completely disorganized. It's ridiculous.

If you were within the grace period, then your payment was late. The grace period is the period immediately following the late payment date.
