Hydra Skin Sciences allegro & bio serum

On March 5, 2017 I responded to a ad on Facebook and ordered from Hyro-Science a $4.95 trial of a product to reduce aging and when I received it there were two boxes. I was charged for shipping on both of these products which there was no mention of 2 products and double $4.95 The product was Allegro and BioSerum. I have contacted Michelle at hydro science and received RMA numbers to return the products as I discovered I would be charged over $100 for this product after 14 days and be on a membership that would automatically send me products every month. I once again had to pay shipping to send these two products back for $6.96. I am very upset that this was put on Facebook and referred to a program that was aired on shark Tank through CNN.. The pictures I've included are the two boxes that were sent to me and my receipt to send them back . [protected]@aol.com

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro, brio day serum and brio night serum lotions

On February 27, 2017 I ordered free samples of all three lotions and paid the shipping and handling charges at that time. Today, 3/10/17 my debit card was charged another $103.00. I called customer service and a man with a foreign accent kept informing me that I agreed to purchase this product or return it within 14 days. I saw NOTHING when I ordered this product that stated I was agreeing to another purchase or that I would be charged $103.00 after 14 days. That being said, I just ordered the free samples on 2/27/17 which was only 11 days ago. I told him that I did not want to receive another shipment and that they are not to take anymore money from my account and he acknowledged that they would not charge me anymore. I feel that the $103.00 should be put back into my account, as I did not agree to pay that amount.

I have just had the exact experience. Completely fraudulent. I do intend to contact the consumer protection agency. How do they get away with this stuff?

After 45 minutes with threats of reporting them to consumers protection agency, etc., I talked them into refunding my money and sending back their products without a restocking fee. They put me on hold many times hoping I would hang up, but I knew they would give in when I mentioned their fraudulent advertisement. Do not give in and keep on repeating the consumers protection agency and putting your experiences with the company on the Internet. The products I am talking about are brio and allegro. Same here, I am on the phone with them right now, talking to Mike Johnson ( don't think that is his name). He said he would reduce the $20.00 restocking fee for $10.00, can you believe this. I said no and told him I was I the middle of posting comments about their company. I said, how would you like the posting to end, I want all my money refunded. Also brought up how they used famous people to sell their product without their permission on Facebook. Still on hold.
Facebook is my next call. Almost a half an hour into this call. Still on hold, they love playing games. Ok, sending all products back, no restocking charge and money returned.

I got duped the same way. I saw their advertisement about a "FREE" sample. Pay only the shipping for $4.95. So I did look and read through to see if there was ANY fine print, that after I received my sample that I would be charge additional money. THERE WASN'T!. So today 3-07-17 I get a notice on my phone that there's been a large withdrawal in the amount of $103.00. I didn't get to address it until 3-10. That's when I noticed another charge in the amount of $109.00 pending for 3-10-17. Its through the same company. HydraSkinSciences.com I called [protected]. A rep named Alex pretty much gave me the same story. That I was suppose to notify them 14 days or less to cancel. Really? There was NO STATEMENT stating anything but just pay the shipping. Believe me I looked. These guys are frauds. They mislead you into believing you are just getting samples. I will be contacting my bank and reporting them as well as filing a complaint with the BBB. That's $212 for what? To be taken advantage of? This company should be ashamed of themselves. Their advertisements are lies and they knowingly mislead you and LIE. Cause I'm not stupid. I did read very carefully. And I have had this sample for a WEEK! A WEEK Not 14 days. I'm so angry right not!

Dear Linda
I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing the same thing as am I. I would like to tell you what I did I shut down all activity on my credit card if it is a debit card I advise you to get you bank to do the same. Send their product back certified mail to have proof that it was received and order a complaint form from the Better Business Bureau. When you get your complaint form add a copy of your postal confirmation with the complaint. The BBB explained that this is the best way to get your money returned if there is any chance of that.

Hydra Skin Sciences unethical behaviour/stated macys was closing and sending free samples on facebook

Ad on Facebook saying 68 Macy's stores were going out of business and giving away free samples of cosmetics, just had to pay shipping.Clicked on site and Allegro came up as my sample, never heard of it but put in my CC number. Changed my mind and backed out of the site. Got an email saying my two samples were sent out. Called them and said I didn't complete the screens and didn't want any products. Said too late had to mail them back and pay for shipping again and a 29.00 restocking fee. Also said if I don't cancel with a tracking number by March 18th I'll be charged 109.00 per product. I called back 3/9 and girl was nicer but all she could do was apologize.

