Hypersteet failed to renew hosting service completely, correctly. Automatically renewed website on January 2 and sent email to confirm. Also, sent email confirming that domain was renewed for one year, the same way it was purchased. Now Hyperstreet says that the domain was not renewed and it appears someone at Hyperstreet dropped the ball and was not properly trained. Now my website has been down for months and they want me to pay $75 to get it back online. The other option they have given is to wait more weeks, until March 14, to renew the service. In the meantime, the website does not work and I am losing customers/money probably because of this.
