On the 3rd of December 2018 I sent my car in for wind screen change, I was told I was gonna get my car back the following day, I didn't get it because they ordered the wrong window, was told again I'm going to get it on Wednesday, again I didn't get it, this time when I'm calling them they don't take my calls, I sent SMS to Simon still no response, they know I need the car since I use it to fetch my wife from the airport every day at 23h00 at night. I'm so disgusted with the way they undermining their customers. They don't even call and give you feedback to say what's happening with your car. For three days they failing to give my car back and to fit the windscreen.
