Hyundai Milnerton empty promises by sales person yuvan

I was very pleased with my 2nd new car I purchased at Hyundai Milnerton at 1st until Yuvan the sales person breached his promises to us once the sale was completed. You see my Creta was a demo model that was driven by one of their sales rep as part of advertisement. When we received the car the back light was cracked, the car wasnt cleaned properly and it had a large semi visible mark along the passenger side. We immediately contacted Yuan who promised to have the light fixed and the car buffed to remove the mark. After 1 and half months the light was fixed and he promised and he promised to buff the car as soon as possible. I have phoned him on many occasions and only get empty promises. My husband also contacted many times and up until today 5 months down the line Yuvan has not kept his promise. I'm sorry to say but I will not be doing any more deals with Hyundai Milnerton and be careful of Yuvan who is.more.worried about his commission than a satisfied customer. I'm upset and feels that I have been conned and lied to.

Hyundai Milnerton swak diens en leuns met onpadwaardige motor

Goeiedag

Ekt my eerste kar by Hyundai Milnerton aangeskaf.

My man het met die motor gaan ry in die Kaap en volgens hom was alles so met die oog reggewees. Ekt die naweek van die 10/06/2017 self na die motor gaan kyk en vir die sales man gesê die kar se linker parklight werk nie en dat my man ook genoem het die kar se jack asook wielspanner moet inkom.

So sê die sales man ek moenie stres nie ek is by die regte mense en hy moet deur die 125 point check gaan ens. Die week daarop het ek my motor gaan haal, mens is mos opgewonde. So reël ek met die Sales man dat ek hom 08:00 by Epping Mark sal kry, met die daag hy eers 08:30 op.

So gekom by die kar, het die kar nie die jack of wielspanner in nie. Die kar se linker parklight is nie vervang nie. MAAR HY IS DEUR ROADWORTHY EN DEUR DIE 125 POINT CHECK.

Ek sien dit toe maar oor. So ry ek en my pa toe uit die Kaap terug huis toe. Voor Pikernierspas gaan die olie liggie aan en die kar sny uit. Daar staan ons teen die pad. Start weer die kar en weer gaan die liggie in die pas aan. Ek laat weet die sales man. So moet ek smeek dat die kar uitgesorteer moet word. Al wat die Sales man gesê het was dat dit nie so erge probleem is nie want die liggie het nie weer in die dorp aangegaan nie. Ek moet nog so 'n dag met die kar ry.So neem ek die kar na 'n garage toe om te kyk of my shocks reg is. Regter agterkanste shock is deurtrek van die olie en heeltemal in sy glory. En ook die linkerkantste een is besig om te gaan. (DIE RAODWORTHY PERSOON HET DUIDELIK GEMERK DAT DIE AGTER SHOCKS EN PARKLIGHT VERVANG MOES WORD) So kom ons en Hyundai ooreen dat ek die shocks kan vervang op hul koste. Ek neem die kar na Hyundai (ander) oor 'n geluid wat die kar maak. En wat ons ook gesien het die shocs voor en agter se moere was nie behoorlik vas nie.Die verslag:

Rear shocks dust covers not fitted properly
Headlamps not correctly adjusted
Engine front crankseal leaking oil
We suspect the timing chain hydraulic tensioner o be faulty resulting in a noise when driving [protected] rpm and causing the oil warning light to come on when traveling long distances

Ekt die kar die 30ste Junie gaan haal by ander Hyundai en die 01ste Julie terug geneem na Hyundai Milnerton.

Die volgende week skakel ek die mense wat die shocks vervang het om te hoor of Hyundai hulle betaal het en die ANTWOORD IS NEE NOG NIE.

Die baas van Hyundai se dat hyt gesê as ek nie die kar wil hê nie gaan hy nie verdere kostes spandeer nie. Wel ek wou mos die kar graag reg hê want ek wil graag die kar mos hê. So se hy dan moet ek die kostes van die shocks betaal. Wat verregaande is. Die Maandag het hul nie eens geweet die kar is al Saterdag terug gegee nie. Let wel alle petrol was op my onkoste. Die Woensdag van die 5de Julie kry ek 'n vorm wat ek moet teken vir die terug betaling van my deposito. Hoe gerieflik se die salespersoon ek het mos eers Woensdag die vorm terug gestuur. Die Waarborg wat ek betaal het kan oor 2 weke of 'n maand terug betaal word. Intussen sit ek sonder 'n voertuig.

Ekt my vertroue in enige salesman en veral in Hyundai verloor. Dis die swakste diens ooit. En nou wie weet wanneer ek my deposito gaan terug kry. Die ergste is toe ek die kar terug geneem het toe se die ander kollegas "ja hulle het geweet daar was fout met die kar, en dit moes nooit verkoop geword het nie". Het hulle regtig gedink ons is so dom!

Jammer Hyundai Milnerton jul is pateties. Gun wonder die reviews is so pateties nie. Ek kry nie die bewyse opgelaai nie.