@Nilda RG It wasn't Macy's for it was Sears saying that Sears was closing some down stores(Which is true) and they were overstocked in cosmetics so all I needed to pay was $0.98 to receive my package which to be honest I didn't know what I was getting. I was hoping I get some lipstick over eyeshadow or something close to the sort but I got an anti-aging cream Alumiere or something like that and another product Nuviella, which hello I don't need an anti-aging cream for crying out loud. Anyway, I too was given the manager is not available, if you want a refund we can give you the products or 40% of what you paid. I tried to remain calm, after the 4th or 5th call I was livid, there was no manager available ever and to top it off they had the audacity to tell me my bank couldn't do anything about it! WRONG! I was supposed to be sent information of the manager that was going to contact me twice, never happened, so I finally decided to call my bank. With my bank credit card security agent we had a conference call with their CS agent. At first they gave the same story, receive the products or get 40% back, I immediately said that it is non-acceptable to me. Then we moved on to ship the so-called trial period products cause I had stated that I had not touched them so I was informed that I would have to pay $20 to ship back each product. Are you kidding me?! Again I stated that was non-acceptable to me, so my security agent proceeded to state that we would file a dispute. Now that ladies caught his ears right away, cause everything was being a one time exception, excuse me but you guys were not even a one time option in the 1st place, the agent immediately said let me speak to my manager and see what we can do. All of a sudden there could be contact with a manager, OMG, so this manager is an actual existing person after all. There after waiting for some time, he came back on the conference call saying, "for a one time exception we reimburse all the money and you can keep the product." I was so mad I was practically in tears, I immediately ask how to return their disgusting scam back to them but my security agent told me to keep the products and ask him for the re-reimbursement information. He sent the emails with the reimbursement confirmation codes and we cut the call with him. So ladies don't be taken for a ride your bank can do something about it and even if they insist you agreed to their terms, let me tell you that never happened you were scammed. Hydra Skin Sciences their company is ripping people off with subscriptions that were never mentioned or agreed upon. Do something about it call your bank and get your money back!

This just happened. I didn't order anything either, after I changed my mind. I did not get a receipt. I originally was ordering that one Allegro cream for free, to pay just shipping and handling. I looked around for any more information, if they were going to charge your card monthly for products. But no, it never said any of that, and I did search. They made me believe that if you like their product, than you can buy their stuff.. No obligation. But that didn't happen either. Today, I got a package, and I was surprise that it came, because I never got a receipt. I checked into my account, they doubled charged me, including their international fees, never ordering anything else. I called, and the guy was talking fast with his english accent, which I asked him to slow down. Confusing me more, after I told him, to removed me from subscription, don't send me anything and reimburse me for items I never paid for. He said it was too late. Then he said, that I must return the item, if I never used it, but must paid for shipping and handling again. I lose out. He was trying to offer me a 30 day trial.. Which that was never part of the agreement in the first place, and I knew right then and there, this was a scam.. So, I said ok, bye... Then I decided to see if anyone was having problems with this, and sure enough, yup.. I just came from the bank and closed down my card, so they can't charge me anything. I told my bank, these people are ripping customers off through their scams. I told them, that I am being charged of items I never got and never ordered. I only got one item. I have an account, that I always keep a small amount on purpose, in case I come across something like this. These people will not get any returns from me, that was never part of the agreement, and they should get sued too. If they want it back, they will have to pay me now. Other than that, it belongs to me. They have no business doing what they are doing.

I saw the same ad on Facebook! I ordered the day and night serum samples - in the payment process the form asked about paying another 4.99 to add the Allegra cream, which I declined- actually checked "no" but it charged me twice and sent it. At the time, it said NOTHING about any trial period or added fees. I thought, oh well, what's another $5? So I got the 'full sized samples ' as offered and thought nothing more about it until my bank contacted me a couple weeks later to tell me further charges of over $200 were trying to be charged to my account and questioned that charge. I tried to call them and they just kept saying I'd agreed to the trial period and a monthly charge! NOT! Had to cancel my card!

