Hyndai Santro XO / Sale Process
I am working as a Manager- Channel sales and Retail for Reliance Communications Ltd, chennai. I Bought a Hyundai Santro XO model (TNO1R 8681) from DSC Hyundai, saidapet Chennai in 28th April 2007. Lot of things were promised by the executive of DSC Hyundai showroom Executive.
But i have not got some basic things, i was not satisfied with the deal.
BASIC THINGS WHICH I HAVE NOT GOT:
1) I HAVE NOT GOT TWO KEYS BUT ONLY ONE WHEN ASKED THE EXECUTIVE IS SAYING THAT IT CAN BE DUPLICATED(BY ME ITSELF) WHICH COSTS LESS.
2) I NEVER KNEW/NEITHER TOLD ABOUT THE ORIGINALITY OF THE REMOTE LOCKING FACILITY IN THE CAR. HE DIDNT GIVE AN ORIGINAL HYUNDAI LOCKING KEY BUT WITH SOME LOCAL ONE.
Those were two prime cheats done by the executive.
But I LOVE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE CAR VERY MUCH!! AND ALSO THE CAR AS A WHOLE I AM SATISFIED!!
Even i spread a Positive Word of mouth about the Car to my Colleagues and i referred to two of my business partners who bought santro after my suggestion
1) Mr .Sudhakar , Channel Partner of Reliance Communications( took from DSC Hyundai, Chennai
2) Mr. Naresh Sanghvi, Franchisee of Reliance Communications(took form Tafe Hyundai, Chennai
But i am not satisfied with the way the sale is closed.
Please hear my concern if you bother enough to a customer like mine who would still be delighted to recommend to many people