Yep, same here. One free sample of Allegro for 4.95 S&H. That was to be it. Then they charged me another same amount for some other 'free' sample that I never received. Then came the $103 and $109 charges to the bankcard. I also checked out the FB ad and it said NOTHNG about any additional charges, trial periods or subscriptions. When I called they gave me the run around. I asked 'Jack Anderson' how he could sleep at night and that he ought to be ashamed of himself. He kept wanting me to return things I never received and refused to reimburse for the unauthorized charges. Have filed with BBB and attorneys general. They need to close this outfit down.

Hydra Skin Sciences unauthorized credit card charge/unethical practices

I had a lapse in judgment and responded to a "free" offer for facial creams. They dangled carrot to pay only for shipping and handling (Less than $6) and I would receive my products within a week. That all went as promised. Today I was alerted by the fraud department of my bank stating a charge was being attempted on my debit car from this company and did I authorize it. Immediately I responded with a resounding no and my card was immediately shut off. I have closed that that account and thankfully the unauthorized charge of $109 did not go thru. I called the company and they assured me that was only a two week trial offer and if I like the product I would then be charged. Wrong! There was never a mention a trial period with a fat charge later. I told them to cancel as that is not what I signed up for. He indicated that I must now return the product to cancel my account and he provided an rma to do so and advised me to keep the tracking so once the product is received I will know and my account will be closed. I will be returning the product today. This is cleary a scam operation; they suck you and with false info and then bam! Hit you with a fat charge. I am lucky my financial institution had my back!

Hydra Skin Sciences unauthorized credit card charges

In early february, 2017, I ordered a free trial and was to pay only shipping charges of $4.95. Ordered allegro cream and day and night serum in trial size only. I did receive both trial size items packaged together and was charged double shipping. Two weeks later they charged my credit card for $103 and $109. A purchase amount was never agreed on when approving to accept the trial size only. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute claim. It is now pending.

Hydra Skin Sciences skin cream / deceptive storefront

They got me with a "macy's closing stores" line, and try this product for shipping only! Trying to increase online sales for the product. I gave my card info. But after submitting the next screen said it was a duplicate order and I was trying to get the free sample twice. So I backed all the way out and deleted all info. Never got a conformation of a sale, but that night I got 2
"just shipped" tracking numbers. Luckily the card I used only had 10.00 on it so that's all they get! I have seen complaints dating back to 2016, unbelievable! I cancelled the card because as I have read they will charge you 100's before you get it cancelled. Beware!

I went on line and saw your product that said free samples of your skin care. I filled the in formation but before I submitted it I changed my mind. Took all my information out and delited your web site. Forgot all about it until I received it in the mail today. Since I didn't order it I sent it back unopened. I went on the web sight and told them I sent it back. They they told me my free samples were big bottles and I would have to pay full price. I told them I was not going to pay. They said they would give me a break and would only have to Pay$59 a bottle. I told them they we free sample. I am not paying Over $100 dollars for something that I didn't order and was suppose to be free. This just happened today. I called my daughter that works for attorneys. I am old and this has really really upset me.

Hydra Skin Sciences brio day serum lotion

let's start with the first issue: I ordered this "Miracle" item for low price of $4.95 I believe. I didn't click any buttons or commit to autopay or anything else.

What this company did, on the same day I thought I was ordering this "Miracle" serum for a low price, they charged my credit card a little over $300 and change. Of course I didn't know this til I got my credit card statement. I fought like heck to get this credited back and unfortunately my credit card company I had been with since 1986 sided with this ridiculous company. As a matter of fact, the CSR I spoke with said she sees this a lot from this company.

Boy was I pissed. The long and short of this problem is. THIS IS NOT A MIRACLE SERUM. there is no such thing. This product doesn't work at all, I didn't see any of the improvements they said I would and my skin isn't really that bad at all, I just moved to a drier climate and want the protection. Well BRIO isn't worth a dime.

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro

I ordered the sample product about 11 days ago. On 3/1/2017. I was charged $103. I never authorized this nor received any notice that I was going to be charged. That money was for my rent. Now its late. I called 5 different 800 numbers only to get the run around. No one spoke English and they must be scamming people from some little village off shore. How do you people sleep at night I hope you will be sleeping in your cars!

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro

Mid Feb. I ordered your free trial of Allegro for $3.96 + .99 I used the product and today 3/1 my credit card company informed me that there was a pending charge of $103 from your company. I neither authorized an automatic delivery or was aware I was supposed to call customer service and cancel any future orders. I am soon to be 76 yrs. old and cannot afford it. When I called [protected] and talked with Brunet he told me that it was clearly stated on the website that you had to call customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to cancel. I just went to your website and didn't find any such warning. I would like you to cancel this order for $103 and remove me from any further purchases. Thank you,

Hydra Skin Sciences allegro and brio

This company is scamming people with their skin care products! I ordered a sample on facebook for s/h only. I received the two products, brio and allegro, in the mail a week or so later. It had no statement or paperwork with it. I was suspicious, so saved the shipping box. Now a week later I noticed a charge on my credit card for $109 and $103. I called the company, argued for 30 minutes and had to ask for a manager. The final result was I am returning the products and he says I will still be charged $10 for each upon their receipt of the product back.
First, they offered I can keep the product for 40% off, then 50% off... Finally got to being charged the $10 each! What a scam! I have read other remarks on facebook about this company and many many people have gone through the same nightmare! Many resolved to the markdown in price. Please look into this company as they are scamming many people!

Hydra Skin Sciences automatic withdrawal from my bank account!

I ordered the "free" samples, (Only pay for shipping!) without EVER authorizing any further withdrawals from my bank account. The creams arrived without any paperwork, which should have been my first clue. Today I see my bank account was extorted for two charges, one for $103 and one for $109.00. I have already notified my bank of the fraudulent charges but I will expect that money in my bank account tomorrow. I am an attorney and will follow through with seeing that this is done. Of course, there is also no phone number on your website, another clue it's not a legitimate business. I in NO WAY authorized, signed up, or was informed of these further charges, which should be reversed IMMEDIATELY. If not done so, I will follow up with the Better Business Bureau, Yelp reviews and anything else I can (including litigation) to see that it is done.

I thought I was only ordering a one time sample of the skin cream. I paid the postage for this "free sample". I received the 1 oz. Jar of allegro anti-aging cream plus 2 vials of brio 0.5 oz. Night and day serum. ( Which I did not order). Lo and behold, When I checked my account yesterday, this company had taken $103.00 out of my account, (totally unauthorized by me.)
I called the customer service number and spoke with a rep. They said I have to send back the sample, will be charged a $20 dollar restocking fee, plus pay for the shipping to send back. Also, if I am lucky, they will unsubscribe me from their monthly fee $103.00 ( that I had no idea I had agreed to) when they receive the 2 vials of Brio serum . Obviously I am outraged. I'll call my bank Monday and ask to close out my current checking account and open a different account. It' s a very unprofessional and underhanded way to scam
people.

Hydra Skin Sciences I would lie a refund on my visa

I ordered the free products while only having to pay shipping charges. I did receive the products. Now my Visa was charged $213.00 for products I did not order. If I knew I would be billed for products I did not order I would never have ordered the sample. I feel I was unduly taken advantage of. I rest assured if I was happy with your product I would have ordered a full line but to be a target of your scam I would never order anything from your company. Word of mouth is the best free advertisement a company could ever receive. This king of word of mouth is only going to hurt you in the future. My advise to you, don't continue this practice, it hurts when people are taken advantage of. I like many others can not afford to pay this kind of money ever month. Do the right thing and people will pass along their great experience and that is precious. Hope you reverse your practice. Thank you

Please do not fall for this scam or you will be their next victim. My husband tells me all the time not to fall for this free stuff. This is the first and last time. I will continue to purchase everything from a local store. Much safer! At least I can return the item and get a full refund with no questions asked. You are not the only company who charges only shipping. They also do the same which I discovered after my experience with you. Please do the right ting and reverse y charges. I would appreciate it. Hydra Skin Sciences allegro and brio day and night products

I was not so lucky, as one complaint stated. I did not catch the 2 week notice (Took days to get to my house) and then would be charged outrageous prices. Too late, got charged $212 plus the initial s&h charges. I immediately called this organization and stopped any further orders (And they had heavy accents-very hard to understand). I sent the products back and challenged the charges with my credit card. The credit card company agreed with this company. I tried to at least get the products back, not that I liked them (I only tried one product) but was told "so sorry we can not do that". Please be aware of this company and do not order any products from them. Even though it seemed like kelly ripa endorsed them!
